“Absolutely dreadful customer service. Extremely rude emails (no idea who I was emailing as the emails were not signed) and had to chase multiple times for an estimated delivery time, despite the fact that this was a 're delivery' because the delivery had been 'attempted' 2 days before (simply not the case as I stayed in all afternoon and did not receive a phone call to say the driver could not find the property, nor did I receive a card to say they had attempted delivery). I will avoid at all costs, and would recommend everyone do the same. Unfortunately this was for a product through Wayfair so I was not aware who would be delivering this, in future I will try and avoid. Like many people have stated, this company actually deserve 0 stars for their customer service. The phone line provided also doesn't work!”

“Worse delivery company I’ve had to deal with, wouldn’t use again. Got told my delivery was coming got a 2 hour time slot, waited in all day. Then got an email saying “ tried to deliver but no one was in “ I was sat in all day waiting and had phoned up asking where it was , as they said they left a card in the porch , didn’t have a card in the door. Didn’t even bother turning up. Phoned up got told next hour be with me, phoned again got told be definitely here by 8pm still didn’t receive it , contacted company I bought it from and phone back this morning and they said be coming today but didn’t get any warning about a re delivery date was only because I phoned up I found out the new delivery slot.”
“Ordered item from Wayfair and saw it was being delivered by XDP. After reading the reviews I was really worried if I would receive my item in one piece! However, have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Was kept informed of delivery date and time. Email I sent asking a question was answered quickly and tracking info was quickly updated. Maybe I was lucky but didn't have any problems at all.”

“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have lost three work days trying to get chairs delivered from Wayfair via XPD. I phoned this morning to check what time I could expect delivery only to be told the goods had been returned despite the fact that my delivery was booked in( for the fourth time) I am furious about this. There was no apology, no explanation, no ownership of the process. It has been needlessly stressful dealing with them.
They don’t respond to emails asking for details of formal complaint procedure, they don’t acknowledge the content of emails.
I have raised this with Wayfair but was told that they cannot control distribution. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This has been a horrendous experience.”

After reading all those reviews I’ve got quite anxious. 4stars instead of 5 I gave only because item arrived next day after it had to be delivered. I’ve contacted our local depot asking about my delivery date time and they replied within 2 hours confirming that item will be delivered “today” and it was!!!!
Package wasn’t damaged. Driver was ok. Depot replied quickly. I still feel happy and lucky!!!”
“Supposed to deliver an order of bunk beds off amazon. Missed first delivery as at work so rearranged and took 1/2 day off work. No one turned up so rang depot who had no idea why. Rang again as no one bothered to ring me back. Never had a delivery card, text or update. This went on for nearly 2 weeks. Never got my beds so asked for refund. Rubbish service!”

Head office are useless to say the least! No way of complaining, reporting to trading standards. Do not use and deffo would not recommend.”
