Absolutely shocking service, receive a text stating delivery time, 2 days later and still no delivery and no contact and no way to get in contact with them. I won’t be ordering from any company if they use XDP to deliver

They don’t deliver parcels, absolute joke. I don’t know why Aldi are using them, more trouble than they are worth.

I had to receive a parcel yesterday I paid for next day delivery and nobody come with the parcel. On their site I verified the traking number and the parcel shows delivered? How is it possible if I did not sign any receipt? Nobody was to my door. Shame! They don't delivered any parcel. Avoid ordering from companies which use this rubbish delivery company.

Undoubtedly THE WORST delivery service. I don't normally write reviews but feel I have to for this company. I have waited over a month now for a wardrobe to be delivered from Homebase. They have so far delivered 2/3 boxes over the space of a month. The first box arrived damaged and ripped open - even the delivery driver said he wouldn't sign for it if he was receiving it! He said this as he was stood on top of other deliveries without any sense of irony! The second box was left outside my front door in the rain (box damaged- contents soaked), the delivery driver didn't even try to press the doorbell. I have had six days where they said they would deliver and haven't. As I write this review I am still expecting delivery of the rest of the wardrobe which was supposed to arrive today but hasn't. I recommend that you don't wait in or book days off work to take delivery from this company.

Delivery promised today but no delivery! No explanation and have recieved no acknowledgement to several emails to both local centre and their sales department.

Just received my delivery in good time . Driver phoned me beforehand & was very polite & helpful. Very happy with service received.

I’ve had to give this a one but in reality it would be a minus, absolutely disgusting company and drivers I was left in tears after being verbally attacked by one of the drivers and still no furniture

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. EVEN AVOID SELLERS THAT USE THIS EXCUSE OF A COMPANY! ONLY HALF THE DELIVERY ARRIVED AND THAT WAS LATE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. NO PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS BOUNCES BACK. DRIVER DIDNT SPEAK A SINGLE WORD OF ENGLISH.

I signed up for XDP ltd to collect and deliver my parcels we are a small company and we try hard to get our orders out the same day. signed up on a contract and paid the £250 bond ( we now use UPS AND FEDEX) no bond it needed. anyway cancelled the delivery service and had asked and asked and asked for the refund. nothing. so now we are taking them to county court for. its a very poor way to run a company and I will NEVER recommend them even to my worst enemy. I will let you know how we get on. thanks garry

It said that they tried to deliver and nobody was home TWICE, however there was more than one person inside. Didn't receive my item or any explanation. Lost money. Never purchasing from someone who uses this "service".

Ordered a wardrobe and did not receive it, tried to contact the company and couldn't reach them. Lost £90 because of that as seller did not want to refund. Once again had a wardrobe delivery with xdp, even though this time I got my wardrobe before receiving it the guy did not check and tried to give me wrong item and did not even apologise.

As with many others my order was shown as for delivery and didn't show up. A second day was scheduled and.....it didn't show up. Tracking number was a nonsense and didn't change at all after 7.15 am all day long. I emailed XDP asking if the package would be delivered and received no reply. Contacted the supplier who were helpful and told us there had been a problem with an import consignment. I mailed them complaining about no communication and no reply from XDP and received a third delivery date. Magically I also received a reply from XDP confirming the newest delivery date. Fingers and toes firmly crossed. Problems can occur and I understand that. What is unforgivable is to just let me sit here all day waiting when a call or a mail or a text to let me know would have solved my frustration. I too will not be using any supplier who use XDP in future. Life is too short and I am too old to be treated like that.

To be fair after reading all that reviews i was wondering if i will receive my parcel and yes i received in full driver was really nice and kind i could track parcel from beginning of postage . Thank you

If I could choose minus five stars, I would. This is the worst courier company I have ever had any experience of dealing with. They have the worse customer services ever. Completely incompetent. DO NOT USE!!! I ordered a mattress from Groupon and unfortunately they used XDP to supposedly deliver my mattress. I received a text message informing me that my delivery would arrive within 3 working days but I could use their tracking service on their website. Eventually, the status changed to being ready for delivery within a two hour window. I emailed and called continuously an hour after my delivery time for over 45 mins to eventually receive a message informing me that the depot was closed. The number that was given to me by a different depot for what was supposed to be head office did not work. I have never written an online review before, however this Mickey Mouse courier company need exposing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 10/10 Great service and delivery by XDP. It was swift and on time as estimated by the morning text reminder. Liam from W. Yorkshire was the XDP courier who delivered my fitness equipment, he was an absolutely super guy who moved all the heavy parcels by himself. I tracked the delivery on the app and then as my gates were closed he called me when outside to open them. He was very professional and safely dropped my fitness equipment off and closed the gates on leaving. He rang after to explain that he had closed the gates. After seeing all these negative reviews I was pleasantly surprised to have my parcels delivered safely and on time. I emailed the company in the morning to ask about changing the delivery slot and they responded back on the same day kindly explaining that they unfortunately couldn’t due to the route. 10/10 Well Done for delivering XDP!

Like all the other reviews ordered a bed from Wayfair. Got a text and emails to say a time slot and it was out for delivery. Day 4 of this now! Staying in everyday for a no show! Total disgrace!

Terrible courier service. Waited in for 2 days, with no-show both times from driver. On 3rd day, driver forged signature of my neighbour, but parcel is still nowhere to be seen.

XDP = eXtremely Dire Performance Ordered furniture from Wayfair which had a delivery scheduled for Tuesday but never took place due a van break-down. Accepted this could be a genuine unfortunate one-off. Was advised delivery had been rescheduled for Wednesday for the same time slot. Again, nothing arrived and no communication to advise. Contacted Wayfair who spoke with XDP and was advised delivery would take place on the Thursday. Again - nothing and no comms from XDP (the tracking showed the item was still at their depot). Friday came and went and despite Wayfair advising it would come; it didn’t. Again, tracking showed another scan confirming the item was in XDPs depot but no attempt to actually deliver said item. Utterly appalling company - incredibly unprofessional and incompetent. As a result of my experience, I’ve been put off ordering anything through Wayfair. The stress and hassle of having to have someone at home for a week on the off-chance XDP might deliver is completely unacceptable. I will go out of my way to avoid engaging with any company using XDP as their delivery agent.
