How can I sign into my account? you have created an endless round robin of entering numbers, not sending text messages with codes, etc. No phone numbers, not chat, person, etc. Guess I will have to buy my books elsewhere.

I ordered a book and wanted to ask AbeBooks a question. It proved impossible to do this because no email address is provided and no means of contact. The "contact customer service" button simply takes to back to the very same page you were already on - ie you go round in a circle. No email address is provided anywhere. An online form I filled in under the buyer section would not send because It required me to fill in a field which was not visible. In other words, there is no obvious or reachable customer service. I am really unhappy about this - both the fact that there is no customer service and the lie which pretends that there is - and in consequence, will not be using AbeBooks again.

We were contacted by the customer service and they said they would send a replacement new book that is also used with a worn cover. When they let the customer service know, they said we could send back the first book and get a partial refund. Now after we sent the first book back they are saying that buyers can’t get a refund but buyers can send replacement books back without refund since a refund had been issued before by mistake to another buyer, whose name is, by the way, Leonardo Pantoja Munoz, that actually turned out to be a scammer, who had been reported earlier for stealing books from Middlesex university library that he sells on Ebay even after they claimed that they sent us the wrong tracking number but for several weeks they asked for the correct one and the order was canceled by mistake. When they said they would send new books we asked for the shipping label with tracking number and the address listed in the confirmation email that they finally disagreed to refund buyers but even getting their confirmation to say they would claim their refund back took forever.

I ordered a book from Abe Books from the seller Ergodebooks. It was a used copy of Pastoral Care of the Sick by USCCB for my Church. I received the order number and tracking information. So far so good. I went to track the package because I still had not received and find that it was delivered to a city that is two hours away. My name and address are on the order so not sure what happened. I want the book but I will take a refund and look elsewhere. I contacted the seller but have gotten no response. Help!
