“Terrible customer service, no contact number and they just Stop responding to emails. My orders arrived very late and I queried this a few times and then requested a refund and waiver of the refund fees. Kept chasing email sent and they just stopped replying. Had to pay £7.50 to return two different orders. Will not order again!”

“Customer service poor. When the item didn't arrive on schedule, they'd taken payment yet Royal Mail Track and Trace was still saying it was waiting to receive it I emailed CS. They replied, apologised and said they would contact the supplier and come back to me. Since then, silence. I sent another 4 emails following up. The 'we're here for you' link in their email boilerplate is broken. Webchat just loops back to my order. Messenger link wants you to download an app and I really don't want to waste data and sharey personal info with another company just to be able to query and order. Item eventually did arrive but quality not great. Only not returning it as can't face even more hassle from them.”

After several emails and more than a month later they emailed me back saying the item was received with signs of wear. I only tried one of them on to check the size the boots were immaculate when I returned them! This website is a scam please please DO NOT ORDER ! You won’t get your money back. “I bought several items but had to return 2. Initially I couldn’t gain access to my account so contacted secret sales to help. They have me a link to creat a return. The items returned were received on 7th July but I still have not been refunded. I have sent many emails and have been completely ignored. I have tried calling but it appears their phones are off. They are the worst for customer service and I am out of pocket despite complying with returns terms and conditions. They also have never sorted out the access to my account.
I have only ordered from them once before and on that occasion had to chase them as the order took 5 weeks to arrive. Awful customer service and not at all worried about customers losing money!”

I have gone through a company called Resolver, free of charge company that can hopefully get my money back.....pure robbery Secret Sales would never recommend!!”
“I ordered a bag as a gift for someone, chose to do the 4 easy pay option bag never arrived, so I cancelled future payments, I’ve just had a reminder about my second payment, so told them you’ve had the first payment and your not getting anymore, not paying for something I never received, oh and if I don’t make second payment I’ll incur a de fault charge.
