“It was easy to book and finding a parking space under cover was easy to find. Only negative thought it was very expensive.”

“We were very pleased with this parking which made the start and finish of our holiday run very smoothly. We hope that Aberdeen Airport continue to provide the special price for the priority parking as we'd very much like to continue to use it shen we fly from Aberdeen. Thank you. Malcolm & Julie”

“*My car registration number which I entered during the reservation& payment process was not recognised by the system. As a result I lost precious time trying to exit from the parking. *Too much time waiting for the bus from the airport terminal into the parking.”

“On the last 2 occasions I have had difficulty leaving the car park, having to contact customer services. The last visit I had to wait until someone arrived to manually open the barrier. Not as slick as I would have expected for a pre-paid service”

“Always easy to use, no problems at all. Not sure about the new £1 drop off pick up charge, don't think this is the right impression to give visitors to the city, leaving or coming in to spend money in our city.”

“Straightforward and easy to get in and park however not so straightforward at the exit point as a payment for the parking was asked for when the card was put into the reader at the exit barrier, notwithstanding that it was already pre-paid. The call button was used to contact one of the staff who checked the details and then remotely raised the barrier. There was very heavy rain at the time which may have affected the number plate reader but it also meant that the car become very wet inside whilst the window was open for approximately one minute.”

“Car park and entry was fine. One disapointment was when we tried to leave. We had pre-booked but when I put in my ticket at the exit barrier it said I needed to pay, and I was then blocking the other cars behind me. The staff at the kiosk were quick to validate my parking (I had e-mail confirmation with me, and my name was on a list) but this was inconvenient for me, as well as those behind me.”

“This was our first time using this facility. We found it a bit confusing after gaining access to the car Park as the route to the parking zone was a bit torturous and we thought that we might just get directed out. We did not know what we were supposed to do with the ticket and computer print out once we had parked and could not find anyone to talk to. However on the way back we got help from a very nice attendant who explained what to do. Very simple at the end of the day. The next time we will have no such difficulty but it would be helpful to have a fools guide in the print out as to the procedure to follow.”

“Worth the money to be able to park your vehicle across the road from the Main Airport entrance, your car is secure and under cover, no hassles getting a taxi to and from the airport, especially when the taxi rank is busy and no hanging around when you arrive back on a cold rainy day, left it there for 3 weeks same cost to me as taxis and hassle free, I will use this facilty again for the longer trips away.”

“Barrier did not lift when exiting car park after inserting ticket. Got a message on screen saying I had to pay 11 pounds extra despite the fact I had paid in advanced through your website and I was picking the car an hour earlier. Had to call for help and problem was solved efficiently however things like this should not happen especially after a long day of traveling. Suggest you talk to your IT consultant to find out where the disconnect is between website reservation system and the ticket reader in the automatic gate system. Thank you, Oscar Yepes”

“I value the discounted prices for the short-stay car park. While they should properly be more expensive than the long-stay, the premium should not be too great for advanced booking. It is worth a reasonable premium for myself with a young family and luggage to avoid the bus and extra time from the long-stay but not too great. Short-notice use of the short-stay car park can still attract business users and higher premiums.”
