I was looking for a thermal vest top in the Stadium Milton Keynes. I asked Pramila where I could find the top. She explained that nearly all the tops had now been sold but took me to where there were a few left. She then suggested other options of what would be useful then proceeded to take me where the other tops were kept. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received today.

Sunderland store excellent service with Kaye on the till.
Kate noticed there should have been 2 make up removers in the pack that I was purchasing, Kate had no hesitation in getting me a replacement.
Cheerful and pleasant, so good to be served by someone to be happy at work.
