“ I ordered online Jordan mid white pollen black yellow shoe 11 on October 29 and my confirmation order no is 17066.Iam trying to contact customer service that is non existent and through emails but no answer about shipping. I am flying abroad in three days and shoes were a gift for my near one.I am helpless and depressed and don't understand how SIGE deals with his customers. ”

“ Received a pair of trainers that were far smaller than described. Having returned them with a postal address they sent me (Hermes), they are telling me the tracking reference I have given them doesn’t match. I have now opened up a PayPal case to get my £105 refund. Atrocious service and Hermes are equally atrocious. Won’t ever use either again. ”
