“ I purchased a pair of shoes and paid extra to ship to the US. I received 2 different Size shoes. I am very dissatisfied and on top of that I will have to pay again to return them. This is the stores fault for not checking Sizes before shipping our. If it was correct in the first place this would not have been an issue. I do not recommend purchasing from them. Customer service was very unhelpful with the return process. ”

“ I payed £95 for shoes, and then instead of choosing a delivery option I received a confirmation of the order and delivery address was incorrect it was actually my old address, when I reached out to customer service to ask for help - theyve said, orders cant be cancelled "we are sorry, but we can try" Theyve also told me i need to clean my cookies - but i clean my cookies and catche files on a monthly basis, so this was not an issue. ”
