“Absolutely shocking if you are a business looking for a company to manage your deliveries then just don't - you will lose business hand over fist.
I have two identically hideous customer experiences from this shambolic outfit which will lead me to stop ordering items from companies who use them.
Horrendous customer service - it's a shame that I had to score them a 1 unfortunately this site doesn't offer a minus score.”
“My first experience with this company this morning. Received an email at 07:26 to inform me that their driver 'had attempted to deliver a parcel'. Well I was in and nobody called, so it must have been a pretty halfhearted 'attempt. The email advised that I phone them to arrange another visit. Unsurprisingly, the single number was constantly engaged, or nobody picked up. In this day and age, it seems almost unimaginable that a courier company would not have an automated online system to re-book deliveries with. I don't know what the parcel is, but I doubt that I'll ever get to see it.”
“Absolutely shocking..... order placed with ALDI, and confirmed delivery date email received. However on day delivery due-no item received. Rang XDP who stated it was ALDIs fault as they did not confirm that it was a two person job. Blamed AlDI for mistakes. Offered delivery date of a week later than what ALDI had previously confirmed.
Staff had appaling attitude on phone... shout out to Amelia!!! She should not be in a customer service roll EVER!!! Awful... Xtremely Dire People and joke of a company.”
“Item tracking clearly showed it was delivered 9.34am on Thursday, no card left to say where, as I wasn’t in. . I have called on every neighbour in the area searching for the parcel. When I rang the company using the courier, they have confirmed the item was never delivered and is out for redelivery next week. Wasted my morning trying to find a parcel that had never arrived. Why use such a dreadful courier?? I will be feeding back to the company I ordered from.”
“this company is shocking beyond believe :( overnight delivery collected from supplier on the 28th September. 1st delivery advised for the 2nd October between 7am and 7pm . NO SHOW, tried all morning on the 2nd to call them no answer till after lunch, only to be told delivery can not be made. The new delivery arranged for the 5th October between 2.45 and 4.45 again time of work to ensure someone is at home.... and NO SHOW... tried to call every number available no answers anywhere from anybody...now reporting them to trading standards.”

“Worst company I have ever had dealing with would give no stars if I could, held my parcel for 3 weeks, and 8 phone calls promising next day delivery which never happened atall, customer service is shocking promised a call back every time for an update even from the regional manager and had nothing even lied to me on the phone saying they tried to leave it in my porch but it wouldn’t fit (someone was home), had fragile written all over the box and it was pretty batterd and when opened all the polystyrene was broken probably due to them having it at the depo for 3 weeks . would defiantly make sure to never use this company again. Do not understand how this company is still running it needs shutting down.”
“Gave a weeks notice so booked day off. Checked tracker and it showed delivery slot. No show...contact and told forgot it so you need to take time off next week if you want it.
WHY do Wayfere use them???

“Very poor, item was clearly damaged in transit, was left outside my front door as can only assume driver wanted to avoid me as must have know I wouldn't accept with the amount of damage. Emailed xdp and retailer. xdp were so rude and unconcerned. told me I had no proof it was caused by them and it might have left retailer like that. I offered to forward emails to retailer and see what they said and xdp back tracked and said they were not placing blame with the retailer. So if not the retailer and not them I asked if they were now blaming me for the damage lols would not order from another company using xdp they are untrained and rude and couriers couldn't care less”
“First you loose the item then when you find it and deliver it the box was wet through when I refused to sign for the horrible man said he would sign for it himself and he left it at my gate.”
“Avoid this company, poor customer service and all round poor service. Customer service are very unhelpful and try to push the problem onto someone else. They give a time window which they don't keep to and you only find out the delivery slot on the morning of the delivery so not good if you work. I have no idea if I'll ever see my goods, I've been waiting nearly two weeks and if I do receive it, it will probably be damaged as it's been on and off vans numerous times”
“Waited for my delivery with a ETA of 15.05 to 17.04, no show, no delivery. Emailed the company with no reply, reading the other negative reviews is a real concern that a company can be this bad. Tracking very detailed up to the point of proposed delivery slot, as a no show the information hasn’t been updated at all.
How can a company be this bad and still be trading, definitely requires a review of its processes and route cause analysts to improve.”
“If only there was an option for less than 1 star. Item arrived at the delivery depot 4 days ago, and still no sign of it making the final leg of its apparently epic journey. Not sure what the holdup is, wrong wind direction maybe. No phone number for someone to talk to, and no response on the email address provided. Would not use again if you paid me to”
“Should have had my bed on 4th sep no phone call or email have been chasing spoke to D****A who said label says it’s returned I said why u haven’t even tried to deliver it she claimed she was new and didn’t understand and would get someone to call me that was over 12 hours ago and am still waiting how can they be allowed to get away with such s*** service”
“Still waiting for a further 3 packages (4/4 should have came). I managed to contacted them eventually at Motherwell, told delivery would be yesterday 4/9/18, 1 package came. Driver said he would phone office and let me know what happened, he just drove off. Contacted head office. Told that delivery is on and would be here at latest 1640 today 5th September, 2 days after my chosen delivery day. Still no deliver.”
“Terrible service from an incompetent company. Waited in for 3 hours for a delivery that didn’t arrive in the time slot they gave me. They had my number but didn’t bother to call or to update the tracking information. Do not use! I still don’t have the items I ordered”
“Avoid XDP at all costs. They don't answer emails or phone calls. They are unable to deliver. They give a time window which is total rubbish. I have no idea if I'll ever see my goods, I can't get hold of anyone. I daren't leave the house just in case they turn up. Total shambles.”
