I was running down my stairs to meet him and he’d gone! No contact number and The Range were not helpful at all! Don’t buy from any company that uses XDP you won’t get it! A complete shambles! 😡”

“Absolutely disgraceful. Waited in all day for our sofa, delivery driver was here for all of 2 minutes whilst my partner was walking down the stairs he didn’t ring our buzzer and simple drove off. AVOID this company absolutely embarrassing behaviour from your couriers”
“I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered an armchair from a company which wasn’t suitable so wanted to return. They arranged collection via XDP. Received a collection slot and then text saying I was the next stop. Driver never shows up but when I check the tracking link later it says that item has been collected when it wasn’t. Contacted the retailer who arranged another collection for a few days later, again receive a window for collection and then text saying my stop is next. Waited at home all day long and driver never shows up. Contacted retailer again and they said driver attempted collection but there was nothing to collect. The driver never came, never knocked on the door, just outright lied. At a loss of what to do now to return my item and am £300 out of pocket. Absolute disgrace of a company, can’t contact anyone, no response via email, can’t connect to anyone on live chat and no phone number to use. AVOID AT ALL COST. They should be shut down for defrauding people.”
“Received a text with a delivery slot. Waited in all day. Received a text saying they had attempted delivery. They had not!
Unable to reschedule using their App, so contacted the seller. Rescheduled. Waited in again for the delivery slot which was not one I chose. Then received a message from XDP to say they couldn’t find my address! All other delivery companies can find my address ! Unbelievably terrible!! Avoid!”

If I could give a ZERO stars I would! I had a collection arranged by my supplier for a faulty return, I received an email confirming collection for 17th July. I stayed home from work - and nobody attended. As it is impossible to get a person on the phonelines, I emailed about the failed collection and was advised by the support team, who apologised for the inconvenience, that they had called the loacl depot and this had been rebooked for collection either Fri 19th July or Mon 22nd July latest.
Wasting a second and third day at home respectively, needless to say, no collection.
Despite evidencing all of this to XPD "support team" and angrily requesting a manager calls me, I was told to waste even more of my own time on this shocking customer service, "As previously mentioned this collection will need to be raised again by your supplier as there was no one home at the previous attempt."
Where is the integrity in lying? That is a bald faced lie. I have wasted 3 days at home - and NOBODY HAS ATTENDED to collect.
XPD make it deliberately impossible to have a conversation with anyone - despite me requesting this is escalated to a complaint and asking for someone to phone me.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!”
“Had my parcel since 4 July, saying on 1 tracking out for delivery on another at depot, send emails no response, try phoning can’t help with deliveries, absolutely distgusting, by the time I get my order for the pergoda will be winter, that’s if it ever comes,”
“An abhorrent experience. Not only did the delivery come three hours outside of the ETA (which, in itself, isn't so bad) but ... it wasn't delivered to us at all. We're apartment building 30 and the driver just dumped the heavy package in apartment building 3.
Luckily we have some amazing people living in that flat who not only came all that way and told us, but offered a lift in their car to get the package back to my flat as it's about a 10 minute walk and the package itself was extremely heavy (as it was a chest of drawers).
On the box it said (SIGNATURE REQUIRED) and I'd received text earlier that day asking for contactless signature. If I'd signed that contactless signature early I would've been f*cked. So the delivery driver either got no signature, or he made one up.
I can't even find a place to complain directly to XDP. If one of the Apartment 3 residents didn't come to save the day, that would've been £100 out of my pocket.”
“Delivered my catalogue order of a mattress & bed frame in one delivery, despite catalogue informing me that it would be 2 separate deliveries (over a week apart).

“Shame there is not a Zero rating- I had a parcel delivered today - First of all the man appeared miserable and did not acknowledge me at all - the man then took the photos and got the section up for me to electronically sign - the phone had a phone case that flaps over and I needed to hold the phone myself to steady and see where I was signing as the sun was shining on the screen , the man pulled the phone back and would not let me hold it - I couldn't even sign my signature properly and he pulled the phone away - I said its ok I'm not trying to nick the phone , he mumbled something and walked away and I told him not to deliver here again- He made me feel like a thief---- this staff member needs to be trained or retrained in common manners - definitely shouldn't be front line for any company.”

1st collection date scheduled - driver doesn't turn up. After contacting the company I'm told he attempted collection but I wasn't home. I stayed home all day - not just for the 3hr time slot given. Also I have a ring doorbell and proof he did not attempt collection.
2nd collection date - again driver does not attempt to collect after I stay in all day to wait.
3rd collection date today- yet again he's a no show.
Parcel due to be collected is a £70 return. Fortunately the seller was very understanding of my frustration and has issued me a refund without returning the item due to XDPs incompetence. Literally the worst courier comply I have ever experienced - and I used to work for Evri!”

“Jesus. Not a clue why companies are still using XDP. They 'lost' our expensive item which was next day delivery. Sent a picture of a blank wall saying delivered. Then said theyd broken down and then finally admitted they lost it. Im not convinced they didnt steal it. Still yet to recieve. Our second item from a different website was then given to XDP. Gutted. And surprise surprise it's been sat for 4 days not even close to delivery. I'd just give up the company at this point lads your reviews are shocking and work ethic is embarrassing.”

“No communication at all when a Friday delivery slot between 1946 and 2146 didn’t materialise ( like anyone will be working that late) and I had to chase hard to get a reschedule on the Monday. Was ten minutes outside the new 2 hour slot… no biggie … BUT… refused to scan the QR code and I then received an email saying sorry the driver found I wasn’t in so it was left in a safe place. He photographed the parcel with me holding the sodding door open. And how did I manage to take this photo ?….”
