Awful. No way to contact them as they ignore emails. No phone number. How is this allowed.

If I could give them 0 star I definitively would, and I'll be very sure to review them on all platforms. The parcel was expected "Estimated Delivery: Monday 27th April" , due to the cover-19 the shop (HORRIBLE service themselves) THE RANGE wasn't unable to dispatch it as promised nor answered my calls. I received this email from XDP stating a delivery for the 5th MAY. Driver called me pretending he couldn't find the address (we live street side, on one of my borough MAIN streets), I missed the call. I called him back and he told me he would have delivered the parcel on the same day: no delivery. I rebooked for the 7th: no delivery. I received the mail for a delivery on the 8th May 2020. I followed the drive on the app, delivery slot was 1.30pm to 3.30pm. NO DELIVERY was made. The parcel has been carded as "delivery attempted unsuccessfully", despite we are obviously locked down and so at home all day long. Now I'm not allowed anymore to book a new delivery date!!! Driver refuses to answer the phone. Another email stating a delivery slot 12:31pm to 2:31pm on the 11th May: NO DELIVERY. Is that a joke? The Range not answering either. Luckily I bought from their shop using PayPal, so I'm sure I'm gonna have my money back. So unprofessional.

Not sure how this company gets away with this dreadful service. I've been waiting for a small tree for the last 15 days from the moment of dispatch. Finally contacted the company I bought it from (Ornamental Trees) who managed to contact XDP. Apparently they couldn't locate my tree in their system. Basically they don't have a clue where it is! I am lost for words really. Wish there was an option for no stars!

Deliver drivers are thiefs. Ordered a Gazebo from Aldi delivery due at 2.45-4.45pm said delivered on 5th but picture of darkness was posted on 6th with time stamp saying 5am. Delivery driver has stolen it really wouldn't use this dodgy company but unfortunately Aldi do

Ordered a bed via groupon on the 7th April 2020 didn’t realise they used this shocking company had i of I would have bought the bed elsewhere was told 5-7days but possibly a delay due to covid-19 we are now on the 10th May still no delivery the app is stating consignment not collected contacted grouping who seem to be as confused with this as myself I have sent 4 emails to this company with no response back and currently £320 out of pocket I do t even know where to start with attempting to get my money back Avoid this company at all costs

This company is disgraceful they just lied time after time about attempted delivery, Aldi should take some responsibility for this Company and the way customers are treated.

I've been waiting for a Gazebo delivery since April 15th, according to their tracking they have the parcel. No contact whatsoever from them ,the seller hasn't responded. Like previous comments i have tried to be sympathetic due to Covid but really? Seller refuses a refund through eBay. Other companies have delivered during this crisis. Never again.

I am astounded that a company can get away with this level of incompetency over and over. Allegedly a delivery attempt was made (at 7.15 am on a Saturday of the app is to be believed). I was here. Obviously. We’re in lockdown. There was no attempt. No card through the door. We had zero contact telling us to expect a delivery. Now the phone lines are down and there has been no reply to emails. As with most reviewers I’ve had to deal with XDP through an online purchase. Just dreadful.

Absolutely avoid at all costs. No updates on there website regarding my item. Over a week late on delivery and still not here. Constantly on hold when you call to find out costing 7p a minute.

Extremley poor service i will not use any seller that uses this company. My parcel was returned to seller for making a complaint about a manager

had 3 different deliverys recently all arrived before or in the time slots no damage to large packages all drivers were well mannered and helpful with large parcels

Wouldn't trust this lot to deliver flyers let alone expensive household items.. NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Check these clowns are not being used before you order anything online.. U HAVE BEEN WARNED!

One of the most unhelpful couriers i have ever come across. The app does not work. When the delivery came they left it against the house wall. I asked him to please just put on the step so I could manoeuvre it into the hallway he refused argued with me and than swore at me. Grabbed it and slung it onto the step and ran. Never used if you can help it .

Ordered garden sofa from Laura James,paid on line via PayPal. Were emailed to advise delivery of two boxes. 24th April. Consignment was for two boxes. Delivery was off one box. We’re asked if they should leave one box and deliver the other on Monday. Rather annoyed but agreed that we would settle for this. I offered to sign and driver said. Not required. I said would he contact the depot. He replied that I had to. We have emailed,tried to telephone. No answer. Apparently they are all working from home. No delivery arrived Monday. The parcel tracking system says that two boxes were delivered!! Telephoned Laura James who are garden furniture was purchased from. They have also failed to get contact with them. We have half the sofa, with fixtures and fittings for the rest, and glass for table top. Disgraceful customer care and service. Have been sent a generic email from XDP saying they will reply in 24-48 hours. Laura James have asked us to call them in 72 hours as from yesterday. We have made 3 calls to Laura James since Friday,when our delivery was scheduled for. If no result tomorrow,we will be contacting PayPal. Not happy at all.

No problems whatsoever. Sure it wasn’t the fastest service, but it arrived on time. We are also in the midst of a pandemic... Website could probably do with a freshen up.

Same issue it seems as everyone else. Had an "attempted delivery" last week but got 'carded' saying item was "not on van". No way of contacting them. Random delivery driver knocked on my door Sunday and asked if I was waiting for a delivery. I said yes then he disappeared and never came back. Today I had an email saying it was out for delivery before another one saying it had been delivered with another note saying "NOT ON VAN". So who knows where my package is?? Cant email, phone or do anything with the app. Sportsdirect not answering either so its become a very expensive mystery.

I was sent a text informing me that my consignment would be delivered between 10.24 and 12.24 last Tuesday, April 24th. still waiting on April 27th. No reply to my enquiry via your website. I know you are busy-I myself am an NHS doctor, so know about teh delays COVID has built in, but this is unreasonable.
