XDP have had my "next day delivery" chair in their depot for 9 days now. Yesterday I received the 'morning of' text to say that my chair would be delivered between 11:04 and 13:04, which would be fine had the text not been sent at 14:01! I assumed that meant arrival today, but alas it was intended for yesterday. We were home yesterday and no attempt for delivery was made.
As mentioned by others you can't call them to discuss, neither can Wayfair! Customer service is essentially an email address that you won't receive a response from (emailed them a week ago).”
“Notification of delivery only provided on the day at 10 am no concept of people actually having to go to work and need more notice than 5 hours to make arrangements.
As I was unable to accept delivery of my item it is being returned now resulting in me trying to get my item delivered or a refund.”
“Too quick to leave after ringing the doorbell. Not enough time to even get to the door before he was off down the drive.
It's a continuing theme of deliveries allowing for 5 seconds per delivery.
I'm disabled how the hell am I supposed to get to a door simultaneously with the doorbell being pushed.

“Your service is totally shocking. You have no customer service at all. In every way you must be the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of having an item I have paid for for in your depot? Van? Returned to sender? Damaged? I mean it has nearly been a week since your first and only attempt, your delivery card has an incorrect phone number with nothing written on it. Your live chat is where? Your replies to emails is where?”

“we use this company through another delivery company , the number of parcels we have going missing is unbelievable , next day deliveries can take up to a month if they arrive at all .
we are set up so that a signature is required on delivery 9 times out of 10 there isn't a signature and if there is it is a name not known to our customer , wish we didn't need to use them”

Got a text at 10am for delivery slot between 2pm and 4pm. No show. “Tracking system “ shows item at depot with no further update. SUPPLIER can’t even get a response from them. Will not order from any company who use this firm.”

Received email in morning saying it would be delivered between 1-2pm, so at such short notice took afternoon off work, no delivery and can't get live chat or them to answer phone, emailed 3 times it's now following afternoon and still no reply...tracking now says item delivered...BULL.... I was in all day and now can't get hold of them again.... DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“Web purchase delivered by XPD (a bed frame). No advance notice of a delivery other than an email sent out of hours. We were not in because we didn’t know they were coming so they threw the bed frame over our 7ft garden wall. Luckily it was a dry day but it was damaged by the impact. No response from XPD (it’s been 5 days now) regarding our complaint. I wish I could give 0 stars!”
“I'd give no stars if it was an option. Waiting on a bed to be delivered. Due 22nd October, tracking system said it was out for delivery on 24th October and to be in between 11am and 1pm. I was sent an sms with this information at 1.31pm??? Work that out if you can. No bed arrived, no note through the door and no reply from my emails. Theres no update on the tracking options since yesterday so I currently gabe no idea where the bed is. Also, you cant phone yo speak with anyone and they dont reply to emails. Great.”

1)Avoid shipping anything with them
2)Avoid work for xdp at any cost (otherwise might cost you a lot in unpaid wages)

“Unfortunately I am unable to give 0 stars. I was told my parcel would arrive yesterday and did not arrive. I was then sent a text this morning that the parcel would arrive today and it has not arrived. I have emailed the company and have no response. There is no live chat/telephone number on their website to be able to speak to someone. I am now having to sleep on the floor for a second night as they have no arrived and have not bothered to contact me! Absolutely ridiculous!”
“I had a delivery today, emailed to say delivered left in a safe place came from work only 1 item not the 2 that is ment to be there, emailed, tried to ring no response from anyone and to top it off your proof of delivery isn't even my house!!!! “Absolutely terrible - they can never tell you when they are going to turn up - Unfortunately Aldi uses them for large items - I would personally never order a large item from Aldi because XDP are the courier - the worse service ever - I tried to contact them no response to email - premium rate number I was on for 20 minutes at number 1 - they have the cheek to tell you that your call is important to them - lies and disception”
