AWFUL COMPANY, Customer service skills not existent !!!! BEWARE, we ordered some storage boxes, and although the outside packaging was not damaged the contents were unusable, (obviously damaged goods had been packed and sold on) after finally contacting the company, we were told that the items couldn't be replaced as the items should have been checked before the delivery driver left, (how is this even possible on the side of the road!) we are left with boxes that we can not use, I would never use this company or recommend to anyone

I Manage a Plumbing Business and ordered a tap from this company for a Nationwide Brand. Tap supplied leaked in 3 places and when asked for a refund they stopped emailing. I've called and IF you are lucky enough to get through they simply say wrong department and they cant help. Will Never use this company again. on going since may 15th

I paid for an item and never received it. When I called them, waited 1 hour 35 minutes to talk to someone. They are not refunding or sending the item. Stay away from this company. Adexa Direct is a doggy company .

Possibly one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. They constantly tell lies about when an order will be sent, they try and hide behind their terms and conditions and when you point out the terms they have actually breached they stop responding to you. I am actually amazed this company is still going with such poor levels of customer service and seemingly unashamed deniability to any of their actions. Trying to reach out to their MD personally (Hakan Baykal) to see if he knows just how poor the service is but by looking at the reviews, he probably knows and doesn't care. Now i month into trying to get this order and keep being told "48 hours"

I had to provide video evidence proving it doesn't work, it's been 2 weeks now since it arrived faulty no one taking ownership or apologising for sending out faulty items, or even trying to help solve this, I am just being ghosted! I have had to buy elsewhere to get one for a busy weekend ahead. Disgraceful then you see the court cases on line with them and realise they don't care about good customer service!!

We have placed an order with Adexa and got notified by their delivery firm that due to some delay at Adexa the planned delivery slot was missed. Since we went on holiday we asked Adexa by email to delay delivery till our return. No response from them but the delivery firm texted that they would deliver the next day. It was impossible to get in touch with the delivery firm (panther) so I went back to Adexa. Was told over the phone that they can't delay delivery till after our return from holiday and if we can't accept the product on the day dictated by them it would go back to the depot and there would be a penalty of £120 plus 25% of the order value. Same penalty would apply if I cancelled the order. Seriously? Case is ongoing but based on this experience I can only recommend staying well away from them!

Horrendous scammers , goods damaged in transit twice and told us the minute we tick the little box , when playing the order, we are responsible for the damaged items and cannot get an exchange or refund .. there are over £700 people on Adexa’s do not buy page on Facebook.. they need closing down!!

Transferred funds direct to their bank account and confirmed our transfer by email. No response from the company on any of their customer services department emails or live chat (which never seems to be live). Days after transferring funds, still no confirmation of order. Beginning to think we have been scammed.

Terrible company. Doesn't care about the Sales of Goods Act. Faulty products and makes Customers pay to return damaged goods they've damaged

Do not order from this company unless you want horrendous customer service and charged almost the full amount to return faulty and damaged goods.

The minute you tick the box on ordering , you make yourself responsible for damages , they have you tied up, two Facebook groups set up with hundreds of people out of pocket..,scammers!!

Little more than a scam experience. Bought two products from them, one was a commercial ice machine. Machine arrived and we fitted it. Asked specifically before purchasing if the hopper was frozen to preserve the ice. Was told it was. Turned the machine on, after a couple of hours it was clear that the hopper is not frozen and there was just water. We switched the machine off to speak to Adexa. Came in the next morning to find that the machine has free-flowed water from the mains and flooded out our newly redecorated bar. Went on their online chat to report the issue and ask for a refund/replacement. After typing the problem, waited 40 minutes in the live chat for a reply, none came. Called their number, waited for 15 minutes at position 10 and never advanced so hung up and messaged them on their web contact form. Got a reply back asking for a video of the fault. Replied that it wouldn't be possible to video it without again flooding our venue and causing damage which we just repaired. They ignored this email. Called them again today. Staggered by the tone of the call handler. Explained the situation and she actually said there was no choice e but for me to re-flood our venue deliberately to get a video of it. I advised that this is a ridiculous suggestion to use an unsafe product deliberately and was told that they will not engage further unless we deliberately turn on a faulty product again and cause further damage. She then aggressively hung up. I called back - after waiting in a queue got through to the same lady to be told the same thing. She refused to give her name, refused to give a call reference and told me they do this specifically because they don't want customers having records of any calls. I explained this already looks shady. I asked how the operator would feel if she had the tone she was giving as a customer - she said, insolently, "Oh I'd be really frustrated, but that's just this company." Eventually she advised that I could request a manager to call me back within two days after I really pushed. I said I would like this. Confirmed they would definitely call back and was told not. She said that the manager "may decide they don't want to call you, in which case we'll do nothing about the faulty product and you'll just have to accept that". I am literally reeling from the call - I've never come across such a tone before. Basically, "we know there's a fault, but we literally don't care, won't do anything and will expect you to put yourself and your property at risk by using a faulty electrical item that is leaking water". I've just spoken to my bank to begin a chargeback request. Unfortunately we paid by debit card rather than credit card so they may have less abilities to reverse the payments. If there are issues I will raise a County Court application against this company instead. It is fundamentally unreasonable to expect customers to use an unsafe product further in order to get a refund when they are already reporting it as unsafe and as having caused damage. I will also include costs for the damage already caused to our venue.

Ice machine araived brocken, they dont response to my emails. I was waiting 1:30 hours to contact with them and the ony thing that they said is they will contact with me by email or phone, but that never happened. I am in shock how much money they invest in that company and they never care abouth the customers and the service. Try to avoid any orders from them, the chance to get brocken item is really big!

Very bad product i have used a lot but not again. Last time they sent me an unusable burger griddle and the lady in the customer service refused a replacement despite me sending pictures and proofs. Customer is irrelevant for this company

Purchased an upright freezer for a Primary school , it arrived with a faulty door, after numerous ignored emails i was told to provide images and a independent engineers report before they could replace the door, after doing this they refused to reply to any further communications. Appalling company , AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Never order from this company. I ordered a commercial Freezer on 20th May 2024. It arrived damaged from the top. I contacted them and was told to send photos of the item. The item advertised was different from the one received. Kept chasing them. I got an email : Thank you for your email today and I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We have reviewed all your recent correspondence and the notes on your order, and we would like to highlight some points below. As per our terms and conditions agreed to at point of sale by yourself, any palletised item should be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Should the driver not wait for you to inspect your goods then you must refuse these. Accepting the goods without inspecting them and later finding damage is not accepted and results in you being liable for the products. This is clearly outlined in the Delivery Section of our website as well as the General Information section of each product and finally in the terms and conditions. All pallet deliveries are kerbside, this means items will be deposited to the nearest kerbside of the address specified, rather than directly to your door. The drivers will drive their vehicle to the closest access point to the delivery address. It is then the responsibility of the customer to transfer the delivery from the kerbside to the address. All Pallet deliveries are completed contact-free. Kerbside deliveries are the standard across the network, any additional delivery requirements, such as pallet removal and handballing has been suspended. Additionally, we have suspended our usual sign-for process and instead drivers will input the recipients full name as proof of delivery and our tracking capabilities are fully operational. Due to the value and weight of the items it is vital that these goods are inspected prior to accepting delivery so you do not have to bear the direct cost of the return charges for palletised goods. The charges for return pallets are as follows: - A fee of 20% of the value of the product will be applicable to recuperate the repair costs and selling the product as a B GRADE. - A £144 will also be deducted due to the cost of hiring a dedicated vehicle and all administrated fees which are incurred for the return. - One final payment of £120 will also be deducted as this is the cost of having the pallet returned due to it being a £60 charge each way. We can appreciate that the above fees may appear substantial however, you will find this is standard practise amongst most businesses within the catering industry. We understand your frustrations with this however, we are simply adhering to our policies as a company. As a commercial gesture we are more than happy to offer you a coupon or discount to keep the item. A coupon and can be used on our website toward another purchase and is valid for 6 months so can be used at your own convenience. Alternatively, we can offer you a discount which is a partial refund of the items value which will be credited back to the account original payment was made from. If you wish to decline this offer then we will be happy to arrange a collection minus fees which are mentioned below. Adexa has upheld our commitment agreed at sale and cannot go further than the gesture offered, at our cost, above. Please let me know which option you would like to proceed with and we will be happy to arrange this for you. Why would I accept the voucher or a partial refund when I know I will never order for them again. I also ordered a pedestal unit. This was also damaged. Nightmare! They want to charge me for a return of the damaged good because I didn't check the large commercial freezer on a public road to check for damage. The sales person was not aloud for me to speak to the manager or the team leader. This is company is selling faulty and damaged goods to customers failing in their duties as online retailer and MUST be reported and stopped.

Avoid this company like the paigue. 3 chiller units, and all been dropped. The staff dont wnat to know. Have had to go through my card company. There is no warrenty thay support, they dont want to talk and palm you of saying there is nothing they can do, as its a business supply.

Ordered an under counter fridge that clearly shows a lockable door, item arrived with no locks, told photos are for illustration purposes only, can’t return item unless we pay over £200
