“even after reading the reviews about this company I didn’t expect the service to be this bad. I ordered a mirror from wayfair, the package said it was coming on Tuesday didn’t arrive and then the following day I was given a time slot and it still didn’t arrive. That being said I contacted them and apparently my mirror had been damaged and was being sent back to wayfair to be replaced - I wasn’t told this until I contacted them. I contacted wayfair and asked for a full refund which they gave me. I would love to order form wayfair again but I will not be doing this while they ship with XDP.”
“I wish I could giver fewer than one stars. I received a £600 gym frame from Powerhouse Fitness packaged in tatters, with parts abandoned rolling down my driveway. Shameful. I took pictures of the wrecked delivery and the XPD driver's van reg. I've hopefully recorded the driver's disinterested attitude live - have to retrieve that from my CCTV first. In 50 years of receiving deliveries, this is my worst experience.”
“Truly hopeless. No notification of delivery until 12:30 on Thursday, telling me the delivery would be out between 12 and 2 (so could have already tried). We were out so arranged for a friend to wait... nothing arrived by 2pm so they had to go. Delivery was attempted at 5:45pm and a card was left... for a DHL delivery (so no relevant phone numbers or other contact details). I contacted them via email but still haven't had a reply, four days later.
They attempted delivery again the next day, without any notification... at least this time they left a XDP card with a working number).
Arranged for them to deliver the items today... and one of the parcels is now missing....”

Spent 52 minutes (mainly in a queue) to be told that they or the depot would call me with an update. 4 o'clock came and still no call. Tried live chat again was in a queue and at 5 o'clock when they close I gave up waiting. Tried live chat on Saturday but there was no icon to connect so I guess they dont work on a Saturday. Emailed someone at the depot and surprise surprise no response. Contacted my seller to inform them but they haven't had a response as of yet. Spent over an hour this morning on live chat to be told they will contact the depot to "try and have it delivered tomorrow but cannot guarantee it". I asked more a complaints department I could contact but apparently only sellers can make a complaint. I do not hold out much hope of receiving my parcel tomorrow in which case I will then be cancelling my order. This has to be the worst courier service in the country. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting.

“Communication is impossible with this "delivery" company, the delivery time was between 13:42 and 15:42 26th July. Had a livechat with the company when it got to 16:30 as weekend looming with no way of knowing whether we had to wait in indefinitely? Told by livechat, always eighth in the queue a that these times are approximations!
I should say as the delivery was made on the Saturday at 11 am and lucky we were in but gave me telephone no. of local depot who had gone home for thr weekend as no answer thr following morning being Saturday. However late Saturday morning an unmarked large white van turned up and the driver complained that as we had a named house, not a number, that we had made his job very difficult. When I asked him if he had driven by on the previous day, as the company had alerted of delivery timeand date by email - he became very aggressive and said he could refuse delivery and take our parcel away! I walked away as didnt want to antagonise him anymore! Will also not do business with any company that uses this delivery company!
The one star is as a result of the goods turning up in one piece!”

“They have had a parcel in the Aberdeen depot for a few days according to the tracking information, I have tried calling and emailing to ascertain when the parcel will be delivered or whether I can just go to the depot and collect it. “Absolutely appalled by this company ( well if you call it a company) I have placed an order for blinds over 10 days ago and they are still yet to arrive. Totally incompetent. As previous customers have commented promises are made for a delivery which never arrives, and more to the point was never even scheduled as I was made aware that the driver had had a puncture for 3 days and was unable to deliver. Ordered a few bits from Wayfair including a bed frame. The frame was due to be delivered on Friday 12th didn't come. Next day it was due on Monday still didn't come. On the Tuesday I received a text stating it will come later in the day with a 3 hour delivery time still didn't come. Didn't arrive Wednesday or Thursday either and I took annual leave to make sure I was in all day. Sat in the front room waiting for a delivery all week but nothing. Then this morning they had the cheek to email me saying that a delivery was attempted at 6.30am today (Friday) which is an obvious lie as no calling card and me and my partner were both awake. To further add to the insult the number on the email to reschedule the phantom delivery doesn't even work AVOID at all costs and don't use Wayfair if they continue to use XDP”

“The views already expressed by other people is a carbon copy of the service I have received today. Product ordered via the Wayfair.co.uk company website indicated within their tracking system that the delivery by XDP would be made today between 2.21 and 4.21 pm. However, by 5.20pm no package; phoned XDP and was given local depot telephone number to contact (01794 301562). Number doesn't receive incoming calls. Immediately rang XDP back but no one picked up the call. How surprising. What rubbish service. With the current level of competition offered by other courier companies, I do not think XDP will be round for long. I shall be lodging a formal complaint with Wayfair and shall be advising them to seek an alternative delivery company!!”

“my delivery was scheduled for today between 11:49 and 13:49 but as with every other delivery I’ve had with this company, no delivery arrived, I emailed them and got a reply saying driver was running slightly late !! what 3 hrs, was told someone would notify me when the driver informed them when delivery was due but same as last time not even a reply!! I called them for an hour and ten minutes getting down to the next customer but then it came on the office is closed, I will contact my company and be telling them I won’t buy any more products from them if they use this joke of a company, steer clear everyone”
