Second return was on the 1st April- still waiting for my money! And now they forced you to use their choices for return and pay 3.50 for every single item! Something has changed to this company and it’s became totally unreliable. I was shopping with them for many years but not anymore.”

The bag looks beautiful in Vivienne Westwood box and protected in neat packaging.I gave no complaints except I am wondering now reading some of these if it is fake.It is all stamped inside etc.Otherwise I have no complaints.”
“I bought a Michael Cors watch from the for £130 for my daughter. She wore it only 2 times when the diamond fell out and the bracelet got discoloured at the bottom. Very visible! Somehow I dont believe this is possible to happen so quickly with real Michael Cors product. I spoke to Michael Cors official distributor and said this is impossible and even if it is they would change/refund with no questions asked. SecterSales asked me to send the watch to their supplier Its Watch Time Ltd, which is some sh**y small trade with tiny accounts on the company house and located in the middle of nowhere. They came back to me in two months saying that the watch was damaged.”

Ordered in January, its now march and still have not received item or had any update as to the whereabouts of my item.
Chased customer services, and was advised they will get back to me, they never did and now they are just ignoring all emails.

Seven weeks later after calls & emails, no delivery so I cancelled order; then I received an email saying your order will be delivered tomorrow!!

“Why is it so impossible to return something bought from Secret Sales when every other site has transparent contact details?
I bought a bracelet which broke first time worn - sent to returns address twice with a covering letter to returns address ( on label provided) and it was returned unopened both times ‘ gone away’ .
Customer service does not reply to emails or phone calls.
Now they are offering 30 % off for this weekend as I have not visited the site in a while. They must be joking!
So what do I do now other than having to leave this review?

I ordered some sunglasses for £145 they said my delivery date was 23rd January, by the 27th January they hadn’t arrived so I decided to send a polite email to request a new delivery date , still to this date 5th Feb I haven’t got one, all I am ever advised is that they will contact the supplier but yet I haven’t received a supplier response.
My holiday has now arrived and I’m £145 down without my sunglasses.
After several requests for a refund explaining that my holiday was coming up and I would need the money returning so I can purchase them for my trip no reply to that request was ever made.
I’m extremely worried and upset that i have been taken for a fool and lost my £145.
I emailed again yesterday for the second time asking for an update , yet again no response.”
“I ordered from Secret sales it arrived quickly. The Norway Geographical coat I ordered was lovely great condition. Just too small. And the Norway ageographical hoodie great quality just too small.
So decided to refund rather than exchange. Had to pay for returns!! Wasn't impressed. You only get 14 days to return from the day you receive them. So I sent it back with labels on. Was only tried on not worn. Put back in the bag.
Sent it. And I tracked my delivery!. It arrived within 4 days to secret sales Selby.
But I've heard nothing since. I had an email from a lady. And said she'd help etc. That was Monday its now Wednesday! I'm owed around £110.. And really need it.
So I've now threatened the C. E. O and the ombudsman... Let's see.
The quality seems good. But the refunding is a issue and needs to be looked into and dealt with professionally!

“Be aware - don't buy from them. Terrible Customer Care and low quality products. The worse customer service I've ever experienced. I received broken items and it took 2 weeks and several hours on the phone (and on hold) to be told that I had to pay to post the items back to them.
I'll never buy from them again and recommend you not to buy from them either.”

I have ordered nearly 2 month ago, but no news until yesterday. Have sent serval emails but not the service was really disappointing. They don’t care once’s they got their money. They take money in 2 Sec but can’t even reply in two weeks and can’t send da shopping in 2 months. After serval emails long wait I got an email saying that they are not able to send my order. Will never buy anything from them again.
I really wounder if they sale authentic goods n new. If ur buying a watch form the market which comes with 2 years that company warranty but Secratesale don’t do this. Let’s suppose if ur buying Armani watch it should say 2 year Armani company warranty.
Then why they are selling it with 6 month Secratesale warranty 🤔.
They do deal with some small shops n online website which are out of the country. So be aware. They are just broker, ordering ur things from China India & sale it on high tag price here etc etc etc.
Plus high cost of delivery. Shouldn’t charge twice for buying two things form same supplier.
They do mislead the customer on original retail price and sale price.
Few of thier model even we can’t found in market don’t know from where they import it..
Hope it will help all buyers to be carful and find an alternate.”

“Very poor customer services. Bought a leather bag, which after a few uses, has the black dye coming out of the leather in patches, obviously very poor quality, despite the high price tag. Secret Sales will not refund, claiming it to be wear & tear after a few uses!! Will never use again.”
