Now qvc sends NO return labels?! I have to go to UPS and have them print one-- after customer is charged for shipping both ways?! Bye bye qvc!

I placed 3 orders and they cancelled all 3 with no explanations. They advertise coupons they cannot honor. I placed order in 2023.

Shawn Killinger lacks manners for sure. Spits out coffee on live tv. Kind of piggy. Your newer hosts are less professional whereas the older hosts were so much better. David Venable telling a vendor don’t put Brussels sprouts on any dish you bring, write that down. Is he a King now???

QVC removed all of the decent hosts and have so many dingbats overacting with nails-on-a-chalkboard voices I have to mute the sound just to look at the product they are pushing. The product quality has diminished over the years and the prices are really no better than you can find elsewhere.

ordered a pair of shoes. they arrived. I instantly tried to return them because they were so tight. I wanted a half a size up the exact same shoe. for 3 weeks I kept chatting emailing and calling. each person kept saying sure we will send you that return label right out . it's no problem to switch up for a half of size. I have waited for 3 weeks still no return label. Finally my last time I spoke with someone on chat and they said that she was non returnable so a waste of money and 3 weeks and horrible lying customer service

Can susan Graver stop talking over host! She is rude, and has no manners. I do not watch when she comes on with her products. Surely Susan can do better.... or just shut up!

How *funny* is it that since the QVC/HSN Merger--- that autoship items are often cancelled mid-term?? Ie QVC 4piece Philosophy bundle-- to ship every 90 days for a total of 4 times. (Rec'd 2--- then rec'd a cancel email in July 2023 just as 3rd shipment was to ship). HSN lancome 2piece bundle-- to ship every 90 days (rec'd 2-- then rec'd a cancel email today, just as 3rd shipment was to ship). This seems like overprinting/overselling and under-delivering. This feels like deceptive business practices. This feels like I need to take this up with our SAG and the FTC.....Highly....HIGHLY disasappointed AND disgruntled (as this is how I complete holiday/gift shopping as a Full Time Caregiver)

In February, I ordered a top and had to exchange it for a smaller size. The Customer Service rep stated that he placed a new order for the smaller size and I received a confirmation email, then I received an email that they credited me back for both of the items in the order (which I was only returning the one). So I called and told them I was only returning one of the items. They said because I was so honest, they gave me a $10.00 credit on my account and reordered the top in the smaller size, which I found odd because I thought the first person I spoke to had placed the replacement order. After 30 days pasted and I did not receive the replacement top I called back a third time and was told that my order for some reason did not ship out, so they escalated it up. Another 30 days pasted, and I called for the fourth time today to be informed that they cancelled the order altogether 30 days ago and now they do not have any left. The customer service from the very beginning was very poor at best, it's like they are unhappy in their jobs. It was a very bad experience all the way around and I will never order from them again.

I ordered a Shark Vacuum in September, 2022. I authorized QVC to debit my credit card for five easy pay payments. It never came so I called QVC to check on it. They told me the order had been cancelled. I told them I did not understand because I wanted the vacuum cleaner and had not cancelled the order. Then when I received my credit card statement, they had debited my card for the first of five payments. I called customer service, and after much ado, was told that the vacuum cleaner I had ordered had been sent to a woman in Mobile, AL because "our telephone numbers were the same." Made no sense to me. I gave the lady my email address and asked her to send me info they had issued a credit to my card and asked her to state they would not send any more debits through. My name is Gretchen...she sent me an email addressed to "Dear Mary", apparently the woman in Mobile who received the vacuum cleaner. I have called five times trying to get a resolution with no luck. I have been told five times that a manager would call me...have not received a call. I finally called my credit card company to initiate a dispute on the charge. QVC is apparently a crooked or inept company...the worst I have ever ordered from and I WILL NOT order anything else from them. HSN is a great company to order from.

Ordered a Dyson supersonice but had to return because it blew my hair around, the heat was too hot & the attachments got hot. Didnt read the return instructions fully I should have returned it signed for via post office with insurance because it cost over ÂŁ200 but I used Evri via QVC & it took ages to return but was within the 30 days. I nearly didnt get a refund because I had not returned it according to QVC instructions. Please photograph how this is packed because once you take it out it is almost impossible to repack. Will stick to Amazon in the future. A very stressful couple of weeks if I could give zero stars I would do. Customer care were very kind but the Finance department were not.

Marla Wynne clothes tops far too short for taller customers Also women's trousers very short does Marla only make clothes for smaller people only? If this is the case I will go elsewhere!

#1. ordered outfit took one and a half months to get it #2 ask that all my easy pays be set up on the 5th of the month was never done #3. Paid on July 1st but they didn't take it out until July 19th which put my bank account overdrafted #4 on July 30th called for billing they hung up on me on July 30th called back to billing was asked for my Q card or some other kind of card or Department ask for billing again for the third time. Was told at that time I would be credited the 66 overdraft at this time. #5. When trying to get my credit for my overdraft was given bad info they gave me the wrong email for the credit department. #6. I sent all the information on I think it was the 28th for them to give me credit still have not received the credit it is now the fifth of August. 7. Was told by customer service because she couldn't y transfer me to billing told me a supervisor would call within 4 hours started at 9:43 they finally called at 1:40, sat by the phone all that time. 8. Problem still not resolved. Told them I was contacting corporate and FTC come Monday if this wasn't resolved.

my first experience with qvc has been the worst ever. i trying to get a 599 refund and so far it has been imposable. every one says they did i but my bank account says no.i have talked to pretend? supervisors' who say it will be in my account in 48 hours that was several days ago. today i got a $6.95 refund..where is the other $592.05 that you owe me

So far we've, my husband has now taken this in his hands, made 7 calls to customer service. They keep telling us every time that they have the problem resolved, only to see that they've taken more money out of our bank account and have not refunded us the proper amount. This has been a nightmare and I am done with QVC. I may even get an attorney!

I called customer service 2-14-2022 at 5:50. Robin answered the phone and said how-can I help you today Eileen. She was The most friendliest and helpful customer service person I have ever talked to Ask my question and got a reply in a minute. Thanks QVC for having Robin represent your company

Over the years, QVC, has really gone downhill. Their warehouse/packaging are paid for sending broken items, wrong items, and poorly packaged items. When you get a small item in a large box, and it is flopping around during transit, it only goes that they NEED TO TRAIN their warehouse workers. When you receive an item purchased from QVC, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND, INCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING and FREE RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING. A lot of people don't know that and Qvc doesn't bother to tell them. If items are sent out broken or damaged, a lot of people won't bother to send them back, thinking that they, the buyers, will have to pay for the return shipping. It is FREE when an item is broken, damaged, parts missing, wrong color/item sent, etc. Don't keep broken items, write a note, put inside the box with return slip stating that you are entitled to a full refund, including s/h, plus return shipping. It's time the customers take control. QVC should automatically do this for the customers, but that is not the case.

I ordered Tracfone 5.83" Samsung Galaxy A10E Smartphone with 1500 Talk/Text/Data. It is set up for the Verizon network. We only have AT&T available in this area. When I called QVC, the woman had no idea what I was talking about. I feel that if you have people answering the phones, they should have a working knowledge of the products. The first 6 numbers of the Sim number explain which network the phone is set up for. TMobile-890126, AT&T-890141, Verizon-891480. I returned the phone, but very disappointed.
