Was given a delivery time, no delivery even attempted as I sat there waiting for them all day. Delivery cancelled for no reason then showing as sat in the depot for a week and no second delivery attempted.
Customer service told me they'd try to deliver as soon as possible. Another week goes by and nothing. Finally ended up getting in touch with the company I'd bought from who looked into it and found out the parcel was on it's way back to them. Never attempted even one delivery.
Absolutely appalling service and I'm baffled why anyone would use this company.”
“would like to give no stars! Why do businesses use this shocking firm, they are dreadful and beginning to think it reflects on the shocking service from the company whose goods I have purchased. Avoid if you can and if I see them used again when I make a purchase I will cancel my order and go elsewhere.”

Had my item for over 7 days after having bought an item with 48 HOUR delivery!! It sat at some depot for 5 days without moving after which they FALSY claimed an Attempted Delivery which NEVER happened (as so many other reviewers have stated). I still have nothing - I doubt it will even arrive at this point.
They have removed all ability to contact them and any tracking updates are just delay tactics to create a system update such as the false attempts at delivery etc.
BUSINESSES PLEASE STOP USING THIS SCAMMER OF AN OUTFIT AND LET THEM GO BUST AS THEY DESERVE.”
“Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. I have had 1-star experiences before and this is waaaaay below that level!!! So far 2 attempted (failed) deliveries… I could track the driver until it said ‘you’re next’ then they were gone! Then I got a delivery picture which, in both cases, showed something rather abstract... (Have been glued to the from room so there was no chance of me having missed them.) Absolute jokers! Avoid if you can! If you don’t know who the delivery courier is, ASK FIRST and order stuff from elsewhere if this lot are used!

Had my parcel for 10 days and still not delivered.
Been on van 2 days ' 2 different routes .
Supposed to be delivered yesterday between 11.14 - 13.14 didn't arrive then told they tried to deliver when I was in all day & live at the bottom of a cul-de-sac.
I tried to web chat and every time I type the first few letters in , web chat went off and said chat had ended .
This is the type of delivery company that deserves to go bust”
“Supposedly delivery attempt failed. What delivery attempt? I was at home and in the front of the house so I would have seen and heard you. The photo you uploaded wasn't even my street, leave alone my house. Cannot get hold of anybody. Online form will not send. Phone line just rings then disconnects. Email returned as inbox full up. Tracking just says 'exception' - every single day it says delivery will be that day. Every single day it isn't. The supplier of my order contacted you and you said the latest will be tomorrow. Guess what? Tomorrow never came. I will never, ever order from anybody who uses XPD as their courier. Absolutely shambolic!”

“Bad service told I was next on the list waited for ages no delivery appeared, got a message saying failed delivery and to re-arrange for another day. 2 days later no update where my delivery is just showing that it is at their depot. send 2 emails no reply just shocking how bad this courier is. Certainly no customer service there at all just want the good I paid good money for. Very frustrated right now. :-(”
“XDP delivered my parcel to the wrong address and had the nerve to send me an SMS link to sing for contactless delivery. After the link expired they send me a photo of another person, in another address, being handed my parcel, which was proclaimed 'Delivered'!
I had to contact the supplier for a refund, which is yet to be received. Avoid XDP at all cost!”

“I placed my order with Living and Home on 16th July with estimated delivery 5-7 days and I'm still waiting! It was sat at delivery depot for days and XDP wrote to me saying they haven't got the goods even though their app tells me they have. The retailer was very helpful and sent replacement order unfortunately with XDP again. Had email and text yesterday that it would be delivered between 5:54pm-7:54pm and guess what - no delivery! The app still showing the same info, no live chat, can't send email and definitely no phone number to call so I'm going to request a refund from retailer. Shame their courier lets them down so badly, absolutely avoid XDP!”
“THE WORST!! Most waste of time shower of scammers ever! I’ve been waiting on an Aldi parcel for nearly a month and it’s been sat in a depot most of that!! Half of order went missing and never to be seen other half gets promised to be delivered and isn’t!!have been chasing for 2 weeks solid daily!! Every time I get told it’s due between 6 and 8 pm but still not delivered. I’m convinced someone at depot has taken it, it’s a gazebo, no doubt being used in someone else’s garden!! Utter shambles of a company!!”

The web chat doesn’t work the phone number says close when it rings during office hours and the other line is just constantly engaged . where is my delivery or has someone stolen it like loads of had in the past”
