The fitter Peter arrived on time gave me an published price I accepted.he installed the Freesat dish and cable all within an hour,very aware of my self isolation always kept a safe distance and sanitised often,well pleased with results,I recommend the service

Just had an extortionate quote, when I said no the usually I give my manager a call scam and the price went down £50 straight away. AVOID

Had them out to fix dish was told it was the unit i paid 109.00 plus vat plus 59.00 plus vat total of 206.00 I then looked on amazon the unit was 18.88 exact make and model plus free delivery so they have charged me 90.00 plus to fit said part which took him approximately 3 to 4 mins to fit. I have put a complaint in but there not interested I would advise you go somewhere else in the unpredictable time we should not be taken advantage of. They probably will not even publish this review.

In a time when we are on CV lockdown, we found ourselves with no TV reception. Spoke to Jade on the phone and she was very helpful and got an engineer out to us within 2 hrs. Colin was exceptionally professional and adhered to all the isolation requirements and was able to replace the old aerial and set the TV up for us. We really appreciate the care and respect Colin took in our home in order to keep us safe as we are both at risk . Many thanks for that and the very professional job that was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone . Many thanks

Excellent service today from Anthony from Aerialforce who replaced our aerial this morning (14/4/20). Very efficient and made sure he explained various options before completing the agreed work. Very pleased with outcome.

Called at 5pm on Thursday An engineer came Friday at 10am Very professional, polite a quick. Not expensive and well worth the money. I would definitely recommend this company

Hi, I live in Blackburn Lancashire. Made an appointment for an engineer to call. The engineer was on time polite and friendly. Got on with the installation efficient. Now happy days I have a picture. Very happy with the service I received. Thank you.

Had aerialforce come out today to help solve a signal problem with my humax freesat box,the engineer Paul was friendly and helpful,listened to me saying what was and with a couple of hours had found the problem and replaced the satellite dish and replaced the cable into the back of the box,Would highly recommend these guys considering I only contacted them the evening before

I was charged £515 to mount a 55` TV and a 40` TV on the wall. Engineer refused to use our brand new bracket for 40" tv, instead charged me £55 for one he had in van. The 55" TV bracket is brand new but still I had to insist he use it. Beware and shop around. Not happy.

After the initial enquiry form I heard back within 15 mins. An aerial engineer was able to come out that same day. Although we were in the 12 week isolation, Richard maintained the distance between us and acted with professionalism and sympathy to the situation. He worked outside the house and in the loft and left the husband with a fully working TV with 14 extra channels to what he had before. I now have a Happy Husband for the remainder of time ahead in this isolation time and a perfect Picture on all Tv's. THANK YOU FOR BEING ONE OF THE ESSENTIAL SERVICES

Paul Pigny installed a sky dish on my house and made a really good job of it. There are no visible signs of the cable and Paul was on time, polite and very efficient. I would have no issue recommending his services to anyone

Ashley came out to us on Sunday afternoon at 12.30pm spot on, he was very polite & very pleasant. We told ashley that we bought a new TV last Thursday afternoon. But we could not get it to work. So he said that he tried to & find any reception nearby but Ashley said there was hardly reception at all. Ashley put a new aerial outside on the roof + he put a new lead from the wall to the tv, & it made a big impact & the picture on the tv was superb. My wife & I were very impressed with Ashley's work. It's no wonder that he was worthy of his 5 stars for a good job done. I certainly recommend aerialforce to my friends & family.

Quoted £49 for repair so accepted. On that basis, I left 98 yo mother in law on her own. She called me to say when guy arrived, he said (surprise surprise) aerial needed to be replaced. She felt she had no option to accept price of £300! Tried to call to complain, but no one was available to take a call. Total rip off

I had my reservations but I can say I was very happy with Aerialforce. I waited 3week for Sky to send an engineer who did nothing and no earlier appointment before 10th June. Chris from Aerialforce arrived within 30mins of my booking and fixed the problem 30mins after arriving for the price quoted. Really friendly and totally professional. Great work

Misleading the public again by using the name Marsh tv. AVOID this company totally dishonest an desperate to get your cash.
