What a shambles! One Star is far too generous for this company. I've been waiting 10 days for my delivery and it still hasn't arrived. Steer clear of this useless outfit.

Worse delivery company I’ve had to deal with, wouldn’t use again. Got told my delivery was coming got a 2 hour time slot, waited in all day. Then got an email saying “ tried to deliver but no one was in “ I was sat in all day waiting and had phoned up asking where it was , as they said they left a card in the porch , didn’t have a card in the door. Didn’t even bother turning up. Phoned up got told next hour be with me, phoned again got told be definitely here by 8pm still didn’t receive it , contacted company I bought it from and phone back this morning and they said be coming today but didn’t get any warning about a re delivery date was only because I phoned up I found out the new delivery slot.

Ordered item from Wayfair and saw it was being delivered by XDP. After reading the reviews I was really worried if I would receive my item in one piece! However, have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Was kept informed of delivery date and time. Email I sent asking a question was answered quickly and tracking info was quickly updated. Maybe I was lucky but didn't have any problems at all.

This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. The tracking information is completely inaccurate and they don't ever answer the phone to rearrange delivery after they fail to deliver when they're supposed to. I will never use them again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have lost three work days trying to get chairs delivered from Wayfair via XPD. I phoned this morning to check what time I could expect delivery only to be told the goods had been returned despite the fact that my delivery was booked in( for the fourth time) I am furious about this. There was no apology, no explanation, no ownership of the process. It has been needlessly stressful dealing with them. They don’t respond to emails asking for details of formal complaint procedure, they don’t acknowledge the content of emails. I have raised this with Wayfair but was told that they cannot control distribution. I will never buy from Wayfair again. This has been a horrendous experience.

Utter shambles,already 7 days late,no info,seller has been told it’s been delivered,l think Ebay should blacklist cowboy companies like this,Ebay now saying 14 days to investigate,will never use XP’s again and tell anybody how poor they are

STAY CLEAR of ordering any item if this shambolic company is the courier ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND ALDI YOU REALLY NEED TO CHANGE COURIER SERVICE! STAY WELL CLEAR PEOPLE. Can’t answer optional questions as no communication or delivery has been delivered infact this company is actually laughable and that is no compliment!!!!!!!!

online tracking shows parcel 'out for deliver' since last 4 days. There is no communication at all. Don't answer phone calls(charged) and emails bounce back. Horrible service! worst ever.

Terrible customer service! Delivery from major company arranged for one day, no show, rearanged for another date, guess what, no show, customer services basically told us to FO.

Not bad service at all - compare to other reviews!!! After reading all those reviews I’ve got quite anxious. 4stars instead of 5 I gave only because item arrived next day after it had to be delivered. I’ve contacted our local depot asking about my delivery date time and they replied within 2 hours confirming that item will be delivered “today” and it was!!!! Package wasn’t damaged. Driver was ok. Depot replied quickly. I still feel happy and lucky!!!

Supposed to deliver an order of bunk beds off amazon. Missed first delivery as at work so rearranged and took 1/2 day off work. No one turned up so rang depot who had no idea why. Rang again as no one bothered to ring me back. Never had a delivery card, text or update. This went on for nearly 2 weeks. Never got my beds so asked for refund. Rubbish service!

This company don’t even deserve 1 star it’s appalling how customers are treated I’ve tried to contact them numerous times via emails phone calls etc I’m still waiting on my kids bed and had no response I’m 5 months pregnant and this is causing me nothing but stress ! All I’m seeing is how vile this company is I will make sure I never use them again and I’m also contacting trading standards and taking it the full road with this pathetic excuse of a delivery company !!!

Waste of space company, drivers are rude, unprofessional, didn't knock or ring, just left parcel out in the open. Head office are useless to say the least! No way of complaining, reporting to trading standards. Do not use and deffo would not recommend.

Delivered someone else’s item to my neighbours as we were out , totally different address on package still trying to locate our package and in meantime have someone else’s items in my house

Worst delivery service ever !! I was working in my office in cumbernauld our back door was open which on a Saturday is normally locked (was only open as one of my staff came back . On leaving via back door my staff member came back in to tell me there was several parcels dumped at our back door . On investigation I found all the parcels as he had said .(pictures attached) No one had even stepped foot inside to advise they were there But would be interesting to what name was signed for it as I never signed anything for them . One disgruntled manager !!!!

Avoid at all cost. This company is disgusting! There is no such thing as live chat! All emails bounce back! I’ve lost half a days wages, you cannot call these people! I still don’t have my order, and I’m now out of pocket, and costing me to make phone calls. This company should be shut down now!’ So I would advise that you do not waste your time and your money on this disgusting company!!! I’m outraged!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company have ruined my daughter’s birthday. Despite repeated assurances that her present would arrive on time, the delivery has yet to arrive. I was given 3 windows for arrival; none of which transpired. A shameful ‘organisation’ which should cease trading in this field.
