no good. I ordered same day tickets, they sent me instant confirmation, then 5 min later - an email saying there was an issue with the vendor and wait for another email. No email, No tickets, to get in the event. I was still charged. Customer service said it was my responsibility to call them. . . screw those guys and corporate policies of non responsibility for their own crappy communication.

StubHub sold me a parking pass through a third party and didn’t list the height restriction of 6’ on their site. That is crazy low for a parking garage, I’m 6’-1” and my truck is a stock ram 1500 that is 6’-4”. StubHub says all sales are final and won’t return my money. The last dollar they ever see from me.

Awful experience. When transacting the purchase, the details stated that the tickets were $57 + $22 fee. What was charged was $79 + $39 fee. They would not do anything to remediate.

I wish I could leave Not one star scamming mfs sold me a 40$ ticket added 40$ tax with no seat i couldn’t get in game to see drew Bree’s induction to hall of fame and now I have to wait 7 business days to get my 82$ back horrible trash ass scammers and wonder why ppl use Ticketmaster and SeatGeek

DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE !!! to sell tickets or buy tickets . Worst experience ever. I try to sell my ticket and end up canceling the sale, and all they did was charging me for my own tickets because apparently there was an offer on the tickets and they took off $400 out of my account because I canceled😡😡

Purchased tickets to a MLB playoff game and the day before the game I got an email telling me the tickets I purchased and received were no longer available. Huh?? The replacement tickets they offered were in a different section than our original seats and not near our friends (which we purposely purchased to sit near them). The replacement tickets were half the price of our original tickets but they refuse to reimburse the difference. Several calls with their customer service got us no where. They had no interest in being helpful at all! Complete FRAUD in my opinion.

I purchased tickets to the Aerosmith concert more than a year ago. The concert was rescheduled for 2-2025 and then cancelled this past August. We asked for a refund on the credit card and they went to process it and found that the card was not the same card used. That is because the bank cancelled the card due to fraud. We have gone round and round with Stub Hub to get the money back on my account. The code for the wallet is invalid so now they can't seem to get a new one. This is totally rediculous.

They canceled 2 of my 3 tickets. Didn’t give answer properly. So bought tickets from ticket master thinking that they will refund me since they canceled the tickets. Called them for refund. They said they will refund. Then they said they won’t and instead gave me tickets again that I no longer needed. They then gave me option to sell those tickets in their site and not refund. All I wanted was to buy tickets to events. I didn’t know what I signed up for until it’s too late and lost money.

Stubhub is the worse seller. Stick with Ticketmaster. I purchased tickets then the seller canceled the transaction. I never accepted the tickets because he canceled it before I could accept. When he cancelled, I bought tickets elsewhere. Stubhub will not give me a refund although I never received the tickets and they can see where he canceled them. Shame on you Stubhub-- never again!

First off if I could I would give a negative star review I would. Worst customer service ever they don't know how to do anything just give you bs answers and the run around. Maybe the company needs to hire people that work and understand English for one. 30 days plus is uncalled for fora refund. Being told a hundred different things and hung up on is also uncalled for. Please don't ever use this cheating lying company ever you will save yourself from a major migraine.

I bought two tickets and a parking space from Stubhub. The parking ticket was delivered but the entrance tickets never arrived. I spent the better part of five days on the phone with them. Their customer service people are polite when they answer the phone but show no interest solving a problem. when I requested a supervisor I was hung up on twice. I finally got a supervisor named John who both unhelpful and rude. They are refusing my tickets but making me $42.56 for parking. THEFT

At this moment I can't stop thanking the TheresachinRecovery team cause they helped me recover my money when i thought it was all gone. I sold tickets to a concert back on 9/26/24 and still have not received payment. When I reach out to customer service I'm told it's "under investigation " and they don't have a timeframe when this will be resolved. All attempts to speak with an actual person are thwarted. Next step will be legal action.

I've been trying for five days to sell a parking pass for The Lion King at Fox in Atlanta on Oct. 17, 2024, and every time, I get a "Sorry! Something Went Wrong." It doesn't matter which device I try. Even the App doesn't work. The customer service guy said he would report it and to just keep trying. Who has time for that?? Ridiculous.

For whatever reason Stub Hub allows the seller to wait until 2 hours before an event to send tickets. They guarantee they will give you equal or better tickets or give you your money back. Well recently I traveled to an event. I called them 3 hours before to let them know that I had not received my tickets yet. They said I should wait until 2 hours before and call them back because their policy is two hours before. They told me this is a very high rated and trusted seller. They said they are pretty sure they will come through and if they didn’t they would give me equal or better tickets or a refund. I told them a refund will not help me because I have travel expenses for this trip, airfare, hotel, etc. They said they understand and believe I really have no reason to worry as the seller is very trusted. I called back 2 hours before because I still didn’t receive the tickets. They said they would remind the seller to send and if I didn’t have them within 1/2 hour I should call back. In 1/2 hour I still didn’t have them and they said the venue doesn’t release the tickets until 1 hour before the event so call back. When I still didn’t receive the tickets 1 hour before I called them and they said they would escalate this and if I didn’t have tickets soon they would get me equal or better tickets or issue a refund. I again explained to them that a refund is the last thing I’m looking for because I traveled specifically to see this event. We were now 30 minutes away from the event start time. I called again, they said they will send me a link to collect different tickets. They didn’t hang up and asked to to click the link. I clicked the link and it said no other tickets available. They apologized and sent me my money back. I went to the box office to buy tickets and explained what happened they told me they were sorry but the event sold out days ago. I told them what happened and they said it was absolutely untrue that they waited 1 hour before to release the tickets. I had $1000 in travel expenses and didn’t see the show. I have 2 other events that I bought prior to this. One is mid November one is late November. I received the late November tickets 3 days after I purchased them. I didn’t receive the tickets for the mid November event and it is now 3 weeks before the event. I am growing worried and called to ask when I might see my tickets. They told me that the sell has up until 2 hours before the event. I told them I again have a flight and hotel scheduled and cannot have this happen again. They assured me this is a highly rated seller. I told them that’s what I was told in the past and the seller didn’t come through. I asked them if they can just give me my money back so I can buy from a place that I can make sure I get tickets. I cannot afford to spend money for flights and hotels to see an event and NOT see the event. They said they cannot give me my money back, and reiterated the seller is highly rated. I asked them to please try to push the seller and they said they cannot control the sellers. I told them until they change their policy I will never buy through them again.
