“The company uses words that are misleading and deceptive!! I booked a room through this company and it’s say price with taxes and fees. But to my surprise when I stayed at the hotel it had extra resort fees that was not included are mentioned in my booking. Extra $52. The booking company list their prices up front to appear cheaper. So I sent them a screenshot of the booking and this was Prestigia response. Achraf (Prestigia.com) May 9, 2024, 15:54 GMT+1 Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your recent hotel booking through Prestigia.com. “As indicated in the screenshot you provided, the "Nightly price with taxes + fees" specifies that additional fees, such as resort fees, are not incorporated into the nightly rate but will be payable directly to the hotel upon your stay. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter. Should you require any further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.” My response “Unfortunately, the word “with” is being misused and implies that it is included. Synonyms for “with” are “included”. A more accurate word would be - “plus” if it were in addition to. Your verbiage is intentionally misleading. I went with your website based on the price listed and I’m sure it is labeled this way to appear cheaper, which they are actually not. The resort fee in this case is $52, more than half your rate. All of your competitors list this information plainly and obviously in their bookings to avoid surprises.” Well, they still won’t refund me!!”

“It’s a scam. I booked a hotel. They cancelled but refused to refund me. They have the same copy and paste response for every inquiry. It is a scam. I have to take it up to my credit card company.”

“Absolutely horrible or should I say NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. trying to change a reservation within the time limit and no one will answer the phone. Then found out it went through another third party and that third party can not do anything Getaroom.com. So not sure what to do besides report this to the credit card company and have them deny the charge and get a reimbursement back. Stay away from this Prestigia”

“If I could rate no stars I would. I booked with this company to a hotel to Las Vegas. I have a 10 hour flight and during this time they had sent me an email with a cancelled hotel booking (which I did not see as I was flying) I arrived at my hotel to check in and there was no booking ñ, due to roaming I had no access to emails to see that it had been cancelled by prestigia. However upon checking my account the booking was still showing as confirmed not cancelled until the following day. I have been told I will get a full refund - which I am still waiting for. I had to find alternative accommodation last minute and ended up paying over 200 dollars to stay somewhere for the night until I could figure something out”

“I have booked my family vacation through Trivago and Prostigia. It was a good price. I did follow up with the hotel itself a week later to make sure the reservation went through however it did not! Then I contacted Prostigia and I got the email they can’t confirm the reservation as well (after taking the money) and they will refund me the money back, but they never did! I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card and so far I did not get the money back!! I would NOT go through them again!”

“Avoid this scammers.i have book hotel to Marrakech today. Agree with price include taxes and fee and I have to pay city tax in property I was agree they charge my credit card in a minute and whe I received booking confirmation email they are add extra taxes and was blaming hotel error. I already inform my credit card bank and cancelling my booking. if anyone make a booking with them please avoid them and book with decent website.aviod scammers”

“Awful fraudulent company. We booked a cancellable hotel for 14 nights and the same day seen it cheaper somewhere else. I cancelled and received an email confirming the c £15k refund would be returned in 3-5 days. 23 days later and still nothing… - after 10 days I was told it was due to a delay but it was “processing” and would be refunded in 1-2 days. Nothing. After 14 days I was told they were pleased to inform me it was monitored closely and the “head of finance” said it would be released that week. Nothing. After 20 days I was told it was in the payment is reaching the “final stages of processing”. Nothing. Again. All lies. It’s been a terribly experience - stay away from this company if you don’t want to lose your money.”

“COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! I tried cancelling my hotel booking the same day I reserved it, and received an email from Prestigia that it has been cancelled, and that I met all the proper cancellation criteria. 3 weeks later, still no refund, and Prestigia never even booked my hotel room. They don't even have anyone to answer phone calls (I've tried about 1/2 dozen times). DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!”

“Scam as everyone says. I booked 3 nights at Nam Nghi Resort in Phu Quoc Vietnam in February 2024. I paid in full USD 670 and when I arrived at the place it was closed down and out of business 6 months ago. So luckily I found a different resort on the same island for the same days. When I returned home I tried calling Prestia they only have an answering machine and they won't return your calls. Tried emailing and no response. Thank god my credit card company refunded me after I reported it was a scam.”

“They offer you a slight discount vs booking with the hotel directly. If all goes well, it’s great. However if you arrive late due to weather related delay, the hotel will give you a credit, Prestigia will NOT! If you cancel your room and the hotel is fully booked, the hotel will credit your room but Prestigia will NOT. They will get the refund from the hotel and KEEP IT!!!”

“Scam! Scam! Scam! I’m the type of person that doesn’t like to write a reviews on nobody. But I have to this time. This company is a nightmare! On 11/17/2023 I booked 2 hotel rooms at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Literally maybe 3-5min right after I booked those rooms, something was telling me that I can’t trust this website. So I hurried and canceled it. They sent me an email saying that I will receive those 2 refund payment within 3-5business day. Today is January 17 2024, I have only received only a partial of it which is for only 1 room, they still kept my money for the 2nd room. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and Prestigia told them that they have already returned full money to me, which that is a LIE! Please be careful everyone!”

“Nous avons été débité pour un hôtel qui était soi-disant complet alors que sur d’autres sites, il ne l’était pas . En échange , nous avons eu un des hôtels les plus minables de doha . Pour couronner le tout, il ne nous rembourse que la moitié de la somme débitée. Plus jamais, je ne veux avoir à faire à prestigia”
