2nd time within two weeks I’ve had a bad experience with this company first was a table and chairs that took over 15 days to arrive from Scotland to Liverpool and I’ve received my sms message for my second delivery which was to arrive today between 3pm and 5pm and has not arrived there useless

XPD appears to have contract with various high street retails and due their incompetence they are damaging the reputation of the retails that they deliver for. I used The Range to purchase a table set that I still don't have. I waited at home the whole day for my delivery. when it didn't arrive in the ETA slot I made hourly enquiries to find out the whereabouts of my delivery directly through The Range. There is no direct line for XDP and can only communicate via web chat. They were really abrupt and unhelpful. You are expected to wait until 7:00pm which is the latest time that the item can arrive. The drivers aren't required to have a work phone so if you live in a flat it's useless. The agent Tom gave me horrible customer service, terrible attitude. he left me feeling worse off and didn't reassure me on anything. he even said id have to pay more to have the item delivered on a Saturday. whatever you do stay away from this company, especially if you have things to do with your day. They need to have a complete rethink on their customer service standers, meeting customer expectation and tracking service. if I could give this service a 0 I would!

The driver was very rude. i had a product/good to return to ALDI. he was insisting that i wrapped up the produuct, an ALDI scaffold/ladder, in it's original plastic. Aldi customer service did not make this specification. I did ask them a simlar question and they said that I did not have to return the goods in it's original packing/package. 12,28pm 28/08/2019

Not turned up at all, no customer interaction, no update on delivery times and no explanation as to why they never turned up!

stated attempt at delivery made and card left this is not true .Phoned mobile number left unable to rearrange no reply .Poor service

Can't believe this company are still trading, had a bad experience with them last yr (kids main xmas present not delivered after false promises, make believe tracking info and down right lies) so as soon as I realised they'd be delivering a recent item I rang the supplier and told them the item would not be delivered by xpd. Sure enough it's been sat in their depot since 13th Aug. Supplier arranged replacement delivery by another courier which arranged next day. XPD you are a disgrace!

Horrendous company beware !!!!!! blind was Suppossed to be delivered Friday 16th it's now Tuesday 20th I have no tracking history I tried calling...number invalid tried every other number I could find to be diverted to voicemail with no reply to messages left, i emailed the stated email address to have my email rejected as its not a email address?!....I have nowhere to turn as the range can not help with my tracking so our £50 blind nowhere and £10 delivery all down the drain....we now have to start a claim at small claims court as we have no way of having any contact with xdp....horrendous service how is this company still being used???!!!!

Awful company - the tracking information well they might as well not bother! Forecast deliver for Wednesday, had a txt Monday morning when I was at work to say it was out for delivery. No time slot or anything so nobody was home and I couldn’t arrange for anyone to be there given I had no estimated time to go off. Had a call from one of their drivers to say they’d left it outside. Really annoyed at this because it was supposed to be signed for. Get home and the item is damaged. To say I’m totally unimpressed is an understatement. Real poor customer service! Avoid at all costs. I’ve got to pi$$ about returning an item I’d already waisted a week for, to wait god knows how long for a replacement!!

Expected a collection, waited in ALL DAY no one came. Phoned XPD no apology just re arranged collection. Phoned Bradford depot, no joy, was given phone number for DONCASTER Depot no answer, left message for call back, you guessed it NO CALL BACK. How do these companies make money. Why do companies deal with these couriers, may be they are CHEAP.

Horrible service ! Last week XDP delivery depot asked me to call in on Monday morning regarding delivery times for the day. I called XDP Delivery Depot at 9:30am today and I explained that there was no one at home and I would need to know what time they would be delivering my items in advance to get someone to the house, they said they couldn't give me a time yet and I should call back at 11am. I called back at 11am and they said the delivery would be between 11am - 1pm, I sent someone to get out there within 20 minutes. They got to the front of my house to see that the delivery had been left all in front of my house, this was furniture and they just left it outside, they didn't call me, they didn't text me to say it had arrived they just left it outside. I will not be using Wayfair again unless they stop using this delivery service. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Terrible rubbish I was given a 2 hour window 3 to 5pm never arrived if u call them expect to pay 7p per minute that’s if they pick up, they will put u on hold for like 20 minutes and once they do decide to talk to me “Delivery man ran out of time they will try tomorrow” PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use XPD!! Received a text with a two hour delivery slot, waited in and no parcel arrived. Looked at tracking information on their website which said it had been delivered bang in the middle of the delivery slot I had received! It hadn't, contacted my sender who apologised on behalf of xpd and told me it would be delivered the next day, a Friday. No parcel arrived again. Contacted the sender again.. now Monday! Rubbish! Use DPD instead, loads better and much more reliable!

Lied about attempting delivery, lied over the phone that they would deliver again. After further phone calls, still no parcel two weeks on. Absolute disgrace with no form of customer services to rectify this, no communication with depot. SHAME ON YOU!

I literally cant explain what a joke of a company XDP are, we are a small shop who only occasionally post out large parcels, so , in theory , XDP are ideal for us as they dont have a minimum consignment amount per week. BUT.. they are just so unbelievably unreliable. I'm currently writing this as I am trying to access a human via the ONE number out of all their numbers that appears to connect ( amendment...after 9 minutes waiting it cut out) I placed a parcel on their web system on MONDAY morning, as I know from past experiances, their own portal is no guarantee of collection, I also followed this up with a phone call and was assured that the driver would pick it up.. this never happened. So I rang back on TUESDAY morning and was once again given apologies and assurances that they would come for it today... at 3pm I saw the van drive past... so I called the depot..no answer.. Its now WEDNESDAY and I have been calling and leaving different messages every half hour since I came in to work...no luck please please save your money and time and go elsewhere, they clearly dont want to provide the service they charge for.

Delivery originally 9th August 2019 3.50pm_5.50pm.. Nothing tried to phone but everything closed had to wait until today 12th August 2019. Found the depot phone number for motherwell and called at 9.15am to be told don't know where your parcel is or reason it wasn't delivered. Jamie was the person from the depot who guaranteed kit would be found and delivered today and would phone me with delivery details after speaking to area supervisor. Didn't phone me. I phoned at 12pm where is my parcel, Jamie again passed a message to lady who answered, the supervisor was going to personally deliver my parcel between 2pm_5pm.. By 4.50pm nothing phoned depot again and yes Jamie answered, he would phone him to see where my parcel was, they check the trackers and see its just in the G46 area and should be with me in next 30 mins. I asked how to contact him if it didn't show up and was advised to send email as he would be in the office until 6.15pm....6pm still nothing sent email and nothing.. Sent email with all the facts and the lies they have told to company I bought from. If not resolved soon I will cancel my order which is a loss to company involved.

They have decided to deliver the item that I ordered from Wayfair a day before the delivery date. Of course, no one at home. The driver was useless unable to speak English but just said "impossible?" They dont have telephone number, so only way to contact is chat online which you have to wait for your turn ( it took more than an hour). E-mail was ignored, no reply. I have patiently waited for my online chat & eventually gone through (at that point I thought no one worked there) the guy called Tom had managed to end the chat straight away as soon as the chat was on. He called me back, but his attitude to solve the issue was very poorly managed. There was no point to chat as they didn't know what they were talking about. He tried to call the delivery depo, he failed. So basically they don't have a system to communicate with their driver nor knowing where the delivery vans were (no GPS). The day when Tom said it should get delivered today, didnt turn up. What a waste of my day. I have emailed Wayfair to sort it out to get delivered as it's their choice & they have deduced the payment without the item got delivered which should not happened. They have tried but failed again. The delivery turned up somehow today (I have requested to get deliver on 15th August, today is 12th). No phone call or no text messages from XDP. Luckily my kind neighbour signed the item for us (it's not small item, but its a big bike shed). They are absolutely joke. What kind of people ask someone like neighbour to take a large item? If you have common senses, you don't. I won't use Wayfair again until they change their delivery company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This really has to be the worst courier company in the whole Entire planet earth,I’ve been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 3 days,says the driver tried to deliver but not true as I was home called them and they told Me driver was almost with me,hrs went by and still nothing,I have no idea wether my parcel will turn up or not,this company needs to stop trading and companies need to stop using them
