“One star is way too high for this useless company!
Complete liars, don’t even turn up and mark the delivery on the tracking system as attempted delivery - how did you attempt? Did get in the van and have a think about it and change your mind? Because you sure as hell didn’t make it to my house on all those attempts! No card left either no phones or emails answered. No proof of attempted delivery. What a load of bollox”
“Shockingly poor delivery company. Two days in a row no sign of our allocated delivery. No means of contacting them - their phone lines are unanswered, their email function on the website does not work, they do not accept messages via twitter. How a company like this can actually charge for a service is beyond belief. I would urge every company who currently uses them to reconsider, as it reflects on them.”
“Ordered beds from Wayfair, expected delivery was 27/11. I had an email to say it had been shipped. I had a text from XDP on 26/11 saying delivery was today between 7:28pm - 9:28pm, bit late I thought but it did mean that I'd be home. By 10pm no delivery, there is no live tracking on their website, no live chat. As it was out of office hours I thought I'd email so first to work I the morning would see it and be able to advise. I was in the middle of emailing Wayfair when an email popped up telling me that the XDP email hadn't been delivery as the destination domain doesn't exist. Wayfair say the beds are at the XDP depot and they will attempt three times to deliver so I just need to wait for another text to advise when they are coming however my argument is, they haven't attempted a first delivery yet, they just didn't show up. Order tracking hasn't been updated since Tuesday and they haven't made any contact, which is just the worst customer service. I wouldn't have minded a call to say that traffic was bad or the van broke down etc as it would mean that they care for their customers but as they are so hard to contact, the website is rubbish and customer service is non existent that alone tells me that this is a company to steer clear of.”
“Terrible courier the worst I've come across by far no meaningful communication, no way of contacting them to update a delivery. Ive had 3 failed deliveries for 1 item all their fault no explanation of why 2 of them haven't been delivered. Would avoid at all costs.”
“XPD text to say delivery would happen on 26/11/2019, I was in all day and no sign or call. Then Wayfair have updated my order to delivered. Contacted WAYFAIR via twitter who sent me a postal delivery card from XPD to the wrong building and with the wrong delivery reference. Utter shambles and no one is taking responsibility for where my order may be! If I know that XPD is the courier for any other online order I will refrain from using.”
“I placed an order from the range on 16th November 2019, delivery costing £10. Still nothing, I can't phone, email, live chat anybody from XDP! The estimated date has passed and it has been sat in their depot for 6 day's. I've had no further tracking advice, will i ever recieve my order, £90 worth??? Can't even get hold of the Range to gain advice from them, the whole thing is a joke and when i make future purchases if XDP are the courier's I will NOT bother ordering. These large companies should perhaps read some of these reviews and change their couriers (obviously cheap, you get what you pay for) 0 stars!!!”
“Am still awaiting delivery 5 days after the parcels arrived at my local depot. Cannot reach anyone by email or phone. Useless. Would advise you not to use them. I will not knowingly order from a company that uses them.”
“So far i have had 2 pool tables delivered from bce both times it has been one man in white van delivering when it is supposed to be a 2 man delivery due to weight. Both my tables have been damaged in same place . Where they have been dropped on the corner . Worst courier i have encountered”
“Utterly useless. Promise delivery on a certain day, by text message in the morning, and then don't bother turning up. Don't answer emails. Completely unreliable and uncontactable. Beyond useless. Would give zero stars if possible as they are beyond bad. Downloaded the app but it tells me nothing more than the web tracking. Have emailed sender to tell them that parcel has not been delivered. Item still hasn't appeared.”
“Avoid if you can. Due monday., Nothing. Re arranged to leave with neighbour who stayed in for two further days, nothing. Despite being signature required discovered by chance it was dumped un signed for down the side of my house 3 days late on a public path. Wayfair use this company. Won't be bothering again!”

I ordered something and my first delivery did not turn up because it went missing, the company I ordered from remade my order and sent it out again. XDP didn't deliver on the day they were supposed to and tried delivery the next day, only they didn't, I have CCTV at my property and the driver slows down, takes a photo of my house and drives off again. I still haven't got my order and have no idea when it will arrive.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.”
“Absolutely disgusted with the appalling level of 'service'. I've phoned, emailed and texted repeatedly (11x times) over the last week with only 2 replies and they still have my urgent parcel sat in their depot. Because the driver wasn't able to find the major high street retailer the parcel is addressed to!! Use XDP at your peril. They will ruin your reputation and everyone's patience.
I've attached the ongoing tracking saga by of supporting this isn't a made up complaint! (edited to remove my personal details).”
“Shocking - they said i would have my delivery on 20nov between 11:30 - 14:30 ... I worked from home so I could receive them. Never turned up so I contacted them and they rang back at 17:30 and said they would be here in 45mins. Never tuned up! I emailed them and they said they would deliver next day. Then I rang them next day to get a time and they said they could not deliver that day. They I discovered later that they did deliver them - and dropped them over my 6ft fence because I was not in - even though they had FRAGILE written all over the boxes. My glass tables are probably in bits now. This company is totally incompetent.”
“Absolutely dreadful customer service. Extremely rude emails (no idea who I was emailing as the emails were not signed) and had to chase multiple times for an estimated delivery time, despite the fact that this was a 're delivery' because the delivery had been 'attempted' 2 days before (simply not the case as I stayed in all afternoon and did not receive a phone call to say the driver could not find the property, nor did I receive a card to say they had attempted delivery). I will avoid at all costs, and would recommend everyone do the same. Unfortunately this was for a product through Wayfair so I was not aware who would be delivering this, in future I will try and avoid. Like many people have stated, this company actually deserve 0 stars for their customer service. The phone line provided also doesn't work!”
“Absolutely the worse delivery company ever!! They don't deliver things in time, in fact they can't be even bother to let costumer know about delay! Costumer service is a joke too, not helpful at all! Avoid using this company, save yourself disappointment!”
