“If I could leave 0 stars I would have. Terrible company said my parcel was coming twice, never and I mean NEVER turned up they don't answer emails. To call them is 7p per minute and when you get through they won't talk to you unless you are a supplier.”
“Initial notifications by email and text were great. However the online tracking was appalling. Downloaded the app and all it would tell me over the course of 4 hours was that the driver was on delivery 2 with another 32 before mine. Delivery estimate was 1648-1848. No sign. At 2050 there was a knock on our side door-no idea why the driver didn’t knock in the front door...! Checked online and the status had been changed to show it had been delivered at 1722. No time showing on the signature my husband had given. An afternoon/evening ruined. First and hopefully last time I will ever be using this company”
“Had a time sensitive parcel which was meant to be delivered to me by this company. I got an email the day before delivery saying that they had it. I was told by the sender that it should be with me the next day. The next day I emailed for an approximate ETA and was told it wasnt coming "due to flooding". I rang up as there was no flooding near us and was told that they had delivered that day to HR1 and HR4 but werent doing HR2 due to flooding. I explained that the vast majority of HR2 had no flooding and the customer service lady agreed as her son lives here too, but they still said no. They had blocked the whole postcode area instead of checking where there were problems!!!!! Stupid thing is that HR1 had large areas that were underwater but HR2 had no flooding that day! Also they had to drive through HR2 to get to HR1 and HR4! Our house is less than 2 minutes drive from the road that they came on to get to HR1 and HR4! Three days later I am still waiting for my parcel and they still cant tell me a time for delivery which is meant to be today! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.”

So I order a table from Wayfair on the 3rd Feb, I am told delivery on the 13th, okay I think. Then suddenly an e-mail delivery Friday 7th even better! Thursday 6th I get another e-mail: delivery between 13.56 and 15.56 not the best I had been planning to get away early but okay. 16.30 no table so I e-mail XDP, no reply! 17.09 I get the we have attempted delivery and my have left a card lie. Err no you didn't I was hear all the time. Complain to Wayfair, they are nice but ineffectual, I am told delivery Monday 10th between 8am and 8pm with a promise of 2 hour time slot texted to me in the morning. Afternoon comes no text no table! 8 o'clock comes still no table. Tuesday dawns e-mail from Wayfair still apologising, still ineffectual. I am at home reading this litany of dreadful reviews, at my computer when I get an e-mail from XDP saying a delivery had been attempted. I don't know where they went but it wasn't here. They had been told to call and provided with numbers, the phone has not rung. Never ever again. And I still don't have my table.”

How is this company even trading. An absolute disgrace. I bought a bed from an Amazon store online4discounts (useless company and rude customer service (Sean). When my item didn’t arrive, online4discounts produced a “signed” delivery receipt from XDP. Impossible that this could have been signed because we were all still on holiday and not due back until the following morning! Our Flight tickets were sent to online4discounts proving this and they STILL insisted it was delivered! I called the courier company twice and was on hold for 40mins then 30mins. Their answering service even says that if you’re calling about missing parcels, you will have to call the company from which the item was purchased. So their missing item rates are so high that they feel this needs to be in a recorded answer service! After many weeks of getting nowhere and about to arrange a small claims for my missing item and loss of earnings as I had 2 unpaid days from work, Amazon A to Z arranged a refund. This XDP is disgraceful as are online4discounts for even using them. Readers will see that this is quite common practice for both these companies.. just scroll through the reviews. I wish I had seen them before!”
“Would give this courier a zero but not possible and a wide berth. They are absolute rubbish. Cost me a day’s annual leave and didn’t even bother to turn up. Added to that they then send me an email to say they attempted delivery!!! I didn’t have a choice as it was a Wayfair delivery.”

This was a sofa for our work office, so delivery between 4-6pm sounds good right! no not when you have waited for another 2 hours after work and still no sign. You can't call as they are closed but lying on google that they are 24hrs a day.
Joke and its still out for delivery even tho I was told by Wayfair at 7.30pm they stop delivering at 8pm!!!! so angry!”
“Useless. Given a non existent timeslot. App is useless....driver went in totally wrong direction. 4 hours after was meant to recieve delivery I get a notification that it's been left in a safe place....I dont know where that safe place is as the photo taken is of complete darkness and there is no package by my house. This is a large item (bed frame). Impossible to contact the courier company to advise them as the depot now shut. Ridiculous. Avoid like coronaovirus.”

Ordered a home gym which was supposed to be delivered early January.
After a lot of communication with the company I made the purchase with they sent out another gym with another courier which I received within 2 days. About a week after my gym arrived XDP sent a text requesting that I am available to take delivery of the original order that they were supposed to have delivered within 2 days of collecting. This was about 3 weeks over the allocated delivery time.
Avoid XDP if you want delivery of an order.”
