Thief’s that’s all I could say. They sell damage equipment and do not respond back or answer the calls to resolve the issues

Our company bought a chiller top unit which arrived badly damaged, we sent it back at our own cost and are still waiting for the refund, there is absolutely no communication at all, no-one answers the phone and emails are completely ignored. I wish I had paid extra and shopped elsewhere. How is this company allowed to trade is beyond me. I never write reviews, but honestly, AVOID using this company it's a disgrace.

Bought a commercial fridge and a heat lamp. The fridge door seals and shelves were faulty on arrival. Now compeltely damaged from use, as the company has not replied to emails or answered calls I'm over 3 months. Counter top has separated from the unit. Heat lamp keeps blowing bulbs meant for it. Complete disgrace that we have had no response after spending around £2000 with them, as a small business.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY-they will not respond to telephone calls and just give you the same answer via email that the item is out of warranty because we did not contact within 2 weeks to say there was something wrong. Commercial toaster we ordered lasted just less than 6 weeks before shorting out the electrics. Company not interested in helping at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fridge broke after 2 weeks. Same as everyone else who has reviewed. No pick up from calls and no response from emails. Not quite sure how they're still in business given these reviews. A Turkish guy by the name of Hakan Baykal owns the business. He will be getting a visit soon. Item arrived damaged, Adexa were not interested in resolving the issue.. just washed their hands of it and said as it was signed for they wouldn't be able to exchange it. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL THE OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS.. ITS NOT WORTH ORDERING FROM THEM. In addition, even if the unit was not damaged it was so badly made I would have wanted to return it anyway.

This company is a joke. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! They don't have customer service department, they are not picking the call, they are not refunding the money for the faulty items they delivered and collected back after few months of insisting on a daily basis, they don't even deserve ONE STAR !!!

Wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered a sink from this company. It arrived damaged and they do not answer phone or emails. Have been trying for a month now. Dreadful company.

Impossible to get hold of , dont reply to emails or answer the telephone been trying now for 14 days Even the head office in sweden is as bad as no reply to anything . Doge a bullet if you can with this lot.

Shame there isn't a zero star rating! Absolutely awfull- ordered a kitchen sink (£200+) no sign of the sink after a week or so. Rang the direct number and sent emails- asking for updates. I was sent a false tracking number- DHL (who was apparently the courier) but told by DHL that, the tracking number did not exist and no order is recorded for my address. I have made numerous calls, and sent many emails, to which I either get hung up on (generally as soon as you say I have a problem) or no response to my emails- after 3-4 weeks now. I have issued a fraud claim- to get my money back. So that's the only consliation. AVOID!!! I'm not the first and won't be the last- I made the mistake of not checking the reviews first.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Still missing kit. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased 3 bits of kit totaling over a thousand pounds on the agreement they would be delivered by a certain time, my opening date. I was very clear that I could not buy this if they could not deliver and Bala said this is no problem. The day came and nothing. I phoned and they were very rude and dismissive. 2 bits of kit turned up later the next week, past the second date they gave me. I am still missing a sink and they are not getting back to my messages and the telephone is never picked up. I have passed this to the solicitor today and he can deal with them. Totally useless company, never buy a thing from them.

I order a glasswasher basket almost 3 weeks ago, after 4 emails and 2 telephone calls I still haven't received any goods or a email to say whats happened. When i asked for a refund a week ago i was told no because it may be in transit, a week on i am guessing it's not. Will not be ordering anything again

Ordered an industrial bone saw. Was to be delivered in 3-5 days. Had no contact apart from 3 weeks after the order was raised to say it was ready. The company was told not to deliver due to the 21 day delay and the fact we had to source another band saw. Lady on the phone was far from understanding and continued to say that we had been e mailed and phoned which is a load of rubbish. Charged £450 for Re stocking fee for the incompetence of both this company and courier company. . I will be taking this further. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered a sink from them over 2 months ago but they sent the wrong one. It was their mistake but it took over a month for them to collect it from me. It's now been a month since they collected it, but they still haven't refunded me. It is absolutely outrageous. I have called so many times and rarely do I get through. When I do, they aren't helpful. They have stopped responding to my emails. I would NEVER recommend them.

Absolutely awful Absolutely awful. Dishwasher received damaged. Can’t get anyone to collect. The driver was awful and when offered a cup of tea (we are are cafe and offer all delivery people a drink) he replied with ‘I only want you’ - couldn’t believe it. Insisted on dropping the delivery on the pavement and wouldn’t bring it to the door either. When I called I was told to email and have since had no responses at all.
