I missed the delivery which I wasn't informed was coming that day. Called the number on the card but no one answers the phone. Almost a week later and still no answer or redelivery. At this point I feel like they have stolen my goods as they won't deliver them!!

Don't buy anything what XDP should delivery. First time when I get a delivery with XDP, the driver was on time, delivered my goods, but he was a little bit rude. Ok, I assume he was tired working all day and didn't realised that he's rude. But the second time: it was sheduled 3 time for my parcel to be delivered, and I was home expecting it all 3 times, and it didn't arrived. 2 time they write carded and one time check the address. I didn't received any cards from them and how can they check the address, if they delivered a few days earlier a parcel to my flat. I requested a refund from the seller and I bought a bed from other seller who don't use XDP as a courier. ZDBQUW000199. By the way I called them several times and I sent an email and didn't got any answer.

As you can see from previous reviews I don't think I have to explain my review. Absolute joke of a company. Trying to arrange a collection, round the houses being passed from pillar to post. One advisor actually cut the call. Customer service is appalling.

I had a package containing a live tree delivered this morning to my home while I was out.  I use the word "delivered" in the very broadest sense of the word. The driver threw the package blindly over my 6' back garden wall, whereupon it has caused damage to one of my wife's plants. :(i) I had supplied three neighbours' addresses in the event that I should be out.  This was also clearly stated on the outside of the supplier's packaging.  I have established that two of these neighbours were in at the time of delivery. (ii) The package was clearly marked "Fragile" and "Live Plants: This Way Up".  Suffice it to say, the package was not "This Way Up" after having been thrown over my wall. (iii) There was no card or information posted through my letterbox relating to this "delivery", consequently it remained outside subject to the elements for several hours. I have informed the tree's supplier of the crass thoughtlessness exhibited by the driver & that fact that I shall not use that supplier again if the delivery is via XDP Express. Of course, you get no response from XDP's erroneously named Customer "Services".

As with other reviews stayed in all day for delivery which didn't arrive. Went on website later in evening to see it says carded email sent but I have received nothing. Tried to call many times no one answers someone finally answered my email saying they attempted delivery and left a card. This was a complete lie. Definitely no delivery and no card left. Very annoyed that instead of apologising for not making the delivery they decide to say they tried instead. Have emailed back to try and arrange another delivery (as no one answers the telephone) but nothing back so far.

A similar them to other recent reviews... Sent an email and textl to say to expect delivery with a 2 hr time slot, then they don't turn up and update their system to say card left and email sent. Delivery address is a commercial business and has a fully manned goods in... So clearly they didn't try to deliver and certainly no card was left. I spent the next day trying to phone customer services who don't answer the phone and don't reply to voicemails. I also sent an email - no response. Finally spoke to a woman who was far from apologetic and just gave some excuse that resulted in the driver running out of time and returned to the depot. Was asked if i would like the item redelivering, which seemed a stupid question, but have arranged for re-delivery on Monday with a note detailing it must be delivered and a note of business opening times... We shall see if it turns up.

Mainly parcels get there in the end but too many get lost or damaged for my liking. Trying to claim for loss or damage is a frustrating ordeal resulting in little compensation Changing to DPD now

XPD are bare faced liars. They send you an email to say to expect delivery with a 2 hr time slot, then they don't turn up and update their system to say card left and email sent - LIES. I spent the next day trying to phone customer services who don't answer the phone and don't reply to voicemails. I also sent an email - no response. The seller managed to give me the depot's telephone number and the closest depot to me (Teesside) was Wakefield. I called and spoke to a woman who clearly is used to hearing the same complaints over and over. She admitted to me that the driver had ran out of time and returned to the depot. She promised me that it was out for re-delivery today between 6 and 8pm and she would write on the consignment that It needs to be delivered without fail, well guess what! No attempt of delivery again and again LIED and said card left and email sent for the 2nd day in a row. Absolute crooks. How are they still in business!?!? Now my daughter has no bed to sleep in when we move into our new house on Friday. An utter disgrace.

Unfortunately you do not have 0 stars because that is all you are worth. A delivery was due yesterday between 11.30 and 1.30 as confirmed by both text and e-mail. By 3pm as nothing had turned up I telephoned customer services who apparently were busy but you are told to leave a message and they will get back to you. I left 3 further messages and had absolutely no response. I then sent an e-mail enquiringly where my delivery was and once again no courtesy of a response. Their tracking shows out for delivery again today and once more have contacted them for confirmation and absolutely nothing back ! Their customer service should be renamed "we don't care" because they provide absolutely no service whatever!! We will wait and see if my delivery arrives today !

I cannot give them any stars as they do not deserve any. My partner waited in all day yesterday for a delivery still have not received it no phone call or nothing they should be struck off especially having read a lot of the reviews on here. They sound very unprofessional I would not use them by choice.

Received emails to say delivery was on it's way and then a final email to say it had been delivered. Arrived home, no sign of delivery or delivery note. Took the matter up with customer services the following day only to be told my delivery had been left in the bin. They sent me a picture of my front door with the bin by the side. No sign of my package in the picture. Very poor service.

Gave one star would not have any if that was an option. Firstly when my consignment arrived (a day bed) the driver did not deliver the side panels and headboard. Unable to contact the courier on the number supplied so went back to my seller who did manage to contact them and they said they would deliver the missing package between 4-6pm the following day. Didn't arrive. Then I received a message from a total stranger who had traced me on messenger and he said he had got my parcel they had delivered to the wrong addressspent all the following day trying to get my parcel collected from him and redelivered to me. They don't return calls they don't respond to voice messages. I finally got hold of the operation manager who said he would sort it out when he finished work at 5.30. I told him that wasn't acceptable I wanted it sorted immediately so he said he would sort it within the hour and get back to me 4 hours later and another call to him. Hey presto he wasn't available but they would leave a message for him to call me Still waiting. Finally my husband got the address where my parcel was and had to go and pick it up himself at 6.30 pm. A whole day wasted. Tin pot organisation with no organisation, customer service skills or any moral obligation to serve the customer. As far as I am aware the guy who signed for my parcel still hasn't received his parcel. That appears to have gone missing also. Will never buy from a company who use this courier ever again.

We had a two box delivery of a cabin bed. One parcel arrived on time the other two days later, no explanation was ever given. One of the boxes was clearly labelled "2 man delivery only" as it was so heavy. One man delivered it and I felt very sorry for him as he struggled and I am not in a position to help. When the 2nd box arrived the driver carried it up my driveway without checking if anyone was home, it was a heavy box and a very hot day. The box had clearly been dropped as it was held together with masking tape and the contents rattled (hence why he carried it up the driveway so I wouldn't hear the rattling) and the parts were damaged so we couldn't make the bed up. Xdp refused to admit they had damaged the box. We claimed our money back through our credit card company. We purchased the same bed from a different bed company and Xdp delivered it, again only a single man came even though the bed company were under the impression it would be a two man delivery. This time only one box was slightly damaged & contents were ok. This company is clearly lying to the clients that hire them to do large deliveries and putting profit before the health of their staff. If something goes wrong they will deny any responsibility. Avoid!
