Don't even order something as simple as a table from this company... We ordered two stainless steel tables from Adexa. They arrived in terrible condition. The packaging itself was ripped and loose, providing no security to the actual product. The tables were dented and bent - the material itself extremely thin and practically useless. Don't even bother with this company. It's a complete joke. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Would rate 0 if there was an option. Long story short they have just emailed me after not hearing anything for 3 months to say their 'legal team' will be able to provide evidence we entered a contract should I take my complaint further. All I was asking for was for them to cover the cost of returning an extremely damaged item I recieved. They feel its only fair that I pay for the delivery plus £125 in admin costs. If your looking for damaged goods and incompetent customer service representatives then you've found the perfect company

Horrendous customer service!! Ordered 4 items which the courier decided themselves that I was not open due to COVID 19 and returned the delivery without attempting. Spoke to Adexa to confirm I was open and to rearrange delivery, which they were happy to do so for £75! I said actually it’s not worth it refund me the money and cancel the order, not a problem sir there’s a 25% re stocking fee 😡 Rude and unhelpful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a dough roller for a contract, 2 days later contract gets cancelled by the CoronaVirus outbreak. When I try to re-send the item am told the 25% restocking fee is upheld regardless of the situation. So know I have 2 options, keep the item and try to sell myself once outbreak finishes or return and face a £128 re-stocking fee. As a self-employee person that money is needed to care for my family as wont be working for the foreseeable future. Naturally Adexa staff (Eleanor) do not care at all and are clearly not willing to help out small businesses or even any businesses at this time. They also clearly don’t understand that there is a European consumer directive that allows for a full refund of all goods within 14 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

tried calling around 60 time in 5 days. answered twice and i was told someone will send me return email at my own cost which i agreed as i did not have other option . still waiting for fro a week just to receive return address . i guess i have to wait for few years to get refunded.

Wow, I wish I had read down the list of reviews before I spent my hard-earned money with this company if you can eventually get through to a member of staff you're fine it hard to deal with then and I can only believe life working for such a poorly run business with such shoddy equipment must be soul destroying. If you are considering making a purchase with adexa, just take a lighter and burn your money you'll find it far easier to deal with

Bought a trolley, does not suit space. Need to return it but was told we have to pay transport cost and restocking fee. Also requested to send multiple photos of a trolley which was taken out and put back into box immediately. Nisbets no questions asked and can return.

This company should be closed down i received 2 fridges they were damaged, the driver refused to take them back ,customer service what a joke they dont even answer the phone this company is a CON

No one should use this company. They sent an incomplete order with only 3 out of 4 items delivered. The whole order was left in 1 crated package on the door-step as per terms - but until unpacking you can't tell what's missing. The problem is that Adexa simply refuse to deal with this - phone 'Sales Support' is useless - they just say "checking in warehouse" or refuse to answer. E-mail goes nowhere, not even a response. Can't believe this kind of business is still trading. Should be option for zero stars.

After my other two reviews, my confidence in Adexa is solid. So I placed a 3rd order. This time for a full stainless steel toaster and for a catering bin (because I'm tired of crappy domestic ones that are too small and flimsy). Both arrived within 48hrs, both items as described, both as cheap, or cheaper, than retail/domestic alternatives. I don't run a catering business, I just like solid stuff for my home that isn't built to deteriorate within a year, The toaster is a tiny bit bigger than a standard Kenwould, or Rustle Hobbs, or Brabantier or whatever (deliberate mis-spellings), but only a tiny bit, and it toasts bread, crumpets, muffins etc. lovely. The bin isn't "pretty", but it's a lot more functional than most kitchen bins. Well done Adexa, 3 out of 3, very happy customer here!

Just had my fingers burnt with this company. Paid over £1k for an industrial dishwasher and due to me having it, unopened for over 2 weeks due to plumber not being able to look at it, they will not let me return it. I even said I was happy to pay the return costs and it was in the same packaging. DO NOT USE this company. I know i won't.

If only I could give them minus stars! I feel such an idiot, why on earth didn't I read the reviews before I ordered from this completely dishonest, incompetent and unprofessional company. Goodness knows how they are still in business! Learn from my mistake, DO NOT purchase from this company.........

Please avoid!!! This is company is a complete joke, they're completely unprofessional, they rarely answer the phone/e-mail and if they do they lie and try to make you feel like you're the criminal. I reported them to Trading standard like many others and I don't understand how they're still allow to trade?

I made 2 orders with Adexa. One was fine. The other is a disaster, the product is not as described on the website, very cheaply manufactured, doesn't perform to its spec, but so far I can't get Adexa to accept a return. I've just read their T&Cs which basically say: if you're unhappy with what we sold you, too bad. Wish I'd checked the reviews BEFORE buying from them. Avoid.

Very bad management and ignoring people is phone call all the time. After 3 weeks of ordering my fridge. I had to ask for refund and now telling me I have to wait 10 days to get my money back.

2nd order - no issues! This is my second review, because after the excellent service (price, quality, value for money) of my first order, I ordered a big upright freezer. Stainless steel. Cost about 50% of equivalent Bosch/Hotpoint retail product. Arrived quickly. I am not an employee of Adexa. I'm not getting extra discount. 2 orders, both no issue, spent about £1400 with them, no problems whatsover.
