I placed an order for an ebike and Tredz priced matched it for me. When they found out I was getting £600 off the bike Tredz cancelled the order down and wouldn't give me a reason. So now I will buy the bike from the other web site shop. Poor Customer Service

Tredz customer service extent was to leave a note on my door and ask the driver to leave the £1000 bike somewhere or ask a neighbour if they wouldn’t mind taking it in ( sure because people don’t mind having a full size bike in their front door ).
