I ordered a pair of Vasque Breeze boots from SportsShoes.com, expecting them to match the dark brown tones shown in their product images. What I received was a completely different color—a much lighter grey. When I contacted customer service about the discrepancy, they refused to provide a prepaid return label, hiding behind their Terms & Conditions about "monitor variations." This was not a minor color shift due to screen settings—it was a clear misrepresentation. Despite my complaint, they ignored the issue and made me pay for the return myself. I’ve since seen that other customers have been allowed to return worn trainers months after purchase, so it seems their policies are applied inconsistently or at the discretion of individual staff. I will not be shopping with SportsShoes.com again and will warn others to be cautious when ordering from them. If accurate product images matter to you, be prepared for disappointment—and to pay for their mistakes.

I would not recommend ordering from this place. I don’t think it is legit. I’ve never gotten my shoes that I ordered nor will they answer any of my emails. Sorry company

Poor. I’d upload a picture if I could I’d upload a picture if I could. Bought a watch for over £200 as a gift and it arrived with their warehouse sticker over the main image on the front as a huge barcode with writing. When I emailed asking if they could exchange for a box that wasn’t as unsightly and ruined (you cant remove the sticker without damaging the front) they (Beckie) said I can return it by paying the postage fee at my expense and was adamant there was nothing else they could do. That the sticker was there for the warehouse. Why not put the sticker in a less I slightly place. Common sense. I’d buy direct from Coros next time!

I bought Adidas Gore-Tex shoes from SportsShoes and the first pair proved to be defective and were sent back. After this I tried the second pair they sent out and they caused horrible pain in baby toe. I wore them once with no damage but tried to contact about return. They said my feet were too wide and it is not a defect in the shoe. I asked, why this didn't happen with the last pair - in which they kept coming back to your feet must be too wide. Seriously if you can't wear the shoes because they cause physical pain should you not return a customer's money - apparently SportsShoes say no - they will examine them in if they are defective they will replace but otherwise they don't want to know. Please take my advice - do not buy from this company.

The cost for the return is 16 euros plus the cost of the previous sent 8 euros, total 24 euros lost for nothing, just becouse the size was wrong

Terrible service. Their "experts" said a pair of scarpa trainers fit a half size larger. They didn't they were standard sizing and if anything actually smaller and tighter than any normal shoe. Returns aren't free even in this case where their advice led to me getting a pair of ill fitting hiking trainers. Won't shop with them again for as much as a pair of socks.

Paid nearly £10 for nominated day deliver (Saturday). Tracking says arriving between the Saturday or Sunday. BEWARE!!!. Called their customer service line and was told one moment please. Lots of background noise. The guy basically never came back to the phone and all included hear was what sounded like 3 or 4 different customer service calls being handled. Awful. Avoid!

I have ordered my shoes over a week ago almost 2.have not received my order bought 2 pairs for $45.00.for my daughter and husband for Valentine's Day.i have cerebral palsy disability and cant go shopping im homebound.sure fell like its a scam hope im wrong.

terrible experience, i paid extra for an express delivery 2/3 days instead got notification that it will take almost a week to deliver which was not suitable for me as i was away that time . I tried to cancel my order but sportsshoes did not answer my calls or emails. avoid if you can!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY I recently bought 2 pairs of running shoes to try on at home. I kept one and sent one back. They have refused the return even though they are unworn. Please use another company if you actually want to try the shoes on.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience as a customer of SportShoes.com. As a loyal and long-standing customer, I have always held your company in high regard for its quality products and customer service. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with your customer service team has left me with a significantly diminished opinion of SportShoes.com. On 08/01/2023, I placed an order (Order Number: 16322549) for a pair of Nike ZoomX Vaporfly in the colour Green/blue from your website. After only an evidenced 140 miles of use the shoe upper had completely failed. Understandably, I contacted your customer service department immediately to request a return and replacement for the faulty pair of shoes. To my dismay, the interaction with your customer service representative was not only unhelpful but also deeply unsatisfactory. The representative I spoke with, whose name I believe was Megan and then Josh, was dismissive and outright rude. I was accused of being dishonest and was told that I had bought black and gold shoes, despite my insistence and photographic evidence showing otherwise. The company then refused to uphold Nike’s warranty and basically told me that I was being dishonest, and I must have bought the shoes from another store. I would like to emphasize that I have always been an honest and loyal customer of SportShoes.com, and I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment from any company's customer service department before. The experience left me feeling disheartened and mistreated. My primary concern is not only the incorrect product I received but also the appalling manner in which I was treated by your customer service representative. As a customer, I believe it is my right to expect courteous and respectful treatment, especially when attempting to resolve a legitimate issue such as this one. I trust that SportShoes.com values its customers and takes matters of customer satisfaction seriously. I hope that you will address this issue promptly and professionally to restore my confidence in your company.

fighting to get my money back is getting silly. I sent my return and the refund confirmation arrived but weeks later I am still having to explain I do not have the money in my account. I now just get a generic response that the 'refund is closed our side' well...the refund is closed when I get the money back. save yourself time and shop else where

Terrible company, sent me out the wrong size shoes, return was agreed (with a different colour that wasn't as good) and they sent back the exact same wrong size shoes again. Got onto them and not even the hint of an apology, just send them back again. You would get better service from the average government department - absolutely flabbergasted that there wasn't even an apology for their errors.

I spent £190 on a new pair of running shoes. They broke after less than two months. I enquired about a refund and was told that in order to process any sort of refund they would need the shoes to be sent back for inspection. I was told this would take weeks to process (which, as a frequent runner, is less than ideal as I won't be able to train for weeks!). I then left a review of the shoe on the sportsshoes.com page, with a picture of the broken shoe and that I was disappointed that such an expensive shoe could break after such a short period of time, and was told the review didn't meet their standards so wasn't posted! The review was wholly acceptable in my view, they just didn't want to post it. I will never buy from sportsshoes again.
