SCAM WARNING!! I received something that was of vastly inferior quality to the picture shown. When I complained Adexa claimed that it was in their T&Cs that the item sent may not match the picture shown. They asked me to send multiple pictures of the item I had received and then claimed I had received the correct item. The item I received was very poor quality compared to the picture presented and I found it on Amazon for £25 less. Also there was no way to fit the castors provided with the item. I have asked them how I return the item but they have not replied.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! If you're not able to check and tell the company within 24 hours of delivery that an item is damaged DO NOT BUY! Our item came in a box which was not damaged and upon opening it, the packaging was all intact however the lid to the ice maker was cracked in two places. Having reported the damaged item to Customer Services 2 working days later, they said because we had not reported within 24 hours we could not return the item and were not eligible for a refund. They offered me a coupon though - why would I want to buy anything else from them when this is how they deal with their customers?!

Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. I work for a company, and we ordered a product that was delivered broken. Because we need it for an event, we were advised to order another one as the replacement would take too long. Even though for the second product we paid extra to be delivered next day it was delivered 3 days later BROKEN again. Potentially this has something to do with DPD or them not providing the suitable packaging for it. I reported the item broken 48 hours after only to find out that they have a policy that if you do not report an item delivered broken within 24 hours, they will not replace it. I am not standing here with two broken items and this company does not want to take responsibility for this shoving the 24-hour policy in my face. The products they sell are commercial, what business in this world would order something and break it after two days just to return it back. This is what the customer care suggested... that we damaged the item and we now are asking them to replace it even though we damaged it. RIDICULOUS! It seems to me that this 24 hours return policy is in place to cover the fact that they DO NOT CARE of how and when their items are delivered. It’s a way of them washing their hands of it. Unbelievable!

Not even deserving 1 star, but no other option to leave a review. Horrible experience dealing with Adexa. I have ordered display chiller and even though it was delivered it was missing rims for the gastronomes and awaiting response from customer service after 3 months. I don't think I will ever hear back but further to my disappointment the chiller's performance is a disaster! It works at a temperature it only wants and never sets to a temperature I need, the bottom fridge freezes and top is constantly full of condensation and basically needs drying out all compartments to avoid food going bad. There are paddles of water on the inside, too. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I have written a complaint about the performance and not a word back. Considering to use Financial Ombudsman really soon.

Ordred 3 worktops.only received 2 and was told I get the refund for the third but I have to keep the 2 others. Keep away from them. Thats ehat happens when you go for cheap like them.

Spent £1200 on a prep counter fridge that stopped working 4 months later, as per Adexas policy I got an engineer out to examine the fridge and write a report at my own expense. The engineer said the appliance was un repairable because the leak was coming from somewhere in the cavity and that there was no way in fixing it. ADEXA didn't want to know and said it wasn't their problem as they only offer a parts only warranty so there was nothing they could do. Disgusting RIP off merchants who have no consideration for their customers, I am taking them to.small claims court.

I ordered a bottle fridge, they did not let me know when it was being delivered, I was at work when I got a call saying I'm outside. I had to rush home to take the delivery. There was no damaged to the packaging and I had to rush back to work without opening it. Later on, we opened it up to find it was bashed up and nothing like the color it was in the photo. they have refused to refund or do anything. This company is a scam!!! I wish i had researched the company beforehand.

Avoid at all costs, very poor customer service and plenty of negative reviews and CCJs on Facebook about this company . Be warned and do your research . I wish I did!! I will now have to take things further .

Avoid at all cost , horrendous company, awful customer service. Refused to refund a machine that was returned to me broken and soaking wet after I had sent it back to them for repair at my own cost. Horrific company to deal with, totally dishonest. Although I have received a full refund from my credit card provider and I have never posted a review about a company before I wanted to warn people and have also contacted trading standards. What Adexa Direct is getting away with should not be legal.

Should have seen here the reviews about this company. Only returned 75% of my money with a return. So greedy. Product not used at all and returned swiftly and they think they can just keep £25 for no reason. So upset and won't be ordering the larger product I returned my other one for.

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The dough roller machine arrived with a damaged guard but refused to send another. After two days of operation, the item broke down and again refused to exchange. They think their unfair terms and conditions trump consumer law. Adexa tells you to get an engineer's report at your own expense, and they will cover the parts if needed. However, the manufacturer warranty forbids any engineer other than their own people. I would not trust this company.

Bought some dough trays last year never had a problem. Bought more dough trays this year and they're completely inferior! The material is bent out of shape they're not as sturdy they don't stack up together. My dough has dried out and merged together due to how warped the bottom of the trays are. We sent multiple videos and pictures to demonstrate, we even placed a marble in the new trays to show how uneven they are compared to our older trays. All they did was fob us off with the same email saying they don't see a problem with the product and if we would like to return 3 out of 4 of them because we have used one then we can do so at our own cost and an additional 25% fee deducted from the refund! It's absolutely disgraceful they have no shame what so ever and don't even offer a reasonable alternative! We're now such with a stack of dodgy dough trays that cost us twice as much as the first ones we ordered. Stay away! Absolutely disgraceful customer service and terrible products, we will not be using this company again and I will urge anyone else to stay away too!

Do not use this company, or less you are prepared to spend months on the phone and emailing them constantly. Without threatening legal action I would not have received my refund on a cancelled order. Adexa’s customer service is non existent. There is a reason why this company does not accept credit card payments, only bank transfers.
