Terrible rubbish I was given a 2 hour window 3 to 5pm never arrived if u call them expect to pay 7p per minute that’s if they pick up, they will put u on hold for like 20 minutes and once they do decide to talk to me “Delivery man ran out of time they will try tomorrow” PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not use XPD!! Received a text with a two hour delivery slot, waited in and no parcel arrived. Looked at tracking information on their website which said it had been delivered bang in the middle of the delivery slot I had received! It hadn't, contacted my sender who apologised on behalf of xpd and told me it would be delivered the next day, a Friday. No parcel arrived again. Contacted the sender again.. now Monday! Rubbish! Use DPD instead, loads better and much more reliable!

Lied about attempting delivery, lied over the phone that they would deliver again. After further phone calls, still no parcel two weeks on. Absolute disgrace with no form of customer services to rectify this, no communication with depot. SHAME ON YOU!

I literally cant explain what a joke of a company XDP are, we are a small shop who only occasionally post out large parcels, so , in theory , XDP are ideal for us as they dont have a minimum consignment amount per week. BUT.. they are just so unbelievably unreliable. I'm currently writing this as I am trying to access a human via the ONE number out of all their numbers that appears to connect ( amendment...after 9 minutes waiting it cut out) I placed a parcel on their web system on MONDAY morning, as I know from past experiances, their own portal is no guarantee of collection, I also followed this up with a phone call and was assured that the driver would pick it up.. this never happened. So I rang back on TUESDAY morning and was once again given apologies and assurances that they would come for it today... at 3pm I saw the van drive past... so I called the depot..no answer.. Its now WEDNESDAY and I have been calling and leaving different messages every half hour since I came in to work...no luck please please save your money and time and go elsewhere, they clearly dont want to provide the service they charge for.

Delivery originally 9th August 2019 3.50pm_5.50pm.. Nothing tried to phone but everything closed had to wait until today 12th August 2019. Found the depot phone number for motherwell and called at 9.15am to be told don't know where your parcel is or reason it wasn't delivered. Jamie was the person from the depot who guaranteed kit would be found and delivered today and would phone me with delivery details after speaking to area supervisor. Didn't phone me. I phoned at 12pm where is my parcel, Jamie again passed a message to lady who answered, the supervisor was going to personally deliver my parcel between 2pm_5pm.. By 4.50pm nothing phoned depot again and yes Jamie answered, he would phone him to see where my parcel was, they check the trackers and see its just in the G46 area and should be with me in next 30 mins. I asked how to contact him if it didn't show up and was advised to send email as he would be in the office until 6.15pm....6pm still nothing sent email and nothing.. Sent email with all the facts and the lies they have told to company I bought from. If not resolved soon I will cancel my order which is a loss to company involved.

They have decided to deliver the item that I ordered from Wayfair a day before the delivery date. Of course, no one at home. The driver was useless unable to speak English but just said "impossible?" They dont have telephone number, so only way to contact is chat online which you have to wait for your turn ( it took more than an hour). E-mail was ignored, no reply. I have patiently waited for my online chat & eventually gone through (at that point I thought no one worked there) the guy called Tom had managed to end the chat straight away as soon as the chat was on. He called me back, but his attitude to solve the issue was very poorly managed. There was no point to chat as they didn't know what they were talking about. He tried to call the delivery depo, he failed. So basically they don't have a system to communicate with their driver nor knowing where the delivery vans were (no GPS). The day when Tom said it should get delivered today, didnt turn up. What a waste of my day. I have emailed Wayfair to sort it out to get delivered as it's their choice & they have deduced the payment without the item got delivered which should not happened. They have tried but failed again. The delivery turned up somehow today (I have requested to get deliver on 15th August, today is 12th). No phone call or no text messages from XDP. Luckily my kind neighbour signed the item for us (it's not small item, but its a big bike shed). They are absolutely joke. What kind of people ask someone like neighbour to take a large item? If you have common senses, you don't. I won't use Wayfair again until they change their delivery company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This really has to be the worst courier company in the whole Entire planet earth,I’ve been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 3 days,says the driver tried to deliver but not true as I was home called them and they told Me driver was almost with me,hrs went by and still nothing,I have no idea wether my parcel will turn up or not,this company needs to stop trading and companies need to stop using them

Multiple failed deliveries, only half the items in the delivery left on the doorstep and the rest have been lost. Very poor service.

Received emails regarding delivery to say would be delivered between 9.26-11.26 on 9 August. At 4pm got email to say it had been carded and delivery failed. I sat in all day, no attempt at delivery. Rang number on email and told it would be delivered this morning, guess what no delivery. It sounded like I was being fobbed off on the phone just to get rid of me. Tracking says parcel is at depot. As others have said Aldi - please use another courier, this one is not fit for purpose 😡 heaven knows if/when I'll get my parcel

This company is beyond belief. I cannot see how they remain trading! I had a delivery (8/8/19), after four days of delays and non delivery. The delivery was short by 1 box. I refused the delivery & asked the driver to take the other boxes back. He said he had to make a call & drove off! He had to turn round so I stood in the middle of the road with the parcels. He stopped, and as I went to the side he floored it, narrowly missing me, & drove off!! No delivery note was signed, but I am sure they will proclaim delivery! It is a shame XDP I have it on video!!!! On the 9/8/19 the XDP tracking system was updated to show delivery on the 7/8/19, a day before they delivered!!!! They are a disgusting company.

Normally I don’t have the time to leave a review but this one I felt like I had to. Nothing to do with wayfair but more to do with xdp. Sort out your customer service xdp or train your staff. I heard a knock on my door which felt like she was gonna break my knocker. I had a huge glass table that arrived and I asked if they could bring it slightly in up the stairs as I had trouble closing the door but they said no” straight up no explanation just a no. I’m a petite women and I literally struggled to get it through the entrance of the door as I have a very small hallway. I felt like they could of helped me a little just so I could close my front door but instead they were extremely rude, rushed off their feet. And had no care in the world

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I wish to God I had read these reviews before ordering from Wayfair.co.uk. I'm still sat waiting for my delivery (which was given a time slot of 9.49am-11.49am) this morning... Needless to say I've had no contact from XDP and I've tracked my parcel only to find it says: Service Fail - Exception. What does that even mean?! I've tried ringing a seemingly non-existent number and now I'm in a queue on 'live chat'... I've been in a queue for 1 hour and 15 minutes so far and I'm still only number 5 in it. So I'm guessing there are an awful lot of disgruntled customers wanting to know where their parcels are too. I will be complaining to Wayfair and also to XDP... If I ever get through to them that is!

Ordered a cot from Wayfair, delivery was in 4 parcels, only 3 have arrived with no contact from XDP to say when the 4th one will be arriving!! i have tried 3 times over the last 24 hours to speak to someone about this and yesterday i had to wait for an assistant on the chat for over 3 hours to then be cut off, tried again at around 4pm waited an hour until 5pm them then be told that they had closed the chat line. What a complete balls up this company is!!! WHERE IS MY PARCEL XDP????? Ref: ZWAFGC002575

I have tried on numerous occasions today to contact them without any success despite 3 emails asking when my item will be delivered - they just don't bother responding which i consider to be rude and terrible customer service

I had received a email and SMS alert 0833 with an early morning delivery so took the day off work. As yet 4-15 pm and nothing. No one answers the phone and I have spent waiting 1 1/2 on live chat waiting to be connected. ALL email attempts have failed to get a response. Don't waste your time its the UK worse service I have ever encountered.

Should have had a bed delvered yesterday - received text saying item would be deliverd 17.40-19.40 no item arrived and now unable to find out what has happened to my order depite several hone calls with Wayfair and numerous emails to XDP - avoid like the plague unless you enjoy being ignored and lied to !

Like everyone else. I am calling them out as the worst delivery company. I bought a couple of mirrors off Aldi..I was given a delivery time slot. The driver didn't show up and tracking the order. I can see I was carded... I mailed and was told the delivery will be today. I received no notifications but I am tracking it online I hope it turns up or I'll have to cancel the order. Unfortunately it was an online exclusive and is sold out already. Aldi please use another courier service ..

XDP Don't Deliver.. or they lie.. or steal.. or both. (Yes I'm calling them out as fraudulent.. coz I'm guessing that if they don't deliver they will keep my purchase) Seems I'm just another person who doesn't get their parcel. Their site says delivered and I was in at they time they say it was delivered. It has now gone to Exception and Carded... what card? This was a purchase from Groupon who have now refunded me. Was looking to replace from Wayfair.. but they use them.. so that's a no then

Not a reliable company, i have set a time slot for my delivery, i have taken a day off to stay at home and collect my parcel but they have never delivered the item as agreed NOT even contacted me to give me a heads up. I have emailed them asking for an updated, it's been two days now and when tracking my items it says carded, the phone phone number given is wrong. The worse delivery company ever.
