“We had ordered tickets two months before the concert. The day of the concert the tickets did not arrive. We spoke to customer service and were told they would be there by 7pm (the concert began at 8pm). At 7:35 pm we still didn’t have tickets. Again spoke with customer service and they said select different tickets. We did and then were told they would be available within the hour. They did not tell us that in advance of us making the new selection. We had to demand an alternative. We were told to download a different app and purchase tickets. We did and got into the concert just as it began. Our “new” seats were at the very top of the theater.
Needless to say it was a very negative experience.”
“Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They are truly horrible and pathetic. A joke of a company I don’t know how they are in business. I will NEVER use them again. Selling tickets through them has turned my year since March into a nightmare.”
“They are running a scam, they charge you up front and then make you wait for the tickets cause they don't take the responsibility to deliver the ticket. I bought tickets from them and the tickets were never delivered, I ended up missing the event and got refund few weeks later but the opportunity to attend the event passed by for me. “Bought tickets to a football game weeks in advance on the 50 yard line. The day before the game I get a message saying that those seats aren’t available, the website then gave us options for alternate tickets. The only “alternative” options are in the end zone in the nose bleeds, and it said that it was an upgrade. We wanted very much so to be on or close to the 50 and that’s the only reason a I bought those tickets.”
“My family and I was a victim of Disneyland fake tickets , if you know you got scammed by a fake ticket seller or website contact disneylandftc at outlook com .And get them tracked and refund back...”
“Stubhub is a scam! Bought tickets to my local OHL hockey team. Not only did I not receive the tickets I bought, when I contacted customer service… to say they were less than helpful is an understatement. They told me it was a “trusted seller” that was 14 hours ahead of my local time and they couldn’t review a refund. 14 hours ahead??? That’s not even in my continent. Who in another continent could have tickets to an OHL game. Not only were we not allowed in to the game we waited outside for hours in the cold and in rain with no result. They are not the same company they use to be. We have bought many tickets off of them in the past with no problems. I can assure you after this I will Never buy anything from stubhub again. Red was the worst customer service rep we have ever experienced.”
“I spent $400 on tickets to a show in Boston 2 months before the show.
1 Hour before the show calling doing what ever I can to get my tickets.
No Luck getting them. Stub hub said they will refund the money.
That was back in September it's now the end of November still no refund.
I have called and spoke to real people who all said they will get this taken care of.

“I purchased a parking pass but was denied entry when I got to the venue. I asked for a refund after submitting proof I was forced to go to general parking. Stubhub initially agreed to give me my money back but then recanted. Absolutely shameful!”
“They are a joke. They say they have a guarantee but it is just a lie. My tickets did not work for me and I was in the phone 8 different times with 9 emails and they never resolved if. Than they say that 24 hours before they will give you a refund or better tickets and of course that never happened. An hour before the show I got an email saying enjoy the show even though they knew the tickets never worked. Stay away from them.”
“Stubhub is a SCAM! They sold me tickets that were confirmed via email and they did NOT DELIVER the tickets. Stubhub LIED stating the concert was canceled when it was NOT. The LIE of a cancelled concert allows Stubhub the ability to not fulfill an order. But proof that the concert was NOT canceled was provided from the venue and acknowledged by Stubhub yet Stubhub still REFUSED to fulfill my ticket order. Concert tickets for this event subsequently increased in price by 4 times the original price I paid and Stubhub refused to fulfill their purchase guarantee to provide replacement tickets of equal or greater value. AVOID THIS SCAMMER!!!!!”
“This was THE WORST experience ever. Bought a ticket for a concert, was unable to transfer the ticket from Stubhub to my Ticketmaster account. Called and called Stubhub and they kept lying about everything, and they were unable to reach the "seller" of the ticket, who seems like a scam. Had to wait till the day of the show, come to find out, no ticket was ever there and there was no replacement either. Still waiting for my refund for the ticket. Joke of a lying company, avoid at ALL COSTS!”
