“I placed my order with Living and Home on 16th July with estimated delivery 5-7 days and I'm still waiting! It was sat at delivery depot for days and XDP wrote to me saying they haven't got the goods even though their app tells me they have. The retailer was very helpful and sent replacement order unfortunately with XDP again. Had email and text yesterday that it would be delivered between 5:54pm-7:54pm and guess what - no delivery! The app still showing the same info, no live chat, can't send email and definitely no phone number to call so I'm going to request a refund from retailer. Shame their courier lets them down so badly, absolutely avoid XDP!”
“THE WORST!! Most waste of time shower of scammers ever! I’ve been waiting on an Aldi parcel for nearly a month and it’s been sat in a depot most of that!! Half of order went missing and never to be seen other half gets promised to be delivered and isn’t!!have been chasing for 2 weeks solid daily!! Every time I get told it’s due between 6 and 8 pm but still not delivered. I’m convinced someone at depot has taken it, it’s a gazebo, no doubt being used in someone else’s garden!! “Ordered large item from company called Purple Leaf evening of 28.7.22 saying delivery by XDP. All I seemed to read was very bad reviews so was a bit worried. Item arrived today 1.8.22 at 10:21 within the 2 hours time gap I was given this morning. So in my opinion they were excellent on delivery.”

They have given me several delivery times and dates only then to cancel last minute and say it is back at the depot, then out for delivery then back at the depot all at the same time. Bizarre”

“xdp are the worst company to work for as the driver gets billed for the parcels never turning up at the depot, as and when somebody else has taken a fancy to them and they've gone walk abouts. This has gone on for years, and it's now caught them up. as the can't get any drivers to deliver for them, as they are all owner drivers. Their depots are full with your parcels with nobody to deliver them. pick them up yourself before they go walk abouts. But there is no drivers left to bill !!!”

Definitely recommend you steer clear of any online purchases from companies who use XDP. B&M have had £300 of my money but I can't get either the goods delivered or my money back”
“Absolutely terrible company to trust with your delivery! I ordered a large item from Amazon and the seller paid this company to deliver it. According to the tracking app (if you can call it that) my items have been sitting at the delivery depot for over a week! They do not answer your emails and you can not phone them so you are totally unable to find out what is happening with your goods. If you are ordering items from a company which will need a courier, find out which one they use BEFORE you place the order. If they say XDP, then steer clear and shop elsewhere. I have now cancelled my order and requested a refund from the seller. If I could give this company no stars, then I would. Absolute bunch of charlatans who give decent couriers a bad name. AVOID at all costs.”
“Bunch of incompetent liars. Our £600 furniture delivery through Aldi never arrived after several weeks. Neither we nor Aldi could ever get hold of them. I suspect there is some big-scale theft or fraud going on here.”
“Steer clear of anyone using XDP for deliveries. Aldi in particular use them but you won’t get your item so if you are waiting call Aldi now for refund don’t waste your time and energy as no deliveries are made!”
“If I could do zero stars I would. A retailer I bought from uses XDP and both were shocking- I would not use this company. It was a disaster collecting the furniture - I was left waiting in all day for collection with little contact and finally collected on the third day over 2 weeks. Shocking experience and beyond frustrating with the packages taking up my whole living room and playroom. Platform and app were a waste of time.”
“supposed to get my item on 21st June 2022 on checking tracking it states delivery depot this is now 5 days it has been saying the same thing tried to contact XDP but nothing even Aldi has sent a query about the item and they have not had a response either how are you supposed to find out what is going on.”
