“Not bad service at all - compare to other reviews!!!
After reading all those reviews I’ve got quite anxious. 4stars instead of 5 I gave only because item arrived next day after it had to be delivered. I’ve contacted our local depot asking about my delivery date time and they replied within 2 hours confirming that item will be delivered “today” and it was!!!!
Package wasn’t damaged. Driver was ok. Depot replied quickly. I still feel happy and lucky!!!”
“Supposed to deliver an order of bunk beds off amazon. Missed first delivery as at work so rearranged and took 1/2 day off work. No one turned up so rang depot who had no idea why. Rang again as no one bothered to ring me back. Never had a delivery card, text or update. This went on for nearly 2 weeks. Never got my beds so asked for refund. Rubbish service!”
“This company don’t even deserve 1 star it’s appalling how customers are treated I’ve tried to contact them numerous times via emails phone calls etc I’m still waiting on my kids bed and had no response I’m 5 months pregnant and this is causing me nothing but stress ! All I’m seeing is how vile this company is I will make sure I never use them again and I’m also contacting trading standards and taking it the full road with this pathetic excuse of a delivery company !!!”
“Waste of space company, drivers are rude, unprofessional, didn't knock or ring, just left parcel out in the open.
Head office are useless to say the least! No way of complaining, reporting to trading standards. Do not use and deffo would not recommend.”
“Delivered someone else’s item to my neighbours as we were out , totally different address on package still trying to locate our package and in meantime have someone else’s items in my house”
“Worst delivery service ever !! I was working in my office in cumbernauld our back door was open which on a Saturday is normally locked (was only open as one of my staff came back .
On leaving via back door my staff member came back in to tell me there was several parcels dumped at our back door .
On investigation I found all the parcels as he had said .(pictures attached)
No one had even stepped foot inside to advise they were there
But would be interesting to what name was signed for it as I never signed anything for them .
One disgruntled manager !!!!”
“Avoid at all cost. This company is disgusting! There is no such thing as live chat! All emails bounce back! I’ve lost half a days wages, you cannot call these people! I still don’t have my order, and I’m now out of pocket, and costing me to make phone calls. This company should be shut down now!’ So I would advise that you do not waste your time and your money on this disgusting company!!! I’m outraged!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS”
“This company have ruined my daughter’s birthday. Despite repeated assurances that her present would arrive on time, the delivery has yet to arrive. I was given 3 windows for arrival; none of which transpired. A shameful ‘organisation’ which should cease trading in this field.”
“I have had 3 delivery dates and none have been honoured, worst company i have ever dealt with, they repeatedly lie when you email them , give this company a wide birth. absolutely shocking.”
“The only reason it even achieved a "one star rating" is because I can't add comments with no stars.
Absolutely shocking and I suspect rotten to the core. No customer service at all, no ownership of issues and no accountability at the top. How hard do customers have to shout using social media to get your attention. This all is very avoidable.

I'm still waiting for an acknowledgement or even better delivery of my bed I have been waiting for, two days later not even so much as a call, text or email. So a social media tirade here we come.”
“Received text to say delivery would be between 12:36 and 14:36.
Nothing arrived.
No way to contact them to track the package with a person. The only telephone number I could find was a premium rate number which wastes your time telling you that the only way is to email or use their live chat.
"Live chat" is just a button that says click live chat at the bottom of the page but nothing their.
Email is a generic depot email address that I assume will take several days to respond.
Website is also broken and confusing in many places.
From the other reviews I will be lucky to see my delivery.
No customer service at all”
“Ordered a new spin bike online from fitness superstore on the Sunday and choose the next day delivery option - the earliest was Tuesday but I opted for the Wednesday as I was off work and this was a big package. I received a text on the Tuesday night to say my package was at the depot - then it went silent, 12pm on Wednesday no package had yet arrived, no text, scheduled delivery times or anything, then 2pm still nothing, no updates. 3pm phoned fitness superstore who tried to ‘chase’ and get in contact with XDP to no avail. Anyway, Wednesday came and gone with no delivery or status update - the delivery charges by fitness superstore was refunded by this point. Then get a phonecall on the Thursday morning from the delivery driver “I’m outside your house what do you want me to do with the bike?” - I informed the driver he was a day late and I was at work as I used my holiday the day before (the scheduled delivery date) to wait for this package. I asked if he could re-deliver the same day after 4pm when I got in from work and was told “it’s not on my route”. I told him to return the package then as I didn’t want it left out in the street. (Not sure if they realise people work 9-5 and if they don’t give 24 hours notice then people won’t be in - to which that is not my fault if they don’t deliver at the expected time). I phoned fitness superstore who had tried to investigate this issue and see if it could be delivered after 4pm on the Thursday but surpringsly for a courier company they don’t do specific delivery times (or specific dates by the looks of things). I have since asked for the item to be returned for a full refund. It’s an absolute shambles, what was the driver expecting if he was turning up a day late, what was the point of me wasting a Wednesday, why could I get no updates from the company to say their was a delivery issue. If you look at other reviews online for this company you realise this is pretty much similar to everyone else’s issues and is nothing unique. It’s an absolute joke that they can be called a courier company, I would advise avoiding all companies who use these as couriers. I would give this 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible, couriers are meant to work around the customer not deliver when they feel like, absolute shambles. (FYI - They’ll no doubt reply to this message as it’s in the public domain now, but they’ve ignored my 3 emails prior to this)”

“As bad as it gets.
XDP have had my "next day delivery" chair in their depot for 9 days now. Yesterday I received the 'morning of' text to say that my chair would be delivered between 11:04 and 13:04, which would be fine had the text not been sent at 14:01! I assumed that meant arrival today, but alas it was intended for yesterday. We were home yesterday and no attempt for delivery was made.
As mentioned by others you can't call them to discuss, neither can Wayfair! Customer service is essentially an email address that you won't receive a response from (emailed them a week ago).”
“Notification of delivery only provided on the day at 10 am no concept of people actually having to go to work and need more notice than 5 hours to make arrangements.
As I was unable to accept delivery of my item it is being returned now resulting in me trying to get my item delivered or a refund.”
“Too quick to leave after ringing the doorbell. Not enough time to even get to the door before he was off down the drive.
It's a continuing theme of deliveries allowing for 5 seconds per delivery.
I'm disabled how the hell am I supposed to get to a door simultaneously with the doorbell being pushed.

“Your service is totally shocking. You have no customer service at all. In every way you must be the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of having an item I have paid for for in your depot? Van? Returned to sender? Damaged? I mean it has nearly been a week since your first and only attempt, your delivery card has an incorrect phone number with nothing written on it. Your live chat is where? Your replies to emails is where?”
