I ordered pillow covers and inserts for our friends. The inserts arrived in great time. However, even though our shipping says we received them, the inserts did not arrive. I called A Gift Personalized and was told they would be resent, but they would arrive after Christmas. They didn’t arrive, so I called again. This time, the person entered them in the computer to go to shipping right then. Within a week, I believe, they did arrive. I do realize it was a hectic time of year, and customer service was very up from with me. I was offered to receive a refund and cancel the inserts, but I did want the product. Customer service was very helpful and worked well to get my gifts to our friends. Our friends are thrilled with the products!! Thank you!

I love everything about my order except I think auto correct spelled one of the names wrong, my fault I should have double checked.

Item was missing. Takes too long to ship. The names I personalized on the mugs appear bigger in the picture/online than when actual received very deceiving!

I placed an order on December 1 expecting delivery before Christmas. I reach out on December 15 to ask about my order and if it's on its way. I am told that the product has been made, but it hasn't been given to the shipper yet, and I am promised that I will receive it before Christmas weekend. The next day I get an email advertisement stating it's the last chance to order to get it on time for Christmas, but what about my order placed on December 1? Then I get another email from another person in customer service days later stating that they are not sure when my order will arrive, so by this time I am totally confused because I was promised before Christmas. Not an unreasonable request when the order was placed 24 days prior. I waited and waited and Christmas comes and goes, and I am gift less. I then email customer service and tell them to refund my order. After I do that, they send me a delivery confirmation and that it's been shipped now. At this point, I am furious. I contact them via their new chat option and tell them what's been going on and did not like the communication. They agree to refund the order immediately, and they did. I appreciate them making it right. However, the order had already been shipped...their mistake. When it arrived, one of the personalized mugs I ordered came broken in pieces. I couldn't give it as a gift anyway. )-:

This order took 25 days to arrive -it was a week after Christmas, needless to say several were gifts that did not arrive on time. Contacting the company 10 days in, they did respond stating they would do their best to get to me by Christmas or I will get a refund. They did hold true to their word and gave me a refund -however some of the quality was not exactly what I had expected from the website so although I was refunded it did not improve the product quality.

The decanter was completely shattered! The glasses were wrapped good & they made it! I would like money back on decanter! Also didn't arrive till January 10th

I had a product that was broken - sent in pictures and communicated and have still not gotten a refund. I also ordered something else before Christmas which just arrived around Jan 8. Very disappointed

I like everything about this sketchbook, except that the engraving is kind of hard to see unless the light hits it just right. But overall Im pleased & my granddaughter will love it!

The craftsmanship was great. Was disappointed with the time frame of shipping and was missing the stopper for the decanter.
