“Bought tickets months ago. I always take a screen shot of the tickets before I purchased them. I purchased concert tickets with Woodforest Club attached. I never got the Woodforest and I got my tickets only 4 hours before going to the concert. This was stressful”
“StubHub is the absolute worst ticket company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a ticket for an event to be beside my group then received an "upgraded" that was placed in the same section but completely away from my group. I was not asked id I wanted an upgrade or I would have politely declined and searched for another ticket. I asked for a refund but was told not due to receiving the "correct" ticket even through it was not the ticket I intended to purchase. StubHub basically just told me to deal with it so now I'm stuck with a ticket in the wrong row away from my group which was not the reason for me buying through StubHub for the exact seat I saw and purchased to be by my group. What if this ticket was purchased for a child to sit by their parents and they were just randomly "upgraded" and relocated without the option of exchange or refund?? StubHub sucks, never recommend and will never use again.”
“Horrible experience trying to get my refund for a cancelled concert. I was told I would receive the refund within 10 business day and had to call multiple times to escalate the issue when I had not received my refund after 20 business days, and was told it will be 10 more business days before I get my refund. Will not use them again.”

“Purchase tickets 3 weeks before Cheifs game. Received email for parking pass same day purchased. Received confirmation email purchased tickets buy never received email with link to download tickets. Did a chat on day of game at 11:00 had to prove email had no link. Then they said seller never sent they have tell 2:30 pacific time to send day of evevt that is 4:30 central time zone where game is being played. Had to wait. At 4:40 I called. Was told seller never sent tickets I could get new tickets for game. All ticket they wanted to give upper-level in areas no one wants to set. I had lower level at 40 yard line. Told them I wanted refund. The only thing I took off early to go to this game. I had to tell my friends I was now not attending and they can't refund the parking pass that's $60 dollars. Will see if I even get refunded fit those tickets. 0 stars first time and will be last time I use them.”
“If you don't receive your ticket right after you bought it ...you're never going to get it. These horrible awful con artists will scam you for weeks and months telling you you'll get the ticket right before the concert . You'll get multiple people gaslighting you and lying to you. The day of the concert they kept up the charade. Finally a few hours before the show started they informed me they didn't have the tickets. They offered a small selection of terrible seats. I suggest you go to seek geek or vivid seats and skip these fraudsters. It's disgusting that this company isn't shut down.”

“I bought 2 tickets to the Aerosmith concert in Omaha. The concert was canceled after 1 1/2 year. They said they tried to credit the same credit card that was used to purchase the tickets. It took weeks to get my refund. I had to add my bank account information to have the money directly deposited to my bank. I talked to some overseas people hard to understand that were reading a script. I asked them to add another credit card since I was told it was a problem with the credit card. I was told the only way to credit it back was to add the bank account information prepaid card, or PayPal (don't have Paypal). I felt this was done to keep from paying credit card fees. I will never use Stub Hub again.”

“My daughter and I purchased 2 tickets for Pink, December 2023. Tickets are mobile, not been delivered. Contacted CS once by phone and 3 times via chat. I have a screenshot/chat, when told they have contacted the seller many times and no response received. Called again today and was told the delivery date is now 12:30 pm Pacific which on East time is 3:30. If tickets don't show on the day of the show, can only probably give a refund as seats are limited...so driving 4 hours/hotel would also be lost. Also have a screenshot where there is a section letter and no seat #'s listed, which along with no response are flags for SCAM. Just want a refund. When asking about possible scam, CS avoided the issue and said although they have tried many times through email to get a response from seller to no avail just have to trust the process. Several online reviews with same scenario, people are getting stiffed all over.”
“Purchased tickets for Hamilton, but were for the wrong day. Attempted to cancel the sale. Told “too bad” you purchased the tickets. Ok I will list and sell them. Complete nightmare. Multiple calls and hours on hold, they couldn’t tell me how to transfer them to a buyer. Finally got an answer from the original seller in about 5 minutes. I will still lose about $300 due to Stub Hub’s ridiculous fees which they do nothing to earn. This was my second interaction with them and both times another company had to fix it. They have only one job and SUCK at it!!!! Avoid them like the plague. Since you are getting charged exorbitant fees, you might as well go to Ticketmaster. They know what they are doing and I have had no problems with them”
