This company doesn't even deserve one star. Recieved a message on Thursday to say my parcel would arrive between 5.55 and 7.55. It didnt turn up. Tried to find a number to call on Friday but could only contact them via live chat. Spent 52 minutes (mainly in a queue) to be told that they or the depot would call me with an update. 4 o'clock came and still no call. Tried live chat again was in a queue and at 5 o'clock when they close I gave up waiting. Tried live chat on Saturday but there was no icon to connect so I guess they dont work on a Saturday. Emailed someone at the depot and surprise surprise no response. Contacted my seller to inform them but they haven't had a response as of yet. Spent over an hour this morning on live chat to be told they will contact the depot to "try and have it delivered tomorrow but cannot guarantee it". I asked more a complaints department I could contact but apparently only sellers can make a complaint. I do not hold out much hope of receiving my parcel tomorrow in which case I will then be cancelling my order. This has to be the worst courier service in the country. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting. Communication is impossible with this "delivery" company, the delivery time was between 13:42 and 15:42 26th July. Had a livechat with the company when it got to 16:30 as weekend looming with no way of knowing whether we had to wait in indefinitely? Told by livechat, always eighth in the queue a that these times are approximations! I should say as the delivery was made on the Saturday at 11 am and lucky we were in but gave me telephone no. of local depot who had gone home for thr weekend as no answer thr following morning being Saturday. However late Saturday morning an unmarked large white van turned up and the driver complained that as we had a named house, not a number, that we had made his job very difficult. When I asked him if he had driven by on the previous day, as the company had alerted of delivery timeand date by email - he became very aggressive and said he could refuse delivery and take our parcel away! I walked away as didnt want to antagonise him anymore! Will also not do business with any company that uses this delivery company! The one star is as a result of the goods turning up in one piece!

Awful, would never recommend and surprised companies are still using their services. Have had a parcel that was meant to be delivered four days ago but cannot get in contact with them and their tracking information is so basic it's not worth using.

They mixed up parts of orders, refused to bring order upstairs, both end of the package was open

This is hands down the worse experience I've ever had with a courier company. I can barely believe they are in operation and that suppliers are continuing to use them. Not only are XDP unreliable, they are dishonest! They repeatedly lied about attempting to deliver my package. Huge waste of time. I will not be purchasing from outlets such as Wayfair, if they continue to use this company. They are a shambles.

They have had a parcel in the Aberdeen depot for a few days according to the tracking information, I have tried calling and emailing to ascertain when the parcel will be delivered or whether I can just go to the depot and collect it. Unfortunately they don't seem to be able to answer emails or phone calls. Possibly the most pointless courier company in existence

Useless, dishonest, unreliable. Would give zero if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. It won’t arrive!

Absolutely appalled by this company ( well if you call it a company) I have placed an order for blinds over 10 days ago and they are still yet to arrive. Totally incompetent. As previous customers have commented promises are made for a delivery which never arrives, and more to the point was never even scheduled as I was made aware that the driver had had a puncture for 3 days and was unable to deliver. This company is a joke, I would defiantly not want to order anything delivered by these. Blinds have still not arrived. DO NOT USE!!

Disgusting service lying about a delivery. Ordered a few bits from Wayfair including a bed frame. The frame was due to be delivered on Friday 12th didn't come. Next day it was due on Monday still didn't come. On the Tuesday I received a text stating it will come later in the day with a 3 hour delivery time still didn't come. Didn't arrive Wednesday or Thursday either and I took annual leave to make sure I was in all day. Sat in the front room waiting for a delivery all week but nothing. Then this morning they had the cheek to email me saying that a delivery was attempted at 6.30am today (Friday) which is an obvious lie as no calling card and me and my partner were both awake. To further add to the insult the number on the email to reschedule the phantom delivery doesn't even work AVOID at all costs and don't use Wayfair if they continue to use XDP

Sorry to hear everyone else's feedback, But I had a very polite very friendly driver, very surprised on how quickly the delivery was anyway great all round 5*****

worst delivery company EVER!! not even worth 1 star. turned up over 2 hours late, with no apology. then tried to deliver the wrong item!! huffed and puffed that he had to go to his truck and get the correct item. so rude! also when trying to contact xdp, the customer service was appalling!! WIL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

The views already expressed by other people is a carbon copy of the service I have received today. Product ordered via the Wayfair.co.uk company website indicated within their tracking system that the delivery by XDP would be made today between 2.21 and 4.21 pm. However, by 5.20pm no package; phoned XDP and was given local depot telephone number to contact (01794 301562). Number doesn't receive incoming calls. Immediately rang XDP back but no one picked up the call. How surprising. What rubbish service. With the current level of competition offered by other courier companies, I do not think XDP will be round for long. I shall be lodging a formal complaint with Wayfair and shall be advising them to seek an alternative delivery company!!

Honestly the WORST delivery service I have ever received in my life! Down the the staff having a go at me down the phone because they are incapable. Absolutely disgusting service and it's not surprising they have no social media because it would be full of complaints.

my delivery was scheduled for today between 11:49 and 13:49 but as with every other delivery I’ve had with this company, no delivery arrived, I emailed them and got a reply saying driver was running slightly late !! what 3 hrs, was told someone would notify me when the driver informed them when delivery was due but same as last time not even a reply!! I called them for an hour and ten minutes getting down to the next customer but then it came on the office is closed, I will contact my company and be telling them I won’t buy any more products from them if they use this joke of a company, steer clear everyone

This company does not deserve even one star. Disgusting service from them. Two failed orders of the same bed, 15 days on still no bed!! Cannot get hold of anyone or track your parcel as the system is never updated. Have cancelled the order again and will never use again! Unprofessional and useless!!

Three times I was contacted to say they would deliver the next day and three times they did not. Also they never bothered contacting me to say they would not deliver when they told me they would. I phoned the local office probably more than 10 times. The contact number for customer services on their website response is "..you have dialed an incorrect number...". My attempts to use their live chat facility came up - regardless of the time of day - that I was 29th in the queue. I am now contacting the seller of the product I ordered to make sure they reconsider using this company for delivery and I am contacting Amazon to make a formal complaint as well.

Ordered blindes from blindes2go. They have been delivered but tried to contact the courier to change the delivery address and it was impossible. Phone number from the website has not been recognised when calling, e-mail address for customer service comming back as not recognised. The only option was to use live chat, but was 22nd in the que, waitet 2 hours and was not able to talk to them. Thanks to blinds2go customer service the address has been changed and parcel delivered. Bought a bed from wayfair, told bed will be delivered in 2 days. Got a text message from XDP saying delivery on Sat was at home whole day, no delivery. Four days later no delivery, tried to ring, can't get through. Tracked my parcel now saying exception service fail. There is someone at home all the time. No proof of attempted delivery. Very bad company and poor service.you can't get hold of anyone.

I would not recommend at all! Expectina delivery today - we are a business open 9-5 and they tried to deliver at 6.20pm. They rang me and told me it was my problem, and that I would need to collect the items from Norwich - I am in Spalding. I said they would need to speak to the sender to sort out, and it told me 'NO!' they have nothing to do with the sender it is my problem. Not happy as I needed the items today.

Agree with others that this lot feel like Hermes - I already avoid buying if Hermes are involved and now will check XPD aren't involved before I buy. I understand that there can be problems, but the frustration of being left an unfilled-in card, which had a not-in-service phone number on it, and then to not be able to speak to anyone, and an hours wait in a chat queue is not acceptable - it is not how other delivery firms perform in 2019. Got in touch with supplier which resulted in a call back promising delivery today - no delivery no contact. Absolutely taken the shine of the product I am waiting for.Consignment ZDBMNY008144
