“I went to see a hockey game in Newark New Jersey. With tickets I was offered parking for $46. Knowing that the area is not safe, I bought it. When I arrived, I found out that all the parking lots in the area were $30. Never buy parking from Stubhub!”

“Do not purchase your tickets from Stubhub. After Aerosmith canceled their concerts I requested my money back. They said ok that it would take Business days. That was over 45 days ago. I keep requesting they send me an email 5-8 business days and here I am without my money. I get apologize and that they are processing my refund and I'll get it in 5-8 business days. So if by the end of this week I don't receive my refund I guess it's time to take legal action against stubhub. It's over $1k so no don't play with my money anymore.”

“Do not use Stub Hub EVER. In JUNE I bought 2 very expensive tickets for a Sturgill Simpson show in Montana 3.5 months later in September. My tickets NEVER arrived via email, but they kept stringing me along. Late this afternoon At 2 pm I got an email saying my tickets will be delivered by 5pm. At 3 pm I got an email saying they're having trouble getting my tickets from the seller. Then at 7pm I get an email saying my tickets are unavailable and oh would I like to try purchasing tickets from another vendor? Show is at 8pm, I live 1 hour away from the venue (plus parking, walking in to the ampitheater, etc). Scammers!”
“we had a horrible experience with stub hub - the agent didn’t does very good english - we eventually got shut down in our email as a result & almost lost out on our game tickets - the agent was rude & no help and very confusing / gave us bad info on what to do as a result / thankfully, the venue “found” our tickets after a long search - they said that stub hub has issues - DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!”

When I asked to send the real ticket to my wallet, they sent a non-functioning link.
After that, they asked to attend anyway and the screenshot ticket will work.
Ended up being embarrassed at the stadium gates and they are refusing to send a refund.”
“I really don’t understand how they’re able to stay in business operating how they do! I paid over $2500 for tickets that were not valid and did not give entry to the event. I tried for over an hour to get a refund from stubhub and they refused to take any responsibility and said there was nothing they could do. They said that because the tickets were delivered to me they were not responsible, even though their own policy states I’d be entitled to a full refund. I’m absolutely devestated.”
“Crooks. Absolute crooks. Ripped me off for over $2,200.00 Never got tickets to a game even after 5-6 calls with customer service. Last customer service person told me I would receive a link where I could either get comparable tickets OR a full refund. Never got the email, had to buy 4 new tickets through VividSeats day of the event, got the tickets from VividSeats (great experience) in 10 minutes. Every experience with VividSeats has been amazing. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID StubHub. They put 22 year old kids on the phone to read off a script when you get ripped off. They say they will "elevate" the issue and never do. Put you on hold and laugh at you as they know their company is ripping you off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with StubHub!”

“SAVE YOUR MONEY!! Travelled countries to see Fred Again, paid a huge amount to purchase floor tickets. 1 hour before concert we still haven't received tickets but have been told via email to continue waiting. 30 minutes before the concert we managed to call them and after 25 minutes of being put on hold were told that there were no tickets for us and we needed to request a refund or choose tickets at the back for the same price we paid to be on the floor. 5 minutes before the gig started!!! Ended up paying 3 times the price for tickets not on the floor and they wouldn't offer us a cheaper price. They also never reached out to us, we had to call them ourselves and were in formed with 5 minutes to sort something out. Whyyyyyyyy????? Don't let people buy tickets you don't have!!! Ruined our trip we had spent so much time looking forward to and money to get there for this gig. They don't even have a area to write reviews on their page”

Ive been on the phone with them numerous times, as well as emails. I'm still waiting a month later for that refund! And it wasn't cheap. Personlly would Never use this company! I think they are a Scam ! Not only did they take my money but they left me and my daughter disappointed at the gate”
