“Been waiting for my £400 package for 3 weeks, it's been at their collection depot for two weeks and now they're unable to "locate" it. A few of my friends ordered the same thing and they've all gone missing too, and appeared on eBay for double the price. No way to contact them either. Absolutely scandalous!”

“Terrible service still waiting for delivery of a mattress bought from Wayfair should have been delivered over a week ago.
First delivery marked as service failure returned to delivery depot. No explanation.
Then app just saying at service depot would not let me rebook. Got Wayfair involved promised delivery in 24 hours. App showed out for delivery NO DELIVERY again.
App shows returned to service depot.
Then carded email saying I wasn't in. Errr NO compleat lie NO DRIVER been here! Then shows returned to depot again.
Managed to rebook for today but app shows still at depot not even out for delivery!
Told Wayfair I'll probably need a refund as don't think XPD are capable of delivering a parcel.”
“Got loads of complicated emails telling me about the progress of my delivery, but no delivery date - until suddenly I got an email at 10am telling me it would be today between 1 and 3pm. There was no way to change this. So I left a note on the door asking to reschedule and made it home by 2pm. No delivery and no card left, and their tracking page showed nothing. No way to get hold of XDP to reschedule. Their phone doesn't get answered and their live chat is dead. Fortunately, it turns out it was left with a neighbour, and fortunately I have honest neighbours!”
“Please be aware of this scam of a delivery company , they emailed me two days after they said my item was out for delivery ,we have been at home on both the days and no show of the delivery . It was rescheduled for the following week again waited in and no show , this time stating exception not in bay ! I am unable to change dates and I have no response to emails . there seems to be a common theme , are items going missing and not being delivered , this is theft ! I have asked for refund from my seller as I have no confidence my item will arrive .

“Its says sorry to hear you have had a bad experience whilst typing this review, but thats not true. I have been back and fourth with customer service from aldi as the customer service number for xpd charges. There has been 2 delivery attempts so far but I have been home everyday for a week. I received my smaller items but my first item (wardrobe) is yet to be delivered. My phone number is on the parcel if the courier is having difficulty finding my address why not call me. I live in a flat and the item is heavy. The courier does not want to deliver the item. Thats the truth. If you do not want to lift heavy items get a different job. If I do not receive my item by next week I will take it as my item is stollen. The picture shown on my tracking info has a note saying not home today. LIES. Im absolutely furious. The worst delivery service I have experienced.”

“Excellent speedy service. 40kg parcel sent from London to Cardiff in 48 hours. Good tracking app also. Highly commended. Good comms from driver ehen nobody home and took it to a neighbour. Would use again.”
“Twice they delivered my parcels due to amazon choosing them, and twice my packages were damaged, my second one being a glass coffee table.
Worst service in my opinion.”
