AVOID AVOID AVOID abysmal customer and email response service. I ordered a £500+ freezer, on checkout the website prompted me to choose my free gift for Black Friday which I did. On completion and receipt of the invoice no free gift was mentioned and the delivery address had not updated. The lady on the phone was deadpan, insisted she could not change the order so requested a refund to be told there would be a 5% fee ( I had only made the order less than an hour before?) and on asking to speak to a supervisor I was told that a request would be put in but no guarantee of a call back. And if I left it more than 24 hours the fee would go up to 25% I left the order however had no response on calling, emailed three times for confirmation that the delivery address had been amended only to receive the good 3 days later to the wrong address!! Avoid this company at all cost and go somewhere else. It maybe reasonably priced but if any errors are made there is NO come back.

So so poor, the customer service is shocking and they don't deliver on what they say they will. Ordered an item which they sent out next day - fantastic. COMPLETELY THE WRONG ITEM They then have the cheek to ask me to fill in a full returns process when it was there error...... They wouldn't send the correct item until they received the wrong item (again this was caused by them) As we could not afford to wait we ordered the same product again, the website and order advised next working day delivery. 6 days later we still have no delivery of the product. Was told on 4 occasions that the product was out, when finally someone told the truth and advised it's not even left a external warehouse. Was promised management call backs for 3 days, management did not care and haven't called back. We ran out of patients and requested the immediate refund of the 2 orders due to the poor service and not keeping to the service level agreement of next day delivery. They had the cheek to say we will incur a 25% charge.

Worst company ever! Items arrive after 3-4 weeks if you lucky,you won’t have a delivery day,no email to confirm. Customer service appalling and items come broken or missing parts!

Watchdog need to investigate this Company. Returns for a damaged item was nearly impossible to arrange and they now say they haven’t received the item back despite me having a collection note!

Oh my word I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered a freezer for a church (charity) and a fridge arrived. When I telephoned to explain that I had the wrong product they said it would be a £120 charge to collect it, plus VAT + 25% charge against the product, I would end up with £80 back on a product that I paid £334.80 for. I appealed for the company to reconsider these charges as we were a charity, but they are their policies they said I should have checked the invoice they sent over (which of course I should have done, but I just thought I had ordered a freezer. How can they get away with this? I will never ever order anything from this company again. Appalling lack of customer service and zero morals. See above, 2% of customers would recommend Adexa, do not order from them.

Don't buy anything from this… Don't buy anything from this company!!!!! Cheap product but very low quality!!!!! Rubbish customer service too!!!!! Bought the hot cupboard 2 months for my restaurant and it is not working,contact them they ask for the engineer report,I get engineer and give them the report that including all details as they required!But they said they don't accept the report,need another report,I asked my engineer who said he have all details in the report!How can they ask another report for only replace the "on/off switch"!!!!!! They just want to delay and make the things difficult and they know that you can't wait for long time so you just paid by yourself as have no choice after!!! so avoid this company if you don't want to headache!!!!

i has order fryer from adexa in july , and in october the fryer heat control wont stop , i email adexa and request the replacement , because it have one year warrenty , they told me take the picture and need the professional engineer report , the engineer report said two fault , identified fryer temperature control and high limit safety thermostat is false , i send all this to them , first they said they need the report in pdf file ( i forward the report from engineer to them ) so i request again the pdf file from engineer , i has been charge120 just the report , now they told me they not accept the report , this is suck of rubbish company try do not replace part to me , one year warrenty from them is nothing , they wont replace to u . avoid for this company otherwise u will get trouble . i spend 200 pounds for the fryer just used 3 month and now has to bin it .

All the good Reviews you see all of them they are fake!! We order a electric pizza oven Before 1 month and come 1 month after ! And was broken inside when the oven arrive the driver he left it and he go without sign And was broken !! For that don’t use this company they are scammers and they will not give you refund back and they will talk about them policy How can you talk about the policy if your product is broken ? And they told us they will give us refund 20% we spend over 250£ Stay away from this company

Their website looked great and the products were at a reasonable price. I purchased a triple glass fronted fridge for my home bar. It was delivered on time but we weren't quite ready to put it in place so it was stored in the garage for 10 days. We moved it to the bar and unpacked it and then noticed one of the front corners was damaged. There iOS no way we could have damaged it in moving it into the bar. I contacted Adexa and they were unbelievably bad. Customer service representative Courtney basically accused me of lying about when it got damaged. She said their policy is that any damage has to be reported within 24 hours but that wasn't written down on any paperwork they sent me. I sent her photographs of the damage and got a very curt letter back saying 'as this was not reported within a 24 hour time frame or checked and refused on delivery we are unable to raise a claim. We can not also ascertain when the damage occurred.' Very frustrating. Wish I had looked at this site and these reviews before spending my money with them again. AVOID ADEXA

We have spent over £5000 for restaurant equipment. They send us faulty item, blender. First they asked to send video, then asked to change a fuse which we done, next they asked to send picture, video of the motor. The issue is dragging now for over 2 weeks without any help from them. They don't want to exchange the item. They don't want to help. They don't care about customer. We have restaurant to run !! Do not recommended adexa !!! Stay away !!!

very very bad company. do not order anything from them. I ordered the new dish washer and this is the one they send to me. When I want to return they charge me more than £500. Bloody company

Delivered item was damaged. It was reported on the same day to customer service. Adexa Direct refused to replace it and offered a voucher to cover 20% of it cost. So money was wasted!!!

We recently made a purchase from this company, acquiring a glasswasher. Although we were eager to start using it, we had to make space for it in our establishment during the first week and subsequently installed it in the second week. Unfortunately, after just one week of operation, we encountered a significant issue. Both the drain pump and the rinse aid pumps not working, resulting in a continuous flooding of our basement. In our efforts to rectify the situation, we contacted Adexa to inquire about the warranty process. To our dismay, we were informed that a comprehensive engineer's report would be required, and the cost would be borne by us, the customer. Furthermore, we were informed that as a commercial entity, we do not fall under the protection of consumer laws. Regrettably, our interactions with Adexa's call handlers left much to be desired. Their demeanor was consistently rude, and their assistance was minimal, often bordering on condescending. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied. We feel compelled to caution others against dealing with Adexa. Based on our experience, we would strongly discourage anyone from considering this company for their commercial needs. It pains us to say it, but our experience leads us to believe that Adexa's practices verge on what one might describe as professional deception. Prior to making any purchasing decisions, we implore you to conduct thorough research and consider other options. It is our hope that others can avoid the misfortune we experienced.

Terrible company to deal with. If there was an option for no stars, that would be my feedback. I never like to give negative feedback as I feel some instances are very much isolated, however I was so shocked with the lack of customer care and the attitude towards the customer, that I found it necessary to share this experience as nobody should have to deal with people or companies like this. I ordered an extractor, prior to ordering I requested from sales support (Kathlynn ) to confirm the direction in which the air is extracted. I could not have made it more clear, does the extraction come out from the “Wall / back” the extractor is attached onto or the top / ceiling? I asked 3 times to confirm the back was the wall and not the ceiling so there was not misunderstandings. This was confirmed via email by Kathlynn. I then placed the order and noticed they required the item to be checked before the courier left. I emailed them to let them know I would need to know the day before the delivery is scheduled so I can arrange to be home, this is a reasonable request. I received a blanket response that the shipment will be sent out in 3-5 days. 2 days later I got an email saying your item has been shipped and is out for delivery. This was at 10am on the same day. The delivery was made 2-3 hours later so it was impossible for me to be home to check the delivery. Completely unreasonable time scales to expect someone to be available within 2 hours. On arriving home I noticed the box damaged, I inspected the extractor and it had several dents in it, it also did not extractor from the back as expected. I emailed Kathlynn immediately to report this with images and video footage of the delivery. I then called to be confronted by an extremely rude individual accusing me of being a liar before even allowing me to explain the circumstances. I then spoke to Kathlynn who also said you accepted the delivery and signed for it so its now your issue not ours. Regarding the extraction and the fact it is not as stated, they have not commented. So not only was I mis sold a product it also came damaged. I then inspected the delivery confirmation from the courier and it had my name as signatory and someone signed on my behalf so effectively they did not have my signature. My wife opened the garage for them to locate the box in the garage, she could not inspect it and was not asked to sign anything, and to be honest would not have known what to look out for. Even after presenting all the above facts with images, videos and extracts from the emails Kathlynn sent to me, the response I had on the phone from another rude individual who refused to give me their name or the managers name, was the return would incur our standard return charges they are extortionate. I am yet to receive a response form an email I sent to Kevin Paodonoghue the company director. Terrible company.
