“A door ordered from Wicks, carrier XPD delivery arranged for today 04/12/2024 delivery times given 13:30 to 15:30. At 16:00 I received a email saying sorry we missed you. This was a Lie nobody had been to th house the last location of the delivery driver was Nantwich which is 48 minutes away from my address the driver must have gone back without finishing his deliveries. I have rang Wicks customer service I wait to see if they get back to me tomorrow thats what they said. XDP not good service I could say a lot worse than that”

“1 start is too generous for an abysmal company such as this.
On the second 'attempt' at a delivery which was not attempted the first time round there is still no sign of the delivery driver. All you get is drip fed delivery timeslots, to then be told delivery was attempted despite no one showing up so you need to book again. I have been waiting 2 weeks now and I think it is best to just cancel the order and encourage the company sending the item to consider other delivery companies in future. Companies such as this do not deserve to stay in business.”

“Firstly, I don't believe that you truly sorry as your welcoming message states. If sorry, something positive would have happened with all the bad reviews you've had so far. My is about collection which was supposed to have happened on the 1st of November, but nothing was heard. I then saw another message later requesting me to select another date, and today selected. I couldn't go to work again, and later around after 9am, I received a slot between 3.17pm and 5.17pm. After 4, I received notification that I am next, I later signed the QR Code in readiness due to deadline, and reason. It is now 8.25pm, the builder that was waiting to help just left, and up to this time - no sign of anyone from XDP. WHERE IS YOUR INTEGRITY. THIS A TOTAL SHAME FOR A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE YOU COMPLETELY LOSE YOUR GROUND. I AM STILL WAITING.”

“We rejected a delivery as we did not order it. The delivery driver told my 72 year old mother that she still needed to sign so he could take it back.
He lied as he took the parcel back with him but told the company that we had taken delivery of the item.
Unfortunately for him he did not realise my mothers ring camera had captured the whole exchange including him taking them back.
He was totally deceitful & dishonest and took advantage I feel of my mother being elderly.
These parcels were too big & heavy for her to carry or take in.
Trying to get in touch with anybody at XDP via phone is a nightmare & emailing them Just sets off a round of email tennis back & too with nobody doing anything.
I cannot stress enough how terrible this company is & looking at the rest of the reviews it seems I am not alone in thinking this!”
“I had a delivery worth £100 this morning. Had a message to say it would be delivered between 12.20am AND 2.20 AM??? At 11 am I then saw it had been noted as delivered. The driver was obviously feeling very lazy as they left it in a hallway of a flat block besides me and called that ‘delivery’. I’ve just had to search for 15 minutes to find this ‘delivered item’ only to realise the item is 15+kg and 190cm tall. I am a 5ft girl and I am now left with the issue of it is too heavy and big for me to carry to my actual house on top of it being dumped no where close anyways. Absolutely appalled with this ‘service’. The item is a mirror and it has arrived cracked and damage so clearly been handled with no care either. Will be further reporting this until something is done.”

“My delivery was due tonight between 5.30-7.30pm so made sure I had no plans and sat in waiting , it's now 10.45pm and have been following him on the tracker and still not near my house, in fact , he's not moved in the last hour so I'm thinking he's gave up and just went home but it would be good if they could of gave me a call or even an email just to let me know they had to reschedule till tomorrow etc.
I'm not wondering if they will even come tomorrow .

“An absolute disgrace. Was told my delivery window today was 18.02 to 20.02 so feared the worst.
True enough “Brian” then called at 20.10 to say he was 10 mins away (having used the tracking service he went to East Lothian driving right past my street). At 20.25 I then get a lazy email to say my item could not be left and to rearrange delivery.
I’ve sent an email of complaint and will also be calling very tomorrow to complain.
Under no circumstances use this company or one who use them as delivery option.”
“Terrible company- from reading the reviews- big companies like Wayfair, B&Q and Debenhams need to stop using this useless service all together. I ordered by husband a recliner to help his bad back- Only to have one delivery driver turn up with no safety or assistive equipment and ask my husband to help him get the box in. Driver was miserable and offered no explanation as to this incredibly unsafe and frankly stupid practice. Avoid this company with a 10ft barge pole.”
