“Got a message via Tracking app early morning that I should expect parcels today. Guess what , at the end of the day the tracking app now shows parcels are back to depot which is the worst time waste you could have waiting at home for a false delivery.”

“Offered to select delivery date, selected 21st. Took day off work, waited. Nothing. App updates 8pm to day delivery was attempted 12pm. Not true, I was in and no one came. Next morning got a text out for delivery again. I take off work, wait all day. Past 2 hour estimated timeslot. Number to call is costly and they don't pick up, online chat isn't available and I've left several messages on the online chat with no reply. My neighbour tells me they came the 19th and dumped it behind his car. He kept it in his garage until my return. It was battered, half open, item bent and ripped in one corner. Site updated to say delivered on 22nd. Again not true I was in, no one came. Very dissapointed.”
“Live in Ch. I. and never heard of them. Ordered from Amazon small kids furniture wchich is with XDP from 3rd of June and still dont have it now on 21st June. They updated system for delivery on 15th of June and this same note is still showing there. I am shocked by the reviews i am just reading as it looks like many items are simply dissapearing during theirs transport. Surely they should be investigated by trading standards and possibly closed down. They should be 0 stars option in here.”
“Zero stars for this company we ordered a pizza oven from Aldi beginning of June. Had a message saying it was picked up by XDP it has been in their delivery depot for 14
days now and they still haven’t delivered it. Been on to Aldi 4 TIMES now. You can’t phone XDP or have a web chat as they don’t answer OR YOUR FIRST IN THE QUEUE FOR AN HOUR AT 7P+ PER MINUTE!!. They are robbing us of our goods or holding them to ransom for some reason. Aldi need to stop using this company and honour their customers orders. I think a call to the Trading Standards, Aldi CEO

“My parcell was picked up by XDP on 7th June and 2 weeks later it’s still not arrived at there depot so obviously it’s been stolen they know who the driver is I’ve rang 3 times and each time they change the goal post first 2-5 days then 10 working days now 14 days for large parcels they know it’s been stolen because they told me it hadn’t been scanned so why don’t they track down the drivers who don’t take parcells to delivery depot”
“Stop using this company !The driver turn up at my restaurant this morning at 7:30 without notice that they are coming to deliver 9 table. When there was no one there thr rang my number my daughter answer the phone and he asked her to give alternative address for the delivery a child provided my home address they then turned up with 170kg of tables and they want to dump it outside my front door even though that meant to be delivered to my restaurant when I told him that they have to take it back to the restaurant and should have given me notice that they are coming they refuse to hear and he I said we are taking it back to where it come from. terrible service terrible company never use them again!”

“Appalling. And a complete rip off... they charge 7pence a minute if you try and phone them. Didn't collect item for delivery to Channel Islands from supplier for three weeks. Supplier ended up sending a fresh order. BOTH orders still disappeared into an XPD black hole. After another week the XPD website at 12.30 on 9th June said both items put for delivery due to arrive 11.30 to 1.00. Of course NOTHING, no email no sign and Items have in fact never arrived on the island, not received through customs so saying out for delivery is just not true. Supplier couldn't get updates. Have now cancelled order. This was a ruined birthday surprise.
If your supplier is using XPD, go elsewhere”
“Terrible company. All other reviews here are true, please avoid!!!!!! The send you ETA and waste your time, no one will turn up, it’s a bad joke. After waiting whole day with my ETA they sent message saying that courier has attempted to deliver…..then another message that items has not been collected from the seller, 1 hour later another one that it’s delivered :D to send you another ETA the following day, I’m waiting now 3rd day in row, no joy. It’s terrible mess. I will make negative review in a seller website as successive delivery is a part of their customer service, having XDP as a partner in business must be a terrible mistake. Guys, avoid this courier whenever possible.”
“Special buy ordered online from Aldi, message saying delivery between 1.19pm and 3.19pm. Didnt arrive, tracker not working. Phone call from driver 10.15pm yes night time saying was there a safe place to leave parcel as he would be late delivering. Arrived 15 mins past midnight. What a sham of a company, felt sorry for driver, he was really lovely. I waited up for delivery, he said there was a problem with an agency driver. Will not order from Aldi unless they change the delivery company.”
“Zero stars are not possible! Ordered an item from Aldi, was told delivery in 5 -7 days,chased at day 8, 10 and now 13. App says it is still at the warehouse. As a customer, you cannot contact them direct, even via the 70p a minute premium number, so don't bother. Aldi customer services trying to contact them without success. Why do they use such a useless courier service when there are plenty that are much better and cheaper. It must be costing Aldi a fortune for refunded delivery costs and compensation!”
“XPD were supposed to tell me the previous day, they didn't, but their tracking at 9am said my order would arrive between 2.23 and 4.23 on June 11th. Part of the order arrived at 10am.
3 days later tracking has not been updated.
Their phone line costs 7p a minute and their live chat does not work.
Absolutely appalling. Do not use them.”
“Been trying to return a garden swing since 21st May and received MANY emails saying dates and times of collection- no one turned up on any of the dates. Now cannot take more days off work for several weeks so it’ll be taking up space in our garage and probably getting damp. Not my problem. I feel like charging storage costs. I’m not sure why this business is used when there are others who do the same. I should have known when the swing was delivered over two weeks late. Returning it has been worse.”

“I received a communication from XDP that my parcel would be delivered between 1230-1430. At 0914 the tracking stated that it had been delivered........ it hadn't. They had uploaded a picture of the delivery note (open which the signature was not mine) and a picture of the property to which they had delivered - which was clearly not mine and I have no idea where it is! There is no way of contacting XDP so I have had to take the tortuous route of contacting the seller to request a refund..... all of which will take a considerable amount of time and I'll still be without my parcel.”
