What a horrible booking company. They refused to refund me money for my daughter who was not able to travel… we even had a doctors note. No customer service! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I should have read the testimonies below before booking with Prestigia. The phone number listed on their website does not work. The website is not reliable in reviewing bookings/reservations (switches languages and blank pages). There is no phone customer service (Automated hang-up). Reached by email asking for cancellation. Per their own company policy, I am entitled to 80% refund for cancelling within a specific timeframe. They totally rejected. Their company policy (if it is a company) does not appear to mean anything. Evidence submitted. Identifiable data redacted.

Complete scam. False advertising, don’t promise the goods and services you pay for and will trap you to try to steal your money. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

HORRIBLE customer care. I booked with them, then cancelled it (or so I thought), and later rebooked. Apparently, my cancellation didn't go through (some computer or connectivity issue), but I didn't know this until the day I checked in. Even though the hotel was happy to ignore the 2nd booking, Prestigia insisted on charging me for BOTH bookings. They even admitted that the bookings were identical (same hotel, room type, dates, and same 3 people on the room), but they still insisted on charging me twice because I "didn't cancel by their deadline." They are greedy with zero customer consideration.

Site was confusing and accidentally booked twice. Gave me the runaround for a week then denied reimbursement of over $1,000.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked a hotel in November for a NYC trip at the end of December with plenty of time to cancel due to a family emergency. I was told that I would be receiving a refund but since then, they have never answered the phone and would send responses to me sporadically assuring me that they were working on it. I feel completely scammed. I still don’t have my refund.

The sent a cancellation to my hotel halfway through my stay. The hotel charged my card and I never received a refund from prestigia. I never cancelled the stay myself.

Booking #: 280-1138857 I booked a room and less than 24hrs I changed my mind and tried to reach them to change the date. They never responded my emails. Their contact numbers, at least the UK and AU ones, are not valid numbers. So, forget about having a convo over the phone. I tried to discuss this with the hotel to see if they can change the date. They advised me that since I have booked the room through Prestigia, I had to asked them to change this date. As I mentioned, Prestigia has the worst CS ever. They did not respond to my emails until I disputed the payment through my bank. Right after that they started to send me emails. I did not use the room because of their negligence in responding to my request of changing the booking dates and I had to book another accommodation for the suitable date. I was charged for the full amount and they denied to refund my money. they are still fighting to convince the credit card department that they have provided the good to me! They probably forgot that their business is beyond a simple booking and they are meant to help their customer with changing the dates or other matters when it comes to customer service. I do not recommend this business, unless you are looking for some dramas.

They supposedly offered free cancellations and I had to cancel my reservation to Bellagio. They had approved it, but they were taking so long to refund it that I was forced to dispute it with Citi, which took over a month. Avoid.

I wanted to shorten my stay at a hotel, but couldn’t online. I decided to cancel well in advance of deadline only to be prompted to contact customer service. I tried both numbers listed only to get a recording of “the person you are trying to reach is currently unavailable, please try your call later”. I have been getting this message for days! This is a sham company!!! Book with someone else, even if you have to pay a little more.

Please do not book hotels through Prestigia. Prestigia will not accommodate any changes related to COVID. I booked the Fairmont hotel at the Vancouver airport as I was travelling from heathrow to Calgary via Vancouver. Due to flight cancellation I had an overnight and as such booked through their website. The PCR test required before flight returned positive so I was unable to board. I was able to make postpone my flight but Prestigia did not accommodate my request and claims that they will charge the $349/- cancellation fees. So please be very vigilant with this website and their terms and conditions.

Complete scam ! Avoid this site ! In the reservation form, they claim the booking is instantaneous, in fact, they take the payment, and then, no booking. Don't try to call support in the weekend, none of the support number works. My booking was for today, so I need to pay my room twice, as I don't have any booking to show to the hotel. The only thing I have is an email from prestigia.com confirming they took my money but not mentioning any booking or any room.

Beware of these scammers....12 weeks after cancelling the booking, still no refund. I booked a hotel stay in GRAND MERCURE SINGAPORE ROXY with Prestigia on 20/09/2021 which was quite easy. We prepaid the $1,094.84 AUD for the hotel expense. Weeks before we were to travel, due to covid restrictions we had to cancel on 28/10/2021. The cancellation took place weeks ahead of the cancellation deadline (16/12/2021). Requesting our refund, Prestigia acknowledged it would be forthcoming, but would be delayed due to high volume. It has now been over 12 weeks, and still the refund is not forthcoming. Yassine EL JAHD with Prestigia stated, "...to the best of their ability although we are currently unable to foresee a specific timeline." for my refund. I would highly suggesting for anyone using Prestigia, to look at other travel company to do business with.

I booked a room at the Bellagio in Vegas and unfortunately couldn't go to Vegas due to testing positive for COVID. I understand that under normal circumstances, the room is non-refundable after a certain window of opportunity but Prestigia should be more empathetic towards its customers and allow refunds/exchanges in certain situations. Obviously, me getting tested positive for COVID was not under my control and when I emailed Prestigia, Yassine El Jahd, the representative was extremely dismissive and did not listen to my request at all, even though Bellagio said Prestigia could email their wholesale department to get the process started since this is a valid reason to cancel last minute. Will never book on Prestigia again.

I help my friend to get $3065 money back to her credit card. My friend and I went on a trip in Hawaii during Christmas. We used her credit card to book on Prestigia at Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort - A Concept by Hyatt hotel Check in Dec 23/2021 for two nights. When we arrived at hotel there is no booking from her name at all. Hotel manager and I were trying many times to call Prestigia but no one answer. Later on 23th very late at night someone name Anna Silkina picked us the call and apologize to us saying the refund will be issued within 10 days. After 10 days there is still no refund. I called them and told them I will report it as a fraud to the police. There is a guy Yassine El Jahd answered the email and said refund will be with in 3-6 days. After that my friend received the money.

$571 on a reservation in Vegas, canceled and asked for refund, never got the money back. Calling Amex tomorrow. Amex needs to close Prestigia’s account and never let their customers pay for bookings.

To echo many other’s concerns, we also booked a room at the Venetian through this scam artist of a company: Prestigia. Had to cancel due to Covid and never got a refund. It has been 5 months now and they are not responding to my emails and the phone line doesn’t work. Please don’t book with this company. They will take your money and run!
