“We have waited 4 times for a delivery. Your app is not used by your drivers. Then after waiting before and after the time given for delivery, the item is labelled as returned with no reason given after delivery time has expired. We are claiming a refund from waifair with a recommendation to all our contacts never to use them as a purchase company due to their delivery company choice.”

Awful website, awful tracking. No idea where my parcel is and they refuse to get back to me. Recently removed the chat feature from their website not that it ever worked but this probably down to the quantity of failures they have right now. Awful awful company and will refuse to work with any company who uses them for large item delivery from here on.

“They marked my item as delivered but never happened. There is no way to get in contact with them. Posted a picture with a signature like I have received my item. This is fraud, false signature. On the map you can see where the item was delivered and this is at the mall. This guys are just stilling parcels. I have raised a complaint with the supplier and wait for a solution now. Just avoid this thieves!”

I have 2 depot where I work 609 Rochester and 703 Brentwood.
I have vans from there company without any reason they come in the night and take van with drivers belongs.
When I give notice of leaving because I was on minus with my business they start to over charge me.
They take money with out reason.
Managers are with out experience and they just know to charge you.
Not even main office is not helping they keep there side and you just must go in court with them to take your money back.
So better do not sign a contract with them.”

Wednesday said they attempted delivery, waited all day and cctv shows no they didnt! Thursday they said will be here by 12.29. SEVEN weeks i have tried to find out where my parcel has been delivered to !!!!!!!! Now they do not answer the phone or Emails from me....Driver FORGED my signature and said delivered so according to them and Ebay end of story....I had to spend another £220 for my wife's surprise birthday present and pick it up so she had it on the day....Also must of cost me a packet in calling premium rate no which they never answer even though im !st in the queue ........I wont purchase from any company using them!!!!!”
“This is probably the worst delivery company I have delt with. They have a premium rate number that just put you in an endless looped message. Their email support is appalling and keeps bouncing you back to their online tracker where the information is not correct and mostly outdated. My parcel shows as delivered today despite the fact I have never received it and the fact that the address is correct. The photos they are showing as proof only reveal that someone has signed the delivery elsewhere. I will definitely make sure to not use any companies that are using them.”
