The first day I was expecting a package - I received no notifications and was upstairs so I didn't hear the knock on the door (if there was one).
I had taken the day off work to sit around at home and wait for the delivery, but alas, it was a complete waste of a day.
It gets better.
The next morning, I received an SMS at 7:40am saying that the parcel could not be delivered and that it would be retried the following day.
Now I was confused. Was that the SMS from the previous day? Or was that for today? Had the delivery really come before 7:40am? That's hellishly unreasonable to do that without notifying me, if so.
I decided to get in touch with them. No phone numbers anywhere work, nor does the "live chat".
I sent an email. To my surprise, I got a response saying that despite the SMS saying that the delivery was cancelled, the package would be delivered today between 3 and 5pm.
Fine.
Another day off work.
It is now 7pm. There has been no delivery.
If you get an order that delivers through this company - cancel it.”

Obviously there drivers do not give a F*** and neither does the company with goods. If you choose to use this unscrupulous company then you think again”

“I ordered with Wayfair a table and chairs. I was supposed to receive them beginning of June. We are 27 June and I have not received them yet. they update their tracker online and communicate to us on their website few hours before they will come.
They do not respect it otherwise that would be too handy. I had to take afternoons off, leave the office running and wait for them. They never came or can not prove they came. Then, you received an email telling you they missed you. You can not change the delivery address at all. I called their customer service (many times) some are nice, some are extremely rude. In a nutshell, if you can, avoid them at all cost. very bad company.”

“Hopeless, take a day off as you get a text and an email advising of delivery slot, no sign, ring them and get a mobile number that doesn't pick up. Rank amateur service, quite frankly don't understand why companies use them, twice this has happened now when buying large items from Aldi (obviously not their fault) . Lack of professionalism, customer service and I would recommend that you avoid this company if at all possible. ATROCIOUS”

“Have had this courier deliver to us twice now. First time they were outside of the delivery window (late) but the driver was pleasant and friendly. On the second occasion the same driver came and was on time (early) and was again, happy and friendly. Can't fault driver but XDP's website is appalling, which is a shame.”
“Absolutely appalling service!!! I have been waiting 3 weeks for my 48 hour delivery parcel which was needed for my cancer suffering brother. XDP says item was delivered scanned and closed, which is clearly was not and they can not track it down, as the item was bought on Ebay, the supplier, Ebay and Pay Pal have also been no help leaving me £130 out of pocket. The XDP web site is shocking, no numbers to call or helpline and the webchat will take you over and hour and a half to get through on with no help what so ever.
DO NOT USE THEM, they are a criminal outfit not fit to be trading.”
“Cannot thank XDP staff enough, I received a text message this morning informing me that my parcel would be delivered between 10:45 and 12:45, this was inconvenient for me but they couldn't have been more helpful. They redirected my parcel to my daughters house. This is the kind of service I like and it eased a lot of stress as I couldn't be there. Thank you to everyone who assisted this morning.”

Items not delivered due to them putting some items on the wrong van.
Avoid at all costs. The problem is courier service was set up to deliver to business customers who are in 9-5. They haven't moved on. Took day off work for this nonsense.”
