It has lots of dirt marks and a couple of scuff marks which is very unimpressive
Their customer service team were not very helpful, offering a 10% voucher however I hardly shop with them and they seemed to think it was a minor issue.

Really Disappointed with there service, I would highly recommend going elsewhere, I ordered the Giant Trance 3 & Garmin Dirt Bundle from Tredz in October, I ordered the bike to come as soon as it was “prepped” & the Garmin for next day delivery! The next morning I was expecting an email from FedEx/ TNT about the delivery of my Garmin, the afternoon came round and still nothing.
