Normally I don’t have the time to leave a review but this one I felt like I had to. Nothing to do with wayfair but more to do with xdp. Sort out your customer service xdp or train your staff. I heard a knock on my door which felt like she was gonna break my knocker. I had a huge glass table that arrived and I asked if they could bring it slightly in up the stairs as I had trouble closing the door but they said no” straight up no explanation just a no. I’m a petite women and I literally struggled to get it through the entrance of the door as I have a very small hallway. I felt like they could of helped me a little just so I could close my front door but instead they were extremely rude, rushed off their feet. And had no care in the world

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I wish to God I had read these reviews before ordering from Wayfair.co.uk. I'm still sat waiting for my delivery (which was given a time slot of 9.49am-11.49am) this morning... Needless to say I've had no contact from XDP and I've tracked my parcel only to find it says: Service Fail - Exception. What does that even mean?! I've tried ringing a seemingly non-existent number and now I'm in a queue on 'live chat'... I've been in a queue for 1 hour and 15 minutes so far and I'm still only number 5 in it. So I'm guessing there are an awful lot of disgruntled customers wanting to know where their parcels are too. I will be complaining to Wayfair and also to XDP... If I ever get through to them that is!

Ordered a cot from Wayfair, delivery was in 4 parcels, only 3 have arrived with no contact from XDP to say when the 4th one will be arriving!! i have tried 3 times over the last 24 hours to speak to someone about this and yesterday i had to wait for an assistant on the chat for over 3 hours to then be cut off, tried again at around 4pm waited an hour until 5pm them then be told that they had closed the chat line. What a complete balls up this company is!!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL XDP????? Ref: ZWAFGC002575

I have tried on numerous occasions today to contact them without any success despite 3 emails asking when my item will be delivered - they just don't bother responding which i consider to be rude and terrible customer service

I had received a email and SMS alert 0833 with an early morning delivery so took the day off work. As yet 4-15 pm and nothing. No one answers the phone and I have spent waiting 1 1/2 on live chat waiting to be connected. ALL email attempts have failed to get a response. Don't waste your time its the UK worse service I have ever encountered.

Should have had a bed delvered yesterday - received text saying item would be deliverd 17.40-19.40 no item arrived and now unable to find out what has happened to my order depite several hone calls with Wayfair and numerous emails to XDP - avoid like the plague unless you enjoy being ignored and lied to !

Like everyone else. I am calling them out as the worst delivery company. I bought a couple of mirrors off Aldi..I was given a delivery time slot. The driver didn't show up and tracking the order. I can see I was carded... I mailed and was told the delivery will be today. I received no notifications but I am tracking it online I hope it turns up or I'll have to cancel the order. Unfortunately it was an online exclusive and is sold out already. Aldi please use another courier service ..

XDP Don't Deliver.. or they lie.. or steal.. or both. (Yes I'm calling them out as fraudulent.. coz I'm guessing that if they don't deliver they will keep my purchase) Seems I'm just another person who doesn't get their parcel. Their site says delivered and I was in at they time they say it was delivered. It has now gone to Exception and Carded... what card? This was a purchase from Groupon who have now refunded me. Was looking to replace from Wayfair.. but they use them.. so that's a no then

Not a reliable company, i have set a time slot for my delivery, i have taken a day off to stay at home and collect my parcel but they have never delivered the item as agreed NOT even contacted me to give me a heads up. I have emailed them asking for an updated, it's been two days now and when tracking my items it says carded, the phone phone number given is wrong. The worse delivery company ever.

Got to be the most unreliable company in the U.K. I've got more chance to speak to Donald Trump than to some one from this outfit. Had a text informing me that my delivery ZDBEYM008556 would be with me on 2/8/2019 between 12:59pm to 14:59pm. it's now the 3/8/2019 still no delivery or updates. I'll be getting in touch with Tradeline informing them how they treat their customers.

This has to be the worst company ever and I mean ever! Parcel not delivered waited 2 hours on line chat before I spoke to someone who was no help at all. Nobody would answer the phone to contact that way so avoid at all costs

even after reading the reviews about this company I didn’t expect the service to be this bad. I ordered a mirror from wayfair, the package said it was coming on Tuesday didn’t arrive and then the following day I was given a time slot and it still didn’t arrive. That being said I contacted them and apparently my mirror had been damaged and was being sent back to wayfair to be replaced - I wasn’t told this until I contacted them. I contacted wayfair and asked for a full refund which they gave me. I would love to order form wayfair again but I will not be doing this while they ship with XDP.

I wish I could giver fewer than one stars. I received a £600 gym frame from Powerhouse Fitness packaged in tatters, with parts abandoned rolling down my driveway. Shameful. I took pictures of the wrecked delivery and the XPD driver's van reg. I've hopefully recorded the driver's disinterested attitude live - have to retrieve that from my CCTV first. In 50 years of receiving deliveries, this is my worst experience.

Truly hopeless. No notification of delivery until 12:30 on Thursday, telling me the delivery would be out between 12 and 2 (so could have already tried). We were out so arranged for a friend to wait... nothing arrived by 2pm so they had to go. Delivery was attempted at 5:45pm and a card was left... for a DHL delivery (so no relevant phone numbers or other contact details). I contacted them via email but still haven't had a reply, four days later. They attempted delivery again the next day, without any notification... at least this time they left a XDP card with a working number). Arranged for them to deliver the items today... and one of the parcels is now missing....

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Recieved a message on Thursday to say my parcel would arrive between 5.55 and 7.55. It didnt turn up. Tried to find a number to call on Friday but could only contact them via live chat. Spent 52 minutes (mainly in a queue) to be told that they or the depot would call me with an update. 4 o'clock came and still no call. Tried live chat again was in a queue and at 5 o'clock when they close I gave up waiting. Tried live chat on Saturday but there was no icon to connect so I guess they dont work on a Saturday. Emailed someone at the depot and surprise surprise no response. Contacted my seller to inform them but they haven't had a response as of yet. Spent over an hour this morning on live chat to be told they will contact the depot to "try and have it delivered tomorrow but cannot guarantee it". I asked more a complaints department I could contact but apparently only sellers can make a complaint. I do not hold out much hope of receiving my parcel tomorrow in which case I will then be cancelling my order. This has to be the worst courier service in the country. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting. My consignment number is ZWAUYV134033

Communication is impossible with this "delivery" company, the delivery time was between 13:42 and 15:42 26th July. Had a livechat with the company when it got to 16:30 as weekend looming with no way of knowing whether we had to wait in indefinitely? Told by livechat, always eighth in the queue a that these times are approximations! I should say as the delivery was made on the Saturday at 11 am and lucky we were in but gave me telephone no. of local depot who had gone home for thr weekend as no answer thr following morning being Saturday. However late Saturday morning an unmarked large white van turned up and the driver complained that as we had a named house, not a number, that we had made his job very difficult. When I asked him if he had driven by on the previous day, as the company had alerted of delivery timeand date by email - he became very aggressive and said he could refuse delivery and take our parcel away! I walked away as didnt want to antagonise him anymore! Will also not do business with any company that uses this delivery company! The one star is as a result of the goods turning up in one piece!

Awful, would never recommend and surprised companies are still using their services. Have had a parcel that was meant to be delivered four days ago but cannot get in contact with them and their tracking information is so basic it's not worth using.

This is hands down the worse experience I've ever had with a courier company. I can barely believe they are in operation and that suppliers are continuing to use them. Not only are XDP unreliable, they are dishonest! They repeatedly lied about attempting to deliver my package. Huge waste of time. I will not be purchasing from outlets such as Wayfair, if they continue to use this company. They are a shambles.
