The goods which I ordered were never delivered. I requested a refund which has not been given. They are now failing to reply to communications. PLEASE DO NOT RISK LOSING YOUR MONEY BY ORDERING FROM ADEXA DIRECT LTD.

Absolutely fuming. Worst customer service ever. When I ordered 4 chairs in July only 1 arrived. Was told they were not in stock snd because I didn’t reply to their e-mail immediately was told that the remaining payment would be coupons. I challenged this and was told there was nothing they could do as this was their policy!! Ordered other items later and was told that the coupons were were out of date!! MY MONEY out of date!!! NEVER will I use this company again

Package was delivered damaged and when asked regarding a compensation they said that they can’t accept it and they can offer a return however I have to pay for the delivery. This is ridiculous

I had an unfortunate experience with this company that I feel compelled to share in order to help others avoid a similar situation. They initially took my money (over £400), promising a specific delivery timeframe which they failed to meet. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, they couldn't confirm when or if they would even dispatch the goods. To make matters worse, when I requested to cancel my order, they insisted on managerial authorisation and wanted to impose a substantial cancellation fee, which is clearly against UK consumer law. When I pointed this out, they refused to engage in any meaningful discussion or resolution. This experience left me with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my funds. I strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. Their actions are not only disappointing but also questionable in terms of ethical business practices. It's essential to be cautious and well-informed when making purchases to protect yourself from such unfortunate situations.

If I could provide less than one star I would. I purchased a fridge, it got delivered, driver left without saying a word and when unpacked the fridge was damaged beyond use. Now I’m told that I should have inspected the fridge while the driver was waiting and refused the delivery. What planet do you live on? No driver would wait whilst I carefully unpack the item to check its condition …….this one didn’t even give us the chance to say anything. There was no damage to any of the external packaging. On complaining you informed me I should have not signed for the delivery which I didn’t and when I highlighted this you informed me signatures have been suspended for Covid and it was my responsibility to pay for return. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is clearly not part of their philosophy

The support number was shockingly unprofessional. The lady was rushing me off the phone. Attitude and lack of customer service skills. Late delivery and still just an insincere sorry. Avoid this company!!!

Ordered 2 chest freezers on Monday expecting delivery by Friday. Rang to check and was told middle of following week. Rang back to cancel only to be informed there is a 25% cancellation fee and a 24% carrier cancellation charge and the goods hadnt even been collected So my order of £237 has cost me £83. Its in their T&Cs apparently. Avoid this company

Just recived a Pizza prep fridge with the marbel top completely smashed and called for return and they dont take it back. Asked for refund same thing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IF YOU WILL HAVE A DAMAGED EQUIPMENT THEY WON'T REFUND YOU OR TAKE IT BACK

If I could give 0* I would, Criminal would be the word, I have had a bottle fridge for 4 months and it stopped working, However, I have to pay for it to be repaired, Absolutely disgusting, I would never buy from them again, I have purchased a fair bit in the last 4 months. 12 months warranty is not worth the paper it's written on.

I would give them zero stars if it were an option, because that’s about what this company is worth. Dishonest thieves who are unprofessional. If you want half of your order or want to get scammed; this is the business for you!

They were unwilling to change the delivery even though I had paid £85 extra. I can’t pick the items up. Please be careful they force you into their terms and conditions. if you need to cancel your order for any reason they will charge you between 5% -25% the product had even left their warehouse. Avoid!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID abysmal customer and email response service. I ordered a £500+ freezer, on checkout the website prompted me to choose my free gift for Black Friday which I did. On completion and receipt of the invoice no free gift was mentioned and the delivery address had not updated. The lady on the phone was deadpan, insisted she could not change the order so requested a refund to be told there would be a 5% fee ( I had only made the order less than an hour before?) and on asking to speak to a supervisor I was told that a request would be put in but no guarantee of a call back. And if I left it more than 24 hours the fee would go up to 25% I left the order however had no response on calling, emailed three times for confirmation that the delivery address had been amended only to receive the good 3 days later to the wrong address!! Avoid this company at all cost and go somewhere else. It maybe reasonably priced but if any errors are made there is NO come back.

So so poor, the customer service is shocking and they don't deliver on what they say they will. Ordered an item which they sent out next day - fantastic. COMPLETELY THE WRONG ITEM They then have the cheek to ask me to fill in a full returns process when it was there error...... They wouldn't send the correct item until they received the wrong item (again this was caused by them) As we could not afford to wait we ordered the same product again, the website and order advised next working day delivery. 6 days later we still have no delivery of the product. Was told on 4 occasions that the product was out, when finally someone told the truth and advised it's not even left a external warehouse. Was promised management call backs for 3 days, management did not care and haven't called back. We ran out of patients and requested the immediate refund of the 2 orders due to the poor service and not keeping to the service level agreement of next day delivery. They had the cheek to say we will incur a 25% charge.

Worst company ever! Items arrive after 3-4 weeks if you lucky,you won’t have a delivery day,no email to confirm. Customer service appalling and items come broken or missing parts!

Watchdog need to investigate this Company. Returns for a damaged item was nearly impossible to arrange and they now say they haven’t received the item back despite me having a collection note!

Oh my word I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered a freezer for a church (charity) and a fridge arrived. When I telephoned to explain that I had the wrong product they said it would be a £120 charge to collect it, plus VAT + 25% charge against the product, I would end up with £80 back on a product that I paid £334.80 for. I appealed for the company to reconsider these charges as we were a charity, but they are their policies they said I should have checked the invoice they sent over (which of course I should have done, but I just thought I had ordered a freezer. How can they get away with this? I will never ever order anything from this company again. Appalling lack of customer service and zero morals. See above, 2% of customers would recommend Adexa, do not order from them.

Don't buy anything from this… Don't buy anything from this company!!!!! Cheap product but very low quality!!!!! Rubbish customer service too!!!!! Bought the hot cupboard 2 months for my restaurant and it is not working,contact them they ask for the engineer report,I get engineer and give them the report that including all details as they required!But they said they don't accept the report,need another report,I asked my engineer who said he have all details in the report!How can they ask another report for only replace the "on/off switch"!!!!!! They just want to delay and make the things difficult and they know that you can't wait for long time so you just paid by yourself as have no choice after!!! so avoid this company if you don't want to headache!!!!
