“AVOID THIS COMPANY AND AVOID BUYING FROM ALDI! Was on the phone for over 30 minutes they charge 7p a minute and nobody answers phone calls or emails as the email address says it is not valid! Disgusting where is my order. Got one parcel of a two part delivered on the same day the other was at the delivery depot so where is it?! Not a low cost item either con men at their best complete daylight robbery should be ashamed of themselves.”
“Had message on morning of 19th July2021 to say delivery of my garden bench would be on that day before 8pm. No show. Had message at 8.45 pm to say running late would be here shortly so stayed up till 11pm but No show. Its now the 21st and still waiting for my bench. Suppliers said they would contact xdp and email me about my delivery am still waiting today the 21st. Can't even get on xdp website. Very poor.”
“I would never use this company in if it was the only postal service, my item never arrived even though I could see it had landed in there warehouse nobody could tell me where it went ,in someone's garden I suspect giving them some shade NOT me, and try to talk to somebody was impossible they just send out the same message automated i think KEEP AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY”
“Absolutely terrible service. Ordered garden furniture from Aldi. Had text to say delivering Monday 19th July 12.29-2.29pm. Had an afternoon off work and no delivery. Got an email at 8.02pm to say they attempted delivery, but I have cctv and ring doorbell and no one came so they lied! I even waited all day Tuesday as Aldi c/service said it should be delivered Tuesday instead. It is now Wednesday and they still haven’t delivered! There is no contact number for them, no one on Live chat. Aldi have emailed them numerous times for me, but no response! The XDP app is terrible as there are no updates or confirmation of delivery times, yet that is the only way to contact them. So disappointed that Aldi use such a bad courier company!”
“Atrocious delivery firm. They delivered 2 of the 3 parcels, no idea where the 3rd is. Unable to be contacted unless you are the supplier. Very rarely update their track and trace.

“These people are absolute garbage. They gave me a time slot from 11.37 until 13.37 and didn’t bother to deliver or turn up. I waited an extra 30 minutes just in case of traffic. Today I’ve tried their live chat and there is no one available so I then tried to use the e mail facilities and they didn’t work either. I’ve now been waiting for a delivery of this product since June and don’t think I will ever see it and now nearly £359 out of pocket. Do you have any shame”

Delivery attempted last week, but my instructions were ignored!! Driver was going to leave parcel, despite label saying signature is needed. Now no reply to numerous emails since and redelivery has been rebooked numerous times and nothing has arrived or been reattempted.”

Ordered a bed through RightDeals which uses this company. All was fine till on the day. We live in a block of flats, they rang the bell, answered and no answer. Go down to find 2 parcels arrived, there was meant to be three parts and even mentions on the boxes and the other is missing.
Can not get through to customer service, webchat took an hour and I was promised it would be sorted that day. Phoning is pointless as they get money from paying to ring them, after 20mins it hung up.. 3 times! Email not had anything back.
So I am missing a headboard to a bed frame as their incompetence and lack of service has done anything.
They should be ashamed and need to look at customer experience or they will lose many business as I have fed this back to the original company that use these!”

“Got a message via Tracking app early morning that I should expect parcels today. Guess what , at the end of the day the tracking app now shows parcels are back to depot which is the worst time waste you could have waiting at home for a false delivery.”

“Offered to select delivery date, selected 21st. Took day off work, waited. Nothing. App updates 8pm to day delivery was attempted 12pm. Not true, I was in and no one came. Next morning got a text out for delivery again. I take off work, wait all day. Past 2 hour estimated timeslot. Number to call is costly and they don't pick up, online chat isn't available and I've left several messages on the online chat with no reply. My neighbour tells me they came the 19th and dumped it behind his car. He kept it in his garage until my return. It was battered, half open, item bent and ripped in one corner. Site updated to say delivered on 22nd. Again not true I was in, no one came. Very dissapointed.”
“Live in Ch. I. and never heard of them. Ordered from Amazon small kids furniture wchich is with XDP from 3rd of June and still dont have it now on 21st June. They updated system for delivery on 15th of June and this same note is still showing there. I am shocked by the reviews i am just reading as it looks like many items are simply dissapearing during theirs transport. Surely they should be investigated by trading standards and possibly closed down. They should be 0 stars option in here.”
“Zero stars for this company we ordered a pizza oven from Aldi beginning of June. Had a message saying it was picked up by XDP it has been in their delivery depot for 14
days now and they still haven’t delivered it. Been on to Aldi 4 TIMES now. You can’t phone XDP or have a web chat as they don’t answer OR YOUR FIRST IN THE QUEUE FOR AN HOUR AT 7P+ PER MINUTE!!. They are robbing us of our goods or holding them to ransom for some reason. Aldi need to stop using this company and honour their customers orders. I think a call to the Trading Standards, Aldi CEO

“My parcell was picked up by XDP on 7th June and 2 weeks later it’s still not arrived at there depot so obviously it’s been stolen they know who the driver is I’ve rang 3 times and each time they change the goal post first 2-5 days then 10 working days now 14 days for large parcels they know it’s been stolen because they told me it hadn’t been scanned so why don’t they track down the drivers who don’t take parcells to delivery depot”
