“Ordered a tv unit from wayfair was meant to arrive yesterday has been sitting in xpd depot now for over 24 hours couldn't contact the company and emails I send are just ignored so had to contact wayfair this morning to which they are now trying to chase xpd to see why my parcel still hasn't left the depot !!!absolute scam and joke of a company xpd are. Unfortunately now means I also wont but anything else from wayfair in the future until they change there delivery company. Team at wayfair very helpful just unfortunate that xpd arent the same!!!!”

They managed to lose the first parcel and then the replacement sent on a next day am delivery still hasn't arrived two days later. The tracking system is worthless and you cannot talk to anyone on the phone. Use anyone else ( a pony and trap would be faster) Please avoid!”
“As with all the other reviews i was sent an SMS message to expect delivery between 1547 and 1747 surprise surprise nothing arrived. it may not be so bad if it was just a bed that was waiting for (no disrespect for people that were waiting for Wayfare products) however this was 1000 shot gun cartridges! I don’t blame the supplier and have contacted them however have made them aware of this review site and how bad their service appears to be. unfortunately to keep costs down this seems to be a common trend with using unprofessional cheap couriers. let’s hope they find my shotgun shells and deliver them I would hate to think of these floating around the countryside in the back of someone’s white van.”

“Had two parcels delivered by XDP. The first consisted of 3 separate boxes. I received confirmation of delivery date, but decided to rearrange for the next day since I wouldn't be home. Got an email telling me it was rearranged as requested. Next day comes - no delivery. Check tracking: it's sitting in the depot. Forget calling XDP! I sat in a queue for 30 mins only to be cut off. I emailed the depot and was told quite simply the consignment had been returned to sender... no explanation as to why. When I asked why, when it was arranged for delivery I was told it was damaged. This is the same consignment they had loaded on the van to deliver the day previous. Common sense would say they must have damaged unloading it. I asked why I hadn't been informed of this only to receive a potted life story! The next parcel I never even received any notification of expected time of delivery. Both items came from Wayfair - so if you buy from Wayfair, expect XDP to be your courier, and expect issues with an unconcerned delivery company! Good luck - you'll need it!”
“I have had 3 delivery dates for a bed ordered from wayfair 2 were for delivery one was for a replacement for a bed we have not even received yet bearing In mind I am in full time work and booking annual leave for nothing no information to say delivery not arriving just sitting waiting and as for the tracking what tracking yes they may be a big company but they have no customer service and just waste peoples time and money trying to contact them is just a joke and the companies using them should think about taking their business elsewhere as I will definitely not order from a company such as wayfair again if using the same delivery company i was shocked as when my order came ie the mattress I asked where is the bed dunno the driver said check with the company and believe me I would if I could get hold of them I have already wasted time and money phoning as its costing money as u are waiting come on pull your socks up and deliver peoples goods and companies using them believe me your sales will drop if people realise how you put your orders out to such a bad managed company shame on you all”

Received tracking details yesterday morning saying the the parcel would arrive last night between 7.05 and 9.05pm. 24 hours later I have received nothing: no delivery, no notification it would not come, no apology, no new date, no response to emails.
Avoid at all costs.”
“Was told I would receive the delivery 2 days ago between 6:22pm and 8:22pm (I was given no choice in this). It did not arrive. I then contacted them via email (on a Friday - the only part of the service that actually worked although they were very inflexible) who told me the driver had broken down the day before and that the only time they could deliver would be that day in the same time window. It is now Saturday and I have no parcel and cannot get hold of anyone at XPD. The live chat does not work nor does their email address (it keeps bouncing back) and nobody answers the phone. The tracking service is from the dark ages as is the website. Avoid at all costs!!”

Complete liars, don’t even turn up and mark the delivery on the tracking system as attempted delivery - how did you attempt? Did get in the van and have a think about it and change your mind? Because you sure as hell didn’t make it to my house on all those attempts! No card left either no phones or emails answered. No proof of attempted delivery. What a load of bollox”
“Shockingly poor delivery company. Two days in a row no sign of our allocated delivery. No means of contacting them - their phone lines are unanswered, their email function on the website does not work, they do not accept messages via twitter. How a company like this can actually charge for a service is beyond belief. I would urge every company who currently uses them to reconsider, as it reflects on them.”
“Ordered beds from Wayfair, expected delivery was 27/11. I had an email to say it had been shipped. I had a text from XDP on 26/11 saying delivery was today between 7:28pm - 9:28pm, bit late I thought but it did mean that I'd be home. By 10pm no delivery, there is no live tracking on their website, no live chat. As it was out of office hours I thought I'd email so first to work I the morning would see it and be able to advise. I was in the middle of emailing Wayfair when an email popped up telling me that the XDP email hadn't been delivery as the destination domain doesn't exist. Wayfair say the beds are at the XDP depot and they will attempt three times to deliver so I just need to wait for another text to advise when they are coming however my argument is, they haven't attempted a first delivery yet, they just didn't show up. Order tracking hasn't been updated since Tuesday and they haven't made any contact, which is just the worst customer service. I wouldn't have minded a call to say that traffic was bad or the van broke down etc as it would mean that they care for their customers but as they are so hard to contact, the website is rubbish and customer service is non existent that alone tells me that this is a company to steer clear of.”
