Absolute nightmare only received part order ..rang 20times emailed 6 times ..no answer ...wouldn’t recommend 100% why have customer service

I am STILL waiting for my order. Delivery basis was 2-3 days. Payment was in Adexa's bank account on 7th March, I was expecting delivery by 10th/11th March at very latest. It is 15th March today - 8 days later and still no delivery. I have PHONED and phoned and phoned - NO ANSWER. I have sent SEVERAL EMAILS - NO RESPONSE! HOW do you contact this this unprofessional and unreliable company? I've never had such a terrible experience whilst purchasing business equipment which I am desperate for. I think the only way ahead here is to report them to local trading standards! Will NEVER buy from them again!

Finally received refund for 1 item and awaiting refund for second item. Only thanks to Mia who actually called me after I requested a phone call. Now ordered same item on Amazon (Cheaper) and received in less than 48 hours, (7 1/2 weeks waiting from adexa) So for anyone awaiting a refund there is hope!!

I have had the worst experience ever with Adexa. I ordered 1 fridge and ended up with 2 being on my order. I called to be told I would be charged to cancel the additional fridge less than 10 minutes after ordering it when I didn’t even order it in the first place. Then they haven’t even refunded me yet so had to get my bank involved to get the money back. When you try to call them you can’t get through. All in all would never use this company!!!!!!

Well, I wish I’d read the reviews here before buying from this company. If you are minded to buy from them, try phoning through a query first with regard to the item you wish to buy, see how quickly you get through, and use this as your own gauge for their usefulness. Having placed my order and waiting days for some sort of acknowledgement of the order I decided to ring the company. The calls rang and rand with either no answer or the engaged tone. It was then that I looked at the review sites, too late. I eventually got a reply to a phone call to be told that the order was being processed and that I’d get an email confirming. This did happen and told me that my order would come flat packed in three packages. The consignment eventually came, but only two packages, the packages clearly said on them that they were part of a three package consignment. I relayed the bad news to Adexa, this took an age and repeat calls (21) in order to get through. I was assured that a replacement was being sent. Ten days later, and a good number of time consuming calls later it transpired that a replacement hadn’t been sent at all. Thankfully this member of staff did actually get the item sent and it has now arrived, sadly though the item is damaged. I am further saddened to say that following my treatment so far I am not going to take this further as I have had an absolute gutsful with this ‘company’, excepting to say to give them the review that they have worked so hard to get.

I would avoid this company as they delivered a damaged fridge but want us to pay £120+ vat to return it to them. The damage was on the inside ( photo attached). The customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. It takes ages to get through and when you do they go out of their way to be unhelpful. I would avoid this company at all cost.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered some oven gloves. After 10 days not even dispatched. Eventually after ringing the customer service number about 20 times in a row, someone answered. They advised the item was in stock but they just hadn’t bothered to dispatched it. I asked for a full refund. They told me they take a 25% restocking fee even though the item didn’t even leave the warehouse. Eventually received my refund, less 25% a few weeks later. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

DO NOT USE ADEXA. I can not stress enough how much of a nightmare they are ........there is no customer service, they don't answer the phone or messages. I ordered two items both arrived damaged beyond use. How can they get away with this ? It is theft to sell you goods that is not fit for use. Again all I can say is learn from my mistake !!!!!!!

Exact same as other reviews. Ordered and paid for multiple items on 17th feb they claimed were in stock. No contact made at all to confirm delivery ,impossible to get through on phone and most emails ignored. Finally replied with still no date for delivery and telling me I just pay a 5% fee to cancel!. I dont think so!. Regardless of their illegal and unfair terms of contract, distance selling regulations and consumer contract law applies , do not be fobbed off with these illegal charges. You have a right to cancel up to 14 days AFTER delivery least of all 14 days from ordering and I will be reporting them to both the CMA and trading standards for their illegal practice . Left me with no choice but to charge back my payment from my card provider and I will never go near these cowboys again. I suggest you dont either

Order processed 19/2/21 for a fridge , money taking out of my account , I have recieved no confirmation of delivery date ! Have emailed numerous times no reply back , have rang the customer service number numerous times no reply , to get a date for delivery ! Poor service and will not recommend this company to anyone as I work I can’t organise for someone to be at my home to receive delivery , angry to say the least

Waiting on a refund agreed 73 days ago. We are a small charity feeding struggling people and need the funds returning to buy an alternative item. Absolutely shambolic Company. Got 1 star because zero isn’t an option

Ordered a fryer, one side didn't work from the get go, then both sides stopped working, they expect us to pay for an engineer to come out for a product that was broken when it arrived.

Items arrived late and broken, sent photos as requested, but they never reply to emails and now I cannot get through by phone. Just look at their reviews - Total waste of time, should not be in business!! Customers service....do they have one?

The worst company I have dealt with in 20 years of business. I bought a dishwasher in November. Because it was faulty they told me to get engineers out. I have had three engineers out at a cost of £150 a time. The reports showed I was sent a faulty dishwasher. The internal electrics show that it is not fit for the UK. First the buttons did not work and then the engineer told me the internal computer and electrics are faulty. Turning on the dishwasher caused the whole factory to blow the fuse box and the dishwasher leaked over my floor as the internal plumbing is terrible. The customer service is HORRIFIC. I have taken legal advice and the dishwasher is not fit for purpose and not of a UK quality. I am now starting legal proceedings to reclaim everything. The whole experience with the customer service person (Who needs customer service training) and Adexa is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. I now have to pay to get it removed from the factory and start small claims proceedings. If you are thinking of getting from Adexa please DONOT.. Save yourself money, time and stress and go to a company that cares and sells products that are legal and safe for the UK. I have also reported Adexa to trading standards. I would suggest all companies that are in a similar situation to myself report Adexa to trading standards. I would also recommend that if they demand you get an engineer out at your expense that you remind them of the Sales of goods act 1979. I wish I had requested them to remove this back in November instead of the endless chasing, poor customer service and endless excuses.
