Two failed orders of the same bed, 15 days on still no bed!!
Cannot get hold of anyone or track your parcel as the system is never updated.
Have cancelled the order again and will never use again!

“Three times I was contacted to say they would deliver the next day and three times they did not. Also they never bothered contacting me to say they would not deliver when they told me they would. I phoned the local office probably more than 10 times. The contact number for customer services on their website response is "..you have dialed an incorrect number...". My attempts to use their live chat facility came up - regardless of the time of day - that I was 29th in the queue. I am now contacting the seller of the product I ordered to make sure they reconsider using this company for delivery and I am contacting Amazon to make a formal complaint as well.”
“Ordered blindes from blindes2go. They have been delivered but tried to contact the courier to change the delivery address and it was impossible. Phone number from the website has not been recognised when calling, e-mail address for customer service comming back as not recognised. The only option was to use live chat, but was 22nd in the que, waitet 2 hours and was not able to talk to them.
Thanks to blinds2go customer service the address has been changed and parcel delivered.

“Bought a bed from wayfair, told bed will be delivered in 2 days. Got a text message from XDP saying delivery on Sat was at home whole day, no delivery. Four days later no delivery, tried to ring, can't get through. Tracked my parcel now saying exception service fail. There is someone at home all the time. No proof of attempted delivery. Very bad company and poor service.you can't get hold of anyone.”
“I would not recommend at all! Expectina delivery today - we are a business open 9-5 and they tried to deliver at 6.20pm. They rang me and told me it was my problem, and that I would need to collect the items from Norwich - I am in Spalding. I said they would need to speak to the sender to sort out, and it told me 'NO!' they have nothing to do with the sender it is my problem. Not happy as I needed the items today.”
“Agree with others that this lot feel like Hermes - I already avoid buying if Hermes are involved and now will check XPD aren't involved before I buy. I understand that there can be problems, but the frustration of being left an unfilled-in card, which had a not-in-service phone number on it, and then to not be able to speak to anyone, and an hours wait in a chat queue is not acceptable - it is not how other delivery firms perform in 2019. Got in touch with supplier which resulted in a call back promising delivery today - no delivery no contact. Absolutely taken the shine of the product I am waiting for.Consignment ZDBMNY008144”

“would give 0 stars if I could, waiting for a mattress from beds.co.uk, so asked what day it would be, they couldn't get hold of them as no-one answers the phone, tried email chat, 22 people waiting, supposed to deliver on the Friday, no delivery, was told they wouldn't drop off without a signature but did anyway outside front door in rain. emailed them, no reply, they must employ c.... with learning difficulties.”
“If I could give a 0 star I would.
The first day I was expecting a package - I received no notifications and was upstairs so I didn't hear the knock on the door (if there was one).
I had taken the day off work to sit around at home and wait for the delivery, but alas, it was a complete waste of a day.
It gets better.
The next morning, I received an SMS at 7:40am saying that the parcel could not be delivered and that it would be retried the following day.
Now I was confused. Was that the SMS from the previous day? Or was that for today? Had the delivery really come before 7:40am? That's hellishly unreasonable to do that without notifying me, if so.
I decided to get in touch with them. No phone numbers anywhere work, nor does the "live chat".
I sent an email. To my surprise, I got a response saying that despite the SMS saying that the delivery was cancelled, the package would be delivered today between 3 and 5pm.
Fine.
Another day off work.
It is now 7pm. There has been no delivery.
If you get an order that delivers through this company - cancel it.”
“I would rate 0 but unfortunately there could not be done. I have been advised that a delivery as made while i was over 100 miles away? customer service people on the on line chat very unhelpful. Obviously there drivers do not give a F*** and neither does the company with goods. If you choose to use this unscrupulous company then you think again”

“I ordered with Wayfair a table and chairs. I was supposed to receive them beginning of June. We are 27 June and I have not received them yet. they update their tracker online and communicate to us on their website few hours before they will come.
They do not respect it otherwise that would be too handy. I had to take afternoons off, leave the office running and wait for them. They never came or can not prove they came. Then, you received an email telling you they missed you. You can not change the delivery address at all. I called their customer service (many times) some are nice, some are extremely rude. In a nutshell, if you can, avoid them at all cost. very bad company.”

“Hopeless, take a day off as you get a text and an email advising of delivery slot, no sign, ring them and get a mobile number that doesn't pick up. Rank amateur service, quite frankly don't understand why companies use them, twice this has happened now when buying large items from Aldi (obviously not their fault) . Lack of professionalism, customer service and I would recommend that you avoid this company if at all possible. ATROCIOUS”
