Worst delivery company attempted to delivery without informing me first and then when I arranged a delivery date my order didnt even come

This deliver courier is an absolute joke. Can’t believe there is business. Who tries to randomly attempt a large deliver without first arranging a delivery date or informing the recipient before hand. This company should be reported

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR  Ordered 2 bed base from a fantastic company Robinson-furniture expected delivery on 12th Dec, when tracking realised half address was missing. Called XDP who stated they tried to deliver yesterday (11th) although that was not the sceduled delivery date!! when questioned on how it was possible to deliver without a full address, the female became rude and obnoxious. I suppose you would get upset if you ask a common sense question!! I called back Robinson-furniture who tried there up most best and hardest to get matter resolved as the beds were suppose to be for a homeless shelter to no avail sadly. The only way to deal with arrogant companies like XDP is to stop ordering from companies that use them as a delivery service!!!! Update: Apparently without a door number or street name, XDP has taken pictures of a random house that they claimed to have tried to deliver to!! Who's house is it!!!

I ordered a mattress from Groupon, unfortunately XDP was they're chosen courier I have been messed around completely by XDP. Firstly they wand a 3 day window for delivery then threatened a charge If no one was at home to accept delivery despite 2 emails confirming 2 different delivery days and time neither materialised XDP refuse to answer all calls and emails this company is clearly not fit for purpose avoid at all costs.

Can’t work out how this company is managing to stay in business. All the horror stories here are true. They gave me a delivery slot and then didn’t turn up. Emails to the depot ignored. Phone calls to the depot never answered. Emails to customer services ignored. Phone calls to customer services diverted to voicemails and never returned. After intervention from my supplier, they then started trying to deliver but without actually having the sense to notify me. The first 3 attempts failed since unsurprisingly no one was in. After continuing to not answer phones or emails, they got lucky and caught me in one lunch time and were able to deliver my chair. Shame I can’t post a picture of the state of the box. It looked like it been dropped several times and rolled around in puddles. The cardboard was so sodden that I could pull it apart with my hands. I won’t be buying anything from companies that use these goons.

Bought two beds from Groupon on 29th November 2018. They delivered the 6 boxes to the Apartment entrance but refuses to deliver to my door. Spoke to the manager on the driver's phone and they claim that it is company's policy not to deliver the heavy items to the customer's door. Even saying that they don't insure their own drivers nor do they provide a apparatus to help their driver deliver the item. Worse service ever. Very lazy. Ended up having to take all 6 heavy boxes to my own door. They better change their stupid company policy otherwise they will deserve to be out of business.

I am still waiting on my delivery and getting told It'll be here everyday. Havent been able to step foot outside the door for 3 days and still hearing the same reasons. Absolutly disgusted with this service.

Would prefer to give them no stars, They held my parcel in their warehouse for three days and then failed to deliver altogether. Had to get a refund from the company that I bought from. Bad company avoid altogether.

Awful company! Item due Monday still nothing 5 days later! Tracking is wrong, keeps saying delivery slot time but then never gets delivered! 3 non delivery’s! So fed up will NEVER buy from anyone that uses this courier!!!

Have ordered 2 large items from Wayfair on two separate occasions, first was a large TV cabinet which had a confirmed delivery slot of 13:01 to 15:01. My wife took half a day off of work and waited, no one called, no emails, nothing. On the Saturday (the very next day) at approx lunchtime, a non English speaking guy turned up with our cabinet, couldn't tell us why it was late, couldn't tell us anything as he didn't speak English!!!! Next order was for two sofas which were guaranteed to be delivered by the 21st Dec 2018, then we were told to expect them on the 27th. We received no response to our many emails to this company, and to date our sofas are still at their depot and no one has contacted us. The worst delivery company i have ever come across. Wayfair, why continue to use these clowns when all the reviews tell you how unbelievably bad they are?

I ordered a tv unit from Ebay on Friday advising this would arrive by Monday I work for DHL so i know how the tracking system works, phoned them monday its on an economy service takes 3-5 working days. I called up again today wednesday 28/11/2018. Advised the depot cannot locate the parcel, when surely it arrived at there depot on the weekend and suddely monday its disappeared. This is 40 Kg how can it get lost? Phone them numerous times they all give you different answers, yesterday i called the lady said it will be out today Wednesday and you will get a 2 hour slot, so i waited in all day only to realise after they cannot locate it. Biggest Joke of a company dont even respond to your emails just send you an automated message. I asked them to update the website to show parcel is missing they dont even do that dont use ever again!!!

I would rate this company -10 if I could.Worst courier ever. I still not recived my parcel it's been 3 weeks already..No notice card,nothing.I was contact with them and they said it was deliverd to my neighbour..I didn't agreed that the courier can leave anywhere else ...And the parcel wasn't cheap..If you want to get your goods DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

the most unhelpful company ive come across with the strangest approach to logistics ive ever come across. Cannot get through to them on the phone, left voicemails etc no one bothers to phone you back. Goods are out for delivery, I've told them on online chat no one is home so please reschedule for tomorrow ( you can do this with ANYONE) and they refused and said they will attempt delivery??? WHY??? Phone the bloody driver and tell him to keep it on his van and save his fuel!?!!? Apparently the retailer didn't tell them I wasn't home ( how the F would they know?! ) I was sent a text this morning telling me its our for delivery tonight ( its 10.54 AM now not due until 6.37pm) What an unorganised mess , wonder how long you'll stay in business for!! We will see!

This companies organisatial skills are appalling, we tried to change delivery address and was told done, three days later they delivered to original address, had to hire a van. Internal communications none existant. I if you want reliability do not buy from anyone using this service.

Absolutely terrible company. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Bunch of irresponsible, inconsiderate liars. I have never encountered a company like this in my life. They barely update the tracking data and when they do, it’s not accurate. They said my parcel would arrive between 16:00-18:00 on 21/11/2018 but it didn’t. I waited in all evening for no parcel to arrive. Forward to the next day and several messages left to no reply, still no parcel. Eventually my husband got in contact with someone at the company who said that the delivery man had attempted to deliver the parcel and left a card through the door(which was a lie as I was waiting in all day for this parcel) Skip to the next day, still no parcel and when my husband confronted a member of staff, he was told that our area was lacking drivers and had no one to deliver it. (So the attempted delivery with card through the door was confirmed as a lie) eventually the parcel was delivered 5 days later on 26/11/2018. However, the box was completely burst open at both ends and the tree we had ordered for Christmas was completely broken. So much so that it was completely useless. We took photos as evidence of the sheer lack of care with our item and told XDP to take the item back. What an absolute sham. They messed us around for 5 days, lied continuously, were lazy in response since my husband had to ALWAYS contact them and they mishandled our item to the point that it was completely destroyed. Thankfully the company we bought our tree from replaced it with no questions after showing the damage XDP did. DO NOT use this company if you are a business and want your items delivered in one piece or if you want your customers satisfied. I would rate this company -10000 if I could.

Worst courier service ever. I ordered a bed from Groupon, after which I received a text from XDP saying the item would be delivered within three days (no specifics) and that if I was not at home I would be charged for a re-delivery. So I sit at home waiting for this package over a weekend. I then receive a 2 hour delivery slot for the Monday and nothing is delivered. I called XDP and they suggested that I wait till 7.30pm as that's the last delivery slot. Nothing arrives. The following morning I find my bed outside my house behind the bins soaked by the rain. This is a cowboy courier company. They clearly have no pride in what they do. Do not give a time slot if you are going to be 6 hours late! I will be writing to Groupon to ensure they do not use XDP as I am reluctant to buy anything from there if they chose to use as a delivery company in future.

XDP are ruining my business reputation! Any orders I place that my suppler sends with TNT come the same day, XDP hold my deliveries for up to a week and always lie or give some rubbish excuse about why they are late, I will have to change my suppler if they keep sending my goods with XDP

What a shambolic business!!! If I could give '0' stars I would! Received text to say delivery would be made on Friday afternoon. No delivery made and no communication to suggest otherwise. I didn't receive a text the following Monday so took the initiative and checked their tracking system to see if the delivery had been rescheduled - just as well I did as the delivery was indeed scheduled for the Monday. On receipt of the delivery the packaging and more importantly the whole contents were damaged beyond repair (Rigid PVC blinds). It was quite apparent the delivery was going to be damaged as the cylindrical package was open at both ends and heavy scuffing marks to each end suggesting that the contents and the packaging had been dragged along a rough surface. When the courier arrived I explained my frustrations both with the delivery service and with the fact the packaging was open. He explained to me that he had been working for the company for 6 years and it has always been the same with delayed/unattempted deliveries due to the number of agency drivers that are used. He also had no concern for the damaged packaging and potential damage to the goods inside, instead just wanting a signature to acknowledge receipt and telling me to contact the supplier if there was any damage. I have contacted the supplier and requested that the replacement items are not to be shipped via this courier again and also advised that as a business they might also want to reconsider their courier service provider!

Cowboy outfit, We shut at 5.30pm, tracking service shows had been delivered 6.49pm. On another occasion, they lost parcel. I would rather pay a little more for delivery, if suppliers used reliable couriers.
