I was very happy with the service in Primark I was served by Niraj . He was very very friendly which is always good and he made lots of conversation which made me feel very comfortable as sometimes when I go to pay for stuff in Primark I sometimes feel awkward and I felt the opposite with Niraj

I was looking for a thermal vest top in the Stadium Milton Keynes. I asked Pramila where I could find the top. She explained that nearly all the tops had now been sold but took me to where there were a few left. She then suggested other options of what would be useful then proceeded to take me where the other tops were kept. I was very impressed with the customer service that I received today.
