There is a reason why the reviews are so bad. I wouldn’t recommend or use again. Ordered 2 personalised bags - came in different sizes (wasn’t clear from the website) and also name is peeling off. Shame I can’t post this review as it’s not letting people who don’t reccomend you to post only positive reviews.

Ordered keyrings, look amazing , double sided , one keyring had issue with Evri not delivered , spoke to customer care at Your Surprise and they were great promised to sort out , now sending out a replacement , thank you so much

Never received my order. Have been told it was returned to them. Have requested a refund so will see what the outcome is.

totally agree, utterly incompetent company, shipment arrived at the destination country, but no delivery made, the only excuse they can come up with is....refund...never even bothered to contact the courier company and checking with their local counterpart...you should change your company name to YourRefund....fair warning to all...

such bad customer service and even worse quality of the products! ordered glasses of wine with name and when they arrived I received them without any package but wrapped in paper. besides that, you could barely see the name on them, small and transparent! when I contact customer service, she answers so stubbornly and offers no solution but says we have no open purchase! BEWARE and do not shop from there

Disgusting company worst ever avoid avoid avoid. I bought an advent calendar stated delivery 2 to 3 days delivery. Ten days later called to ask for update and the cheeky thing on the phone stated I should have bought one sooner. Is she joking lol what an imbecile

Do not buy from this company. Horrible product quality and worse customer service. I ordered an engraved pen as a farewell gift for my boss. The gift arrived quickly but the engraving was very badly done, with the gold ink only half-filled. As such, I could not use this as a gift at all. I emailed for an exchange but received no reply. A few days later, I received an email from the company asking for a review, to which I responded with my negative experience. It was only after leaving this bad review that the customer service followed up with me. Upon following up, they insinuated that the poor engraving was due to a packaging fault - it wasn't. Granted, they then offered to send me another pen, free-of-charge. But I explained that it was too late as I didn't have time to wait for the next pen to arrive. I requested for a full refund instead but they could only offer me a 20% refund. They also explained that my first email had gone to their spam inbox and suggested that I call them or use their chat line in future. It almost feels like they were suggesting I didn't try hard enough to reach them. After some back and forth, I could only get a 40% refund but they calculated this refund based on the item price, excluding the $9 shipping I had also paid. All in all, the experience showed that this company is all about saving costs and not about producing good quality gifts.

Never received my order despite it being over a week late. I had to ring daily for updates (they were gift for my parents). They wouldn't give me a refund until they were satisfied the parcel was last or otherwise. I finally got a refund weeks later. Really poor customer service, i would not recommend.

I would never use this company Recieved 2 ready to make choc brownie personalised botles to find no ingredients or instuctions on the bottle When comlained no appology just said they would send I recied a week later in the form of a card ! I am sure this does not meet food stands ! Could be anything in there and such terrible customer service . Will not give me a refund and not taking responsibily . Will never use again and had to through it out photo quality alling too

Bought a present for my friend birthday and she got another product from somebody else. They didn't refund the money and send a replacement 1 week after her bday. The chocolates for 17 pounds are super small so not great quality-size-price relation. They offered a 4.95 voucher that I dont want cause their website is a waste of money. The agents help trough the processes very disappointing Wouldn't recommend it

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered through them for a Mother’s Day gift and fully expected that due to it being sent internationally that there would be a delay. The day before the expected delivery date, tracking still showed the package was not received by PostNL. I contacted Customer Service and an agent snarkily told me I was wrong about expected delivery then gave me a USPS tracking link that showed a label was created but not yet in the system. When I pushed back, yet another agent responded and advised that I gave them an invalid address and it was being returned to them by PostNL and that is why neither tracking worked. The address is not invalid and if that was the case, tracking would have showed return to sender. I’m now in a back and forth for a refund, which will be reported for fraud to my bank if they do not process within 24 hours. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY!

Terrible customer service, was messaging with them on messenger hours before black friday started, even put an order through at that time. I was given no notice from the person at the other end that a black friday sale was due to start in a few hours (no adverts either). I tried to cancel my order after finding out about the sale but it was too late, it has already gone into production and shipped out. Complained on messenger only to recieve a smartarse response saying that they are not require to communicate offers before they are live! Disgraceful! Had i known about the black friday sale i would have waited and saved 40% off for the same item i ordered.
