Absolutely shocking customer service! Returns process is a complete nightmare if you are returning from the U.K. I first returned an order worth over £900 nearly 4 months ago. Was told by ups that yoox provided the incorrect invoices and the parcel was returned to me. I contacted Yoox who then sent new invoices and when I arranged a collection I was told by ups that again they were not correct! Yoox insisted it was ups who had made the mistake both times and it took weeks to receive a new tracking number and invoices. Finally get the parcel sent out again on the THIRD attempt, but weeks later and still no word from Yoox to say they have received the parcel. I check the tracking and it says the parcel is being held at customs. I contact ups who say again the information is not correct so customs cannot clear the parcel. This started in May and it’s now August and Yoox customer service seem completely unbothered about the whole situation! They continue to say UPS are at fault and they will resolve the situation and then ignore my emails for weeks. I have called the customer service phone number and spoken to a woman twice now who was absolutely infuriating, completely unapologetic and just repeating herself that someone from the relevant team would be in touch. She actually had the audacity to argue with me and I had to force an apology out of her after 10 minutes of her offering none! I cannot believe this person is trained in customer care. I’ve been told that the parcel is now on the way to there warehouse and I will be receiving a email and refund this week, we’ll see. Absolutely fuming at the amount of time and energy I’ve wasted trying to get my money back for this one parcel. Even if Yoox did not provide the incorrect information multiple times and it was ups who were at fault; Yoox were so unhelpful and unapologetic when trying to resolve this situation and I have had to repeatedly chase them up for a response after being ignored for weeks on end. I used to order from Yoox all the time but after the complete lack of care and total disrespect shown to me as a customer I will not ever be ordering from them again.

i was sent the wrong style and wrong colour of trainers than i ordered. took over a week to get here and now i`ve got to sent them back to italy from the uk to get a refund. they tried to offer me the awful trainers they sent me at a discounted price rather than take them back for a refund. never using this company again

I made a very expensive purchase. Handbag sent had so many damages and flaws, I am convinced it’s second hand. Customer service is useless. Please don’t throw your money down the drain!

Yoox Saudi Arabia offers no customer service at all. When someone decides to eventually answer the phone they are friendly but completely ignore the request. I have made 4 phone calls ( no assistance ) and 3 emails ( no reply ) because I did not receive a refund of an item I returned by 10th May 2021. It is now 23 July 2021- more than 2 months. Since no measurements are given online and no customer care person can give measurements- one takes a chance to buy anything and yet returns are very risky because you cannot be guaranteed a refund. I have been asking for a proof of refund and this is all I need to show the bank- but they cannot , or do not care to provide it . So sad.I am leaving Saudi and the bank account will be closed .My plea for simply providing a proof of refund to follow up has been completely ignored.

I ordered a shirt, when it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Will never ordered from them again nor would I encourage anyone else to.

I ordered a pair of shoes to get delivered to Ukraine. Got a 10% discount for the first order on top of the special deal. Very quick delivery - made the order on Saturday and got a package on Wednesday. Nice high quality shoes. Thanks, Yoox!

Ordered a pairs shoes from this site, they items came with free standard & tracking delivery and the items came on the day specified. Great communications from the company, I was very happy with my purchase, so much so I’ve ordered another pair.

Paid £9 for a home delivery, never recived it , my parcel end up somwhere in collection UPS point miles away. I was secured by Yoox staff that they guarantee and takes responsibility for UPS. Parcel undelivered Yoox staff will be against you, customer in faver of UPS, the managment decided to up selling UPS postages instead of own products. Parcel will be refunded, unsold, lost at least two more potential customers too.

Ok. First I bought some pants that later turned out to be out of stock. Was refunded..Days later the return cleared via PayPal. Tried again and bought a smaller pair as I fit either …they send me shorts in my size but these ain’t pants. I call and they tell me to use a return form to instigate a return. I get started… The form requires a return number. The number needs to be obtained via the desktop site. Screwed if you don’t have a desktop pc…another call to help. I get an email with the number. I then discover in the email with said number that I will be charged a return fee of $15! Another call to help. They say they’ll wave the fee if they deem the return to be their problem..I get then told I need to supply the delivery guy with 3 copies of the form!! Ffs….! They send only 1 copy in the box to you have to find a way of duplicating the form…which I do not have… I’m at this stage with the return. Next a trip to the newsagent to photocopy the form. Then to find the time to meet the dhl dude to return the item as I’m super busy at work this week that won’t happen. Got to say this is the most difficult shopping experience I’ve had. Especially considering this was definitely not my fault. Do not use this service. They’re just a search engine with a lack of regard for the customer.

This is my first order and I will order again. Skirt is not thrue to size, but it is ok. It is not too small. I hope it will be more relaxed in my IT size.

Disgusting customer service, I purchased a Gucci scarve in March , sent it back as not happy without , waited for my refund, when tracking parcel see that it is stuck in Luxembourg. I contacted UPS who thought parcel was lost , contacted YOOX who told I would receive a refund within two weeks and here we are now May still no refund. I am now told parcel has been located being held by customs, this is a disgusting service the customer service people are extremely rude how they ever do this job I do not know. I have purchased some gorgeous items in the past but will never purchase from them again they simply do not like you sending anything back.

I ordered pollini shoes on Sunday and they arrived on Thursday. The shoes are Beautiful and beautifully packaged, all labels in box if they needed to be returned. I'm delighted with my shoes they are perfect and Genuine pollini brand. Thanks 😊

I found recently that YOOX no longer charges UK customers vat&duties. That was great news for me as I’ve been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. Only bad side had been their poor customer service. Which I hope have improved. As I have made some considerate shopping the past month I was rewarded £100 for this month to spend on one article that’s not on discount and greater than the value of the voucher. I was happy to finally purchase a pair of Valentino shades I had on my dream box for some time. These had disappeared from my dream box before but reappeared some time later. I believe they had been purchased of someone and returned as I’ve seen this happen before. So I purchased them from the original price of £265- I paid £165. They arrived today and I was very excited. The box were carefully and beautifully wrapped in paper. I opened the luxurious cover and took them out. My immediate feeling before looking at them properly or opening them up, was they’re not genuine. They were unusually light and felt and looked flimsy. Now I had tried these on in a renowned departments store. They were in no way similar to the once I’ve just received from Yoox. I have a dozen of expensive designer shades. I would notice miles away if they were counterfeit. Even the golden surrounding ring covering the lens on the back were so poorly fitted, the left lens were not in coordination with the right. The printings of the letters, the earpiece and temple-tip were not fitted properly of both sides. All these things are typical give aways for fakes. Pictures will follow if I find how I can post them here. I contacted yoox and told them of the findings. They of course denied they would send a fake item. I’ve sent them back. Once they have them I’ve asked them to compare them with a pair from a Valentino shop. I would very much like the authentic pair sent to me or my £100 voucher to use on another item to the same specifications. As I’m not OK with to be sold fake designer pieces and my hard earned voucher to be stolen away in the process. We are in correspondence but I don’t have high thoughts of them as I’ve seen on the web customers been ripped off before. I posted this as I’ve seen this for some time during the past years. A couple of years ago I ordered a pair of Sergio Rossi boots that too were fake. I know because I tried the authentic once at store. I had a children’s Burberry coat that too wasn’t of the same high quality I’m used to see from the brand. With these designers I wouldn’t believe for a moment YOOX would sell fake items as I’ve been very happy and loyal customer for almost 20 years. I’ve purchased many designers pieces that I’ve been very happy with and never believed were fake. So I buried my worries that they are not guilty and deceiving their customers. Instead I though the reason could be the designers themselves has started to cut corners with poor quality to make profit. I’ve seen this before and stopped buying from theses designers. I have then stopped buying from Sergio Rossi and Burberry because of what happened. But as this happened one more time. I don’t believe this is a coincidence anymore. I believe YOOX knows what they are doing. They are very much in the know of this. They have been selling counterfeit articles for some time now. Deceiving customers that they are purchasing authentic designer items.

I have been trying to send a return item to YOOX since 06/01/21. The parcel has all the correct documentation, it was sent back to me once after almost 3 months in limbo and again this time, same issues. YOOX customer service are not helpful at all, in fact they are rude but given the amount of issues they are dealing with I probably can’t blame them! Before Brexit everything was fine, returns, refunds, slow but they got there, now it all seems like one big scam and I’m £491 out of pocket!!! They reply to these reviews saying they are dealing with the issues, they are not dealing with anything. Be very careful ordering anything from YOOX until they can sort their problems!

I bought two items from YOOX and returned before Christmas. I have still not received any information about what is happening with my case - I just repeat the process of speaking to the customer service team, they make an excuse based on UPS/YOOX communications post-Brexit, and tell me someone will get in touch/process a refund. This has been going on for almost FOUR MONTHS. I am beyond frustrated, and confused as to how two companies operating at this scale are unable to find a solution.

Awful customer service. I placed an online order, with a different shipping address and billing address. It was my boyfriend credit card, of course with his Authorization to charge on his card, and I did provide correct information of the card. Order was successfully placed, and later was being cancelled. Then, I called their customer service trying to resolve this issue. All they told me it’s that they are not able to help me, and I will need to place an new order online, they refused to help me to place a new order. They should had verified my credit card information and approved my order, but instead, they done nothing to help. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will never shop with Yoox.com ever again. I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them,but I’m afraid I won’t be shopping there anymore because of my last experience.I bought two same items,because the price dropped down,and returned first one.But YOOX refunded me for wrong order,second(with lower price).They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile!I wrote to Customer service,their responses were some generic copy-paste answers,and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me,with the correct amount,but days have passed and nothing happened.I wrote them again,but they have ignored several of my e-mails.Very unprofessional and disappointing.Hard to imagine they don’t mind losing their loyal customers. After I left a review on Trustpilot,customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item.I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem?They didn’t respond,but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference).I decided to return both of those same items I bought,but I can’t because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves,so when I try to open it,it says I can’t return any more item(and I haven’t returned any).I wrote to Customer care again,and they asked me for photos of item and code.Although I didn’t see point of that,I sent them.After that no response again for days,and ignoring my e-mails.I can’t believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.

Worst company ever. They have delivered the wrong size and I asked for a refund and reordered the same item. They delivered again the wrong size... I still did not recieve my money back. They ignore my emails, sending what seems to be emails written by robots. They are despicable ! I will never buy anything else from this company!
