I ordered from Ryman on January 11, expecting delivery on January 15. Instead, the parcel was delayed by two weeks without any notice and was finally delivered to the wrong address on January 30. No one informed me of the delay or the delivery. I had to chase them down myself, only to find out that my package was left at a random location. Now, despite never receiving the goods, I am being told I still have to pay for them. This is illegal Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act, the seller is responsible for the item until it is in my possession, which never happened!!! They provided proof of delivery for an address that is not mine, yet refuse to correct their mistake. Their complete disregard for consumer protection laws and basic responsibility is shocking. Avoid Ryman at all costs.

I went in there in Salisbury and was spoken to by a bloke called Andrew and woman called Jackie. Andrew was rude and kept mumbling under his breath and Jackie well it was like she didn't want to be there also stroppy and should have retired years ago

I ordered fans for my staff as they are working temporarily in portacabins. Over a week and still waiting. No call, no update.

After reading the reviews about delivery from this company I feel so unhappy I didn't check before ordering. I ordered a piece of furniture online and waited and waited for despatch notice email ..nothing came ..rang customer service to be told it was an error on the system and call back in 48hrs ..called and then they said it was klarna payment and it hadnt gone through ..but I know I had spoken to klarna it had gone through ...after more phone calls to Ryman and speaking to manager they refunded my money and said if I bought the item again through them they would give me 10% off and insisted I would get delivery on time Once again two weeks later my order again is still processing and still not gone through..their excuse this time is processing error so I have rang the third party seller that they were dealing with to get this item and to be told they have never processed my order and it hadnt gone through ..both times ! Now the product is out of stock and I could of got it a month ago with different company ...ryman customer are disgusting taken my money and not processed orders rang 6 times in a month constantly fobbed off with lies ..DO NOT buy from this company ..avoid at all costs ..

Delivery logistics need addressing. Problem with delivering my order for the third time. I am understanding that deliveries do go adrift from time to time. However, this is the third time and i would just like a call if they are having a problem delivering in my road. I understand that they use courier companies and do not have their own ryman vans, but a call wouldn't go a miss surely.

My account manager has changed countless times and has finally taken its toll on me. Have to explain how I like to work to someone new everytime. Enough is enough after 3years and now decided to give Lyreco a go.

Opened a Ryman Business account. Had a big opening event and ordered 80 (30 packs) Harrogate water. Substantial order. 10 days later and still waiting for delivery. The event has since been and gone and customer service is ridiculous. Will not be using Ryman Business anymore.

Ordered 2 pallets of copier paper - 80 boxes. When arrived it was not what i ordered and some awful greyish tint recycled paper. Tried to return but they were not having any of it - do not use Ryman Business.

My Account Manager at Ryman Business changed 4 times and i have to explain how my business operates every time to someone new. My first Account Manager was great and then it was a slow decline from there. I get the impression these people are small players in comparison to Office Depot and Lyreco. They certainly do not have the product knowledge and deliveries are are wrong product and late. They do not have their own fleet of vans unlike the above. I would not rely on Ryman Business

We have a Brothers printer which was a gift from our son a year ago.. As our cartridge was low on toner we popped into the Brighton shop for another one …We obviously bought the 2510 cartridge as we have a 2510 printer. When we got it home we couldn’t fit it in as it turns out that we were supposed to know that we needed the 2410 cartridge for our 2510 printer .. How crazy is that !!? As pensioners in our late seventies that was a very easy mistake to make and we struggle to keep up with modern day technology as it is. We took it back to Brighton for a replacement and was told by a very unsympathetic mid fifties counter assistant that as we had opened the box we could not have a replacement. All he kept saying was “It’s your fault not ours” because you opened the packaging. How was we to know it was the wrong cartridge without opening it up and trying it in the printer for God’s sake? We are now £49-99 out of pocket which as pensioners is a bitter pill to swallow……The returns policy at Rymans is disgusting and needs changing . Avoid them …especially the Brighton branch and the unsympathic staff there.

Tried to open a 'Enterprise' Business account with Ryman Business. Enthusiasm of customer service totaly lacking and no product knowledge. Asked to speak to Manager and told she does not take calls - email only. Disgusting service.

As a business i spend on average £3,000 per month, so i ordered pens, paper, pads, rulers etc via their 'Ryman Business Division' - Never again. I missed deadline for delivery Monday 27th November, but still didn't receive the order 3 days later. Not only that, as they provided personalized stationery, i wanted to consolidate all my stationery for all my branches under 1 supplier. However, their product knowledge and enthusiasm was completely lacking, therefore i moved all my business to Office Depot - much more appreciative. Ryman 'Business to Business Division'. What a joke.

Tried to open a business account via the 'Ryman Business Division'. Laborious task and eventually when I did open an account the prices were extortionate. Children running that department and don't know what they are doing. DO NOT OPEN A RYMAN BUSINESS ACCOUNT

Very unhelpful service from Canterbury store. Queried a product that I was interested in ordering online because there was insufficient information on the website. Shop assistant was very abrupt, impatient and clearly uninterested in offering any practical assistance. Will be buying elsewhere.

I made a purchase on the cricut maker machine website that I use for my job. Today I received a PC gaming chair, I contacted the chat and I will only receive my product next Tuesday 01/03/2023 I have to wait almost another week to have my product correctly. In that time I already lost work and also lost clients, I have work to be delivered this weekend. Remembering that it was the store's mistake, I never bought a chair, but a machine that I use for my work. I want to know what the Ryman store is going to do about the customers and money I've lost in that time. I expect a comeback.

Ordered two mobile phone cases via the business website. I assumed like most reputable companies that the items could be returned. I was wrong. Be warned there is an icon beneath some of the products which to me looks like something resembling a non recycling icon. Apparently this means 'non refundable'. I said that I had never seen such an icon and why didn't they also write 'non refundable' so everyone is clear. It was met with a disinterested 'your problem' style response. I would also like to add that the Rymans Returns policy quite happily promotes the fact that returns are no problem - yet there is no reference to this icon as something to look out for when committing to a purchase and not being eligible for a refund. Why not? Disappointed that a company like Ryman has communicated in such a misleading way and appears to care very little about customer feedback. I won't be buying from them again.

Stole my money and claiming missing return.. I recently made a purchase on the website for a printer, ink and a gadget toy. I received twice the amount of everything i wanted. I had to plead my case that i never wanted 6 items but only 3. I couldn't afford the cost for one nor did i have need for double. I have been told to return the goods to a shop - over an hour and half away from where i live :) - Next option was for me to arrange a courier to send back but its my repressibility if anything goes wrong. or i use their fedex label and pickup and this is safest as nothing will go missing or delay etc and ill get a full refund when driver scans the package but they cannot allocate a time. As this didn't fit with work etc i opted for my own courier who refused to take package due to weight. I then contacted Ryman and they arranged for fedex - 2 labels arrive and i printed them. Fedex never showed up but apparently i missed therm. We rearranged. but this time one label was sent and not two But this time they sent one label only. The driver for fedex told me its fine and they will tape both boxes together. Thought nothing of it, he was the fedex guy after all. Today i have woken up to a refund of half the amount charged to my credit card for the items. Worry sets in! I query this and they have low and behold only received 3 items. So where is the other box? Oh well we need to do an investigation with fedex.? what happened to the refund when driver scans package? and what happened to its the safest? I am now being told i have to wait till an investiagtion is conducted to wether i sent the packages and if fedex has them somewhere or not. i fail to see why i have to be penalised to this error and continue to get charged interest on my card due to this fedex / ryman failing when i was assured nothing would go wrong. I have had to wait almost a month to have all these items picked up and im no further down the road. I suggest you not to use this company.. they are complete con artists.
