“Never order anything from them online, come to think of it a lot of the stuff there is poor quality too. An error on their website meant a package was sent to the wrong address and they just wasted my time and didn't do anything about it. Plus they take over a week to deliver.”

“I love the idea and the search for great products in TKMaxx but some of theur stuff is very very poor quality and sometimes you don't see that until you try it on. We have bought a lot of great stuff there but recently we bought something that turned out to be so badly made that it would not go around a baby's arms, legs or nappy. We hadn't kept the receipt but all the tags were still on showing price and everything. TKMaxx have refused to even give a credit note. They simply don't care. I cannot even donate this to charity it is that bad. I am shocked that even as a loyal customer who has done ALL her family's shopping there, they are happy to trick me out of money for dodgy stuff. Won't be going there again.”

“5 star customer service received by Staff in Tkmaxx Morfa Swansea. Very helpful and friendly. On return home after shopping in store realising one of my parcels had been left behind i spoke to staff on duty who kindly took the time to locate and keep it safe until i was able to collect it. Can't thank you all enough. Will definitely continue to visit this place. Excellent shop with fabulous staff.”

“I love TKMaxx I order online and usually arrange to collect from local store due to COVID obviously unable to do this so it was being delivered by Hermes courier, absolutely disgusted i recived and email stating delivery be between 5pm and 7pm not arrived by 7.15pm I checked my email for tracker update to see that it was down as deliverd successfully and signed for at my prooerty, NOT TRUE what a time of it trying to phone the courier eventually just made complaint to TKMaxx so I am awaiting outcome of this wont be shopping there on line for home delivery. What is the matter with peopleI am actually still in 2 minds whether to get police involved (Very expensive parcel I am waiting to hear what TKMaxx say Monday but so disgusted”

“The clothing in TKMaxx is usually quite good quality. However, the delivery experience is very poor. Firstly, you have to pay for your items to be delivered (shops usually do free delivery on items of over £50, but not TKMaxx), then you wait for your items to be delivered for a whole week. Secondly, if you want to return your items, no labels are provided. You have to physically get the return address typed up and printed, go to the post office (not great during the COVID-19 outbreak) and pay for your items to be posted back, in your own packaging. I personally paid £9, which made my delivery expense around £15 (there and back plus the packaging) in total, which is a lot. I wish TKMaxx could be more considerate and follow the examples of the other retailers by doing free delivery and returns, with pre-printed labels. This would leave a much better impression.”

“tk maxx use worst UK courier. driver couldn't find my address( how ever I belive they didn't try to find) I orderd on 10th of may on 15th they said couldn't find the address( on the main rd) after 4 times call to tk maxx customer service. on 29th they sent email we will refund your money in 10 working days.!!!!! how do you feel if that happen to you. mr/ms manager?”

“After a dress I bought for a wedding fell apart... I was expecting a refund even though I didn’t have my receipt... I had the TXMaxx labels which I had only just removed the day before... I had only wore it an afternoon..... what I WASNT expecting was the attitude of the assistant on Tuesday at your Oldham branch who made me scroll through my on line banking statements on my phone ( in front of other shoppers) at the counter... to prove my purchase!!!!!..... she also checked on her computer..... eventually she offered me a credit note.... and I left feeling quite traumatised..... I usually love my frequent TXMaxx shopping experience...”

“I'm based in Dublin and recently ordered three dresses from TK Maxx online. Unfortunately none worked out and I sent them back within a couple of days. I wasn't sure how the refund process was going to be but I can honestly say I've had a very good experience. I mostly dealt with a lovely lady called Rehanna and she was excellent to deal with and so helpful. The final part of the refund has just been sorted today and based on this experience I would definitely use TK Maxx online again.”

“Great prices, just be careful to check items before buying.Great quality and plenty of choice.Fantastic deals.A brilliant shop for kids toys and books clothes and most everything.Look here first for a bargain before you look anywhere else, thats my advice to shoppers.Never had a problem with returns or refunds.People need to be fair not to abuse a good shop like this.Check items and return straightaway with a good reason for returning.Don't spoil it for others.Always had good service with staff.Never bought without seeing a item so can't voice a opinion for buying on line.”

“They use Worst uk courier .. they are not professional first experience they delivered my order to wrong address... second experience they gave me Two hours time slot 5 to 7pm at 7:15 i received email saying they rescheduled delivery from 7 to 9 pm means i had to cancel my Saturday evening plans and wait for them.. i eneded up waiting at home for nothing as they didnt show up i had to call sender on monday and cancel my order .. make sure dont make an order if its hemes if you wanna save your self a stress. Regrads”

“Ordered online a pair of Roberto Cavalier trainers, indeed I do wear size 3.5, this one was available only size 4, amazing quality, it’s 100/: authentic( the monogram tag was on it), also Tommy Hilfiger navy loafer size 3.5, leather, so grateful for it it just looks amazing and what a bargain, I saved 275 pound and in reality don’t know if I could afford! Kenneth Cole women jacket is fab as well! Thank you again! It is worth ordering it online and I recommend it to everyone!👍”

“DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM TK MAXX (UK)... I should have known better, after buying two pairs of shoes on-line in July (for delivery to store) and waiting two weeks for them to arrive! This time I ordered Xmas presents and having witnessed great customer service from other on-line retailers (Amazon, John Lewis, Currys etc), thought my previous debacle with TK Maxx, was a flash in the pan. How wrong I was! Having clicked for free (5 day) delivery, I'm sat here after 5 days, with my order still showing as 'in progress'. Don't bother using their on-line 'contact us' form, as they don't reply! I've even emailed Customer Services, following advice from TK Maxx (Nessa) on this forum, receiving an automated email, saying it usually takes them 3 days to reply!!! If I was sat on the Board of TK Maxx, I'd hang my head in shame and dismiss myself. Then call for the sacking of the entire Management team. They are a prime example of a business blinkered on raising its share price and pleasing institutions through growth, whilst neglecting back-office and customer services. What a woeful excuse for a retailer, whose on-line experience, customer service and fulfilment, falls well well behind its compatriots (who incidentally are growing at a faster rate). Step back in to the dark ages at your peril!”

“I've now been waiting 3 weeks for my package to arrive. They use Hermes as a courier which is a sign that they put profits above customer service. Hermes have gone silent. TK Maxx won't issue a replacement product. I'm about to request a chargeback from my credit card provider.”

“I wouldn't even give them a star for the delivery. I ordered on the 30th of November with standard delivery and on the 6th of December no delivery.. And on the website it said 3 to 5 working days. Which have passed already.. No emails saying that my delivery has been delayed or anything.. The most annoying thing is that I need the items within the next days as I'm going abroad and they are Christmas presents. Spoke with customer service after one hour of waiting on the phone and guess what?? They can't do anything.. Its out of their control and my parcel will arrive whenever.. I can't pay extra to gave it delivered in time, I can't have it delivered in store in time.. Useless.. Its a bit disappointing to wait an hour on the phone for someone to answer and then what?? They are completely useless and can't do anything.. Do you actually help your customers whan needed?? I guess not.. You don't give a... About your customers that's how a felt and the worse bit is that I work for this company and its shameful.. Don't order online for tkmaxx as you never know if your order will ever arrive”
