*** DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL *** I would give multiple minus stars! that's how appalling this company is. Hides behind terms and conditions, doesn't give a hoot about the customer.

Very bad service I ordered new fridge paid full end up received damage Frige!!! No one help me to! I barrow money to buy new fridge for my shop the delivered me Frige fully damage not working at all!! I am not gonna give up till I get my money buck Please don’t order from them!!!

Should be zero or minus stars to balance good reviews if they exist. I can't understand how company like this is allowed to trade. Ordered few times, evey single item was damaged. They don't they accountability for it. No way to exchange it, get a refind or return the item. Customer service does not exist and whoever is there pretending a service its totally rotten from ignorance and decency Its wrong and frustrating. I've had my fingers burnt using this company. They proudly put their name on goods as a make which I believe are imported from china. If not that even worse because the quality is terrible same like company. Be aware, pay more elsewhere and enjoy your purchase. Keep away from ADEXA. I hope that for all these problems they cause to people will be pay them back one day.

I bought a fryer and it arrived damaged. I contacted support who said they would give me a voucher and then they changed their mind saying they wouldn't give me anything. I think it's a disrespect to the customer.

This is the worst company i ever been to. We brought a freezer for about 700 pound .guess what when we recieved our item it was fully used we ordered 'BRAND NEW FREEZER' when we tried to call back they said they cant do anything because i didnt contact them on the first day but we Tried to give them a call but thry wont answer at all we emailed them but gets a reply after 3 day this is absolutely disgusting i asked them that i could like to get a refund but they said they will take 20% vat and aditional 144 pound. I first thought they were joking but they wasn't i just want to say this is a absolutely scam and do not fall this thr atitude was rude.i dont know how many people been scammed the worst company ever never reply on email . we will never come back .not the first time i ordered from here

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE avoid this company at all costs! Its wrong that they are allowed to trade. Goods arrived damaged, customer service is non existent and returns impossible. Its wrong and frustrating. I've had my fingers burnt using this company. They are a middle man. Stuff comes from china and moves to several depots in uk before coming to you. Hence most stuff is damaged. Please don't give them your money!

Unable to give no stars. Awful website, customer service. Poor quality products. Do not order from this company. Definitely a scam. My unit was damaged. They have refused to replace. Taking them to court.

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY** If I could leave a 0 rating I would. You pay for next day delivery, it takes a min of 4 days. They take your money for items that are out of stock and tell you you can't request a refund until you receive the rest of your order, then when you request the refund they tell you it has to be approved. I am just about to do a chargeback, as they will not send me confirmation of the refund, infact they just ignore me when this has been requested. The customer service is beyond a joke, they cut the chat off when you ask them something they don't want to answer, and they are the rudest people I have spoken to on the phone, and they ignore any email that is sent. They also advise you to check all items for damage before signing for then, but then the DPD driver refuses to let you do this and tells you if you open the box they are unable to take it back. The items I received, luckily had no damage but had zero packaging inside the box, had just been thrown into a cardboard box. Save your money, avoid a stressful experience and order from somewhere else.

How is this company still trading‼️ Are you having issues with getting a refund for Faulty or incorrect items❓ Make a money claim against them, it’s very easy on the gov.uk website, you will also get the claim fee back plus interest 💷

The worst customer service you will find, long story short, items arrived damaged, the company "deemed" on their own words and based on their own judgment it would not be worth replacing, but offering a partial refund or credit, so far I haven't received neither, a foot cap was missing in on of the chairs which they responded with a page long email with terms and conditions about missing items and damage items, and how they are not reliable for if it's not reported within 24h (WHICH WE DID by the way) but none the less, a missing cap, a piece of plastic that they missed and could easily post, but no, at this point we just want a refund and not have to deal with this company. Also their average time to respond is 2 days (but that is if you constanly enter the chat to ask for updates

AWFUL COMPANY, Customer service skills not existent !!!! BEWARE, we ordered some storage boxes, and although the outside packaging was not damaged the contents were unusable, (obviously damaged goods had been packed and sold on) after finally contacting the company, we were told that the items couldn't be replaced as the items should have been checked before the delivery driver left, (how is this even possible on the side of the road!) we are left with boxes that we can not use, I would never use this company or recommend to anyone

I Manage a Plumbing Business and ordered a tap from this company for a Nationwide Brand. Tap supplied leaked in 3 places and when asked for a refund they stopped emailing. I've called and IF you are lucky enough to get through they simply say wrong department and they cant help. Will Never use this company again. on going since may 15th

I paid for an item and never received it. When I called them, waited 1 hour 35 minutes to talk to someone. They are not refunding or sending the item. Stay away from this company. Adexa Direct is a doggy company .

Possibly one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with. They constantly tell lies about when an order will be sent, they try and hide behind their terms and conditions and when you point out the terms they have actually breached they stop responding to you. I am actually amazed this company is still going with such poor levels of customer service and seemingly unashamed deniability to any of their actions. Trying to reach out to their MD personally (Hakan Baykal) to see if he knows just how poor the service is but by looking at the reviews, he probably knows and doesn't care. Now i month into trying to get this order and keep being told "48 hours"

I had to provide video evidence proving it doesn't work, it's been 2 weeks now since it arrived faulty no one taking ownership or apologising for sending out faulty items, or even trying to help solve this, I am just being ghosted! I have had to buy elsewhere to get one for a busy weekend ahead. Disgraceful then you see the court cases on line with them and realise they don't care about good customer service!!

We have placed an order with Adexa and got notified by their delivery firm that due to some delay at Adexa the planned delivery slot was missed. Since we went on holiday we asked Adexa by email to delay delivery till our return. No response from them but the delivery firm texted that they would deliver the next day. It was impossible to get in touch with the delivery firm (panther) so I went back to Adexa. Was told over the phone that they can't delay delivery till after our return from holiday and if we can't accept the product on the day dictated by them it would go back to the depot and there would be a penalty of £120 plus 25% of the order value. Same penalty would apply if I cancelled the order. Seriously? Case is ongoing but based on this experience I can only recommend staying well away from them!
