I wanted to purchase a laptop that was on sale, 2 outlets in the lower portion of Vancouver Island did not have any and made no effort to locate one. We drove up to Duncan and Nivin, took the time to track one down and had it ready to the following day. Great service, very helpful, and a very pleasant person to deal with. I've realized when it comes to Staples I prefer to use their online services. I've order a pair of Sony headphones, stationary, and binders from their online store, and I had no issues with delivery. I was also able to track the package and had no issues. When I shop in store, they never seem to have anything I need in stock and the staff can be quite rude and unresponsive. Plus I've completely given up on using their printers, they never seem to work.

Delivery in Ontario from Staples who uses Precison/ADSL distribution services SUCKS!!! SO freaking slow! Shipment on a truck at 7am for delivery and 5 hours later, the shipment still has not arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM STAPLES...ORDER FROM AMAZON Canada, way faster delivery.

Really good customer service. My package was late and that blame belongs to ontrac delivery. What really impressed me was that upon contacting them, they offered to cancel the order. They could not have been kinder in their correspondence.

Terrible customer service!!!! They advertised next day dispatch and I paid for express 24 hour delivery. It has been 10 days and it hasn't even been dispatched yet! I emailed to cancel and it took them 5 working days to respond and they refused to cancel the order. I will be returning the item when it arrives.

Working with Raj, Sadi, Vanessa & John, at Staples on Keele Street in the Junction, was a delight. They are professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient. Everything I needed copied, laminated & made turned out better then I hoped!

Absolutely SHOCKING customer service! I ordered several items, one large item didn't arrive and I had to spend around 5 hours on the phone over 4 separate phone calls and it is still not resolved! Furthermore, another item arrived damaged and after 3 hours on the phone on 3 separate occasions, again, nothing resolved! How this company is in business I do not know! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Placed an order on 9/22 for delivery on 9/24. Got an email saying the order was delayed and delivery would be on 9/27. Got an email saying order was delivered, but it wasn't. Called Courier Express who had the order but they could not tell me where the order was left. Two more calls to Courier Express got the same results. Called Staples customer service, in the Philippines, they were of no help. Today is 9/29 and neither Staples or Courier Express can tell when the order will be delivered. I suggest you buy from someone who uses a more reliable carrier like UPS or FedEx! And with customer service agents in USA!

John Joseph at the Junction Staples in Toronto was outstanding with his service, knowledge and patience! I had a complicated printing job needed doing and he was amazing with getting it done!!! I highly recommend the Junction staples.

Manager (Ashley Mabry), General manager( Carlos) District manager (Tom Conroy) Hr Employees like (Amy Wolf) do not care about their employees. All they care about is making Staples CEO rich. I reported harassment, retaliation, discrimination, verbal abuse, underpay, obligation to work off hrs or not take lunch breaks. But it was all overlooked until they managed to falsely terminate me. So if this is how they treat the people who are working for them imagine their customers and oh did I witness this first hand. Not to mention they are way overpriced, and let’s not get started with their customer service at the copycenter. Thumbs way down Staples. So glad I’m out of there. 348 4th av brooklyn ny

NEVER AGAIN. I shipped a product via a UPS branch that resides inside a Staples store in Cupertino, CA. I bought the boxes and materials to pack based on their instructions. Added an extra cost for a handling fee, insurance, and return carrier & Service. Then, the product arrived broken. To my surprise, both Staples and UPS decline and state this is the other vendor issue and they don't accountable for the shipment. So, my money and product are gone!!! Bad, bad, bad service. Next time, go to Fedex and Target. Much reliable.

Stormy at the Heath location in Ohio went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. I had my two kids with me, she gave them paper and crayons so they could color,which kept them entertained while I was working on sending papers, that needed printed. Best service I have received at the Heath store!

Staples advertises 24 hour delivery but they use Courier Express for shipping. Courier Express might receive it in 24 hours but you'll be lucky if you see the product in a week while it sites in their warehouse.

I did order online an item from Staples. During ordering they do not tell you when is delivery time only after the confirmation. Because delivery was two weeks later I decide to order from the store. I want to cancel my order but staples do not have this option, WHY this is so odd. I try to order from the store but their website is so confusing I did place another order the same way as before. Next, I pay much more attention to my order but again I was negatively surprised. While choosing the store I couldn't choose a store where I live. It gives me choices 600 km avay from my home. I'm so disappointed. Big stores like Staples can not afford dissent websites, not so confusing and working properly. I was charged twice and now Staples tells me to wait to get my money back for two weeks. So now they use my money for what I call misleading customers with no consequences. THIS BS.

As of march 11, 2021, I have had three separate faxes sent from three different staples store over the past several months and NONE of them received the faxes although the I received a positive confirmation sheet. It's useless to use Staples fax services.....what a waste

They will not warranty what they sell, very disappointed. They told me to send it back to manufacturer.....That's like my car dealership telling me to take my car back to Detroit. Never again Staples

The customer service at Staples is horrible. I stood in the line at the Staples on East Colonial. The employee acted like I was a ghost. The employees name was Toney. In fact another employee had to ask him to help me. He looked at me twice and put his head down. He wouldn't acknowledge me until another employee asked him to help me. When I asked him about a product he said he thinks it's on aisle 1. He didn't bother to make sure I found what I needed. Online they advertise that they have fans. However, they don't have fans in the store.
