“Do not bother. Fake delivery attempt was made when I was at home waiting for them. They even posted a picture of my property... from google maps, from years ago. No contact with the company, allegedly sent emails were sent by XDP but never received. They have no business being in this industry. Avoid...like a plague.”

The only competent people on XDP are probably sales because they somehow manage to convince retailers they are providing a good service.

Attempted to deliver a parcel to the wrong postcode on a road with the same name 3 miles away and even supplied a photo of the wrong house.
That was after they had 'lost' a package and couldn't find it!
This company simply has no clue about customer service, reliability, responsibility and cannot even be contacted when they get something totally wrong.. AGAIN!
It seems they have the delivery contract for ALDI large items. So this is the best reason never to order those until Aldi change their courier.

“They stated they emailed me, but they never, I have called them on their premium rate number and got cut off, their live chat on the app crashes, I have emailed and messaged them five times over the past week and a half, I have not received one bit of communication from them, totally unproffesional.
My packages were in their warehouse for six days before moving out, and when one of the packages arrived, it was all bashed, and the rest of the packages are still missing.....its a bed FFS, you can't make up half a blinking bed.”
“One of the worst courier experiences I've had in some time. No delivery was attempted at all, no effort to contact me was made (despite tracking claiming an email was sent) and now my item is apparently being returned to vendor for reasons I am at a loss to understand. Three consecutive emails from me were ignored and XDP's listed phone number rings out.
I would suggest avoiding anyone who delivers their products with XDP if my experience is anything to go on”

“Other customers report the same problems. Photos of properties taken by XDP staff saying they tried to deliver . No they didn't. They couldn't be bothered. .Incorrect. Wrong house ,wrong address ,wrong road and district, and items left in their warehouse...in my case for 3 weeks. They send emails stating time of delivery and day but don't turn up.Unacceptable . No customer service and awful tracking website option offering nothing but abject disappoint ment . Dire.
I bet the company directors are enjoying a good standard of living from signing up UK companies at cheap rates promising deliveries that rarely happen,whilst customers get no delivery,no apology and no one listens.
Don't do business with XDP. Write to trading standards and check the directors names using Companies House to complain.”
“They lie about delivering items and then get a signature saying HOME when infact they didn’t even attempt. A second parcel was sent by the retailer again by this cowboy company that again they lie say I was not home when I was not one but on two occasions. I took a day off work today as It said on tracking it will be attempted again but here I am again with nothing. I ask last time they said attempted should I not be in to leave it in the shed and they confirm but again they say they came and didn’t leave it …nothing makes sense. You cannot contact them online or by phone they are scammers. DO NOT USE This has taken 3 weeks of my life and still nothing”
“An absolute joke. Why any retailer uses these clowns is beyond me. They must be the cheapest option available on the market as there is no reason I can think of why anyone would willingly use this joke of a so called delivery service.
My deliver was due on 13th May . I was given a 2 hour time slot but apparently they turned up 2 hours early, so I was not in. Instructions on our front door say to leave parcels at side of the house yet these clowns took a picture of our front door with this sign on it and said we weren’t in !!! I tried to rearrange delivery and got confirmation on their app but they did not turn up on the rearranged day. After 12 calls to the retailer delivery was meant to be on 20th May. Again XDP failed to deliver. I was given a 2 hour time slot in the morning and non one came. Somehow my tracking shows that the goods were delivered at 6.30pm that evening but when you click on the tracking the delivery location is not my house and nowhere near me.
They even had the cheek to use the picture of the front door at my house taken the week previously to show in the tracking even though the photograph is time stamped and dated a week ago and it shows this on the image !!!! You can’t get in touch with XDP by phone easily and they don’t even answer once you get through. Live chat doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. I beg anyone who reads this , if your retailer says they use XDP then get them to use another courier or buy from someone who doesn’t use them.”
“My chair from Secret Labs was due on Tuesday. I was messaged to say I was the next delivery and then I got a message with a box to sign and a barcode for the driver to scan. Within two minutes of replying I was told that the delivery wasn't going to happen and that was it. They are virtually uncontactable and no new date has been offered. I have contacted Secret Labs and they are also trying to get some info.”

Parcel was attempted delivery sent me picture which was fine but no way to contact delivery driver to inform them to give to neighbour who would have taken parcel.
Now parcel sitting at depot 120 for 6 days no idea where depot 120 is!!

Rude drivers, do not listen, very sneaky with delivery when they cant be bothered to look around a location, use personal phones so they harass you, delivery man actually shouted at me down the phone because he wanted to deliver a parcel at 9pm at my work office! If i know XDP are delivering my parcel i will simply not order”

On the app it said the item would be at my address 1:22pm with a 2hr time frame, it changed saying item 2 hours early and I missed it and now it’s being returned to sender even though it says they will try 3 times to deliver it, feel like I’m never going to get the item now and I’ve paid for it! Can’t call anyone because they charge and live chat is just pointless doesn’t work at all, never buying from anyone who ships with these wastes”
