All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, we paid £1.8k upfront and have got nothing in return, the sample they sent was the worst quality knit pattern I’ve ever seen… not to mention it was GREEN instead of soft beige as instructed. They will avoid your emails, give you fake numbers that don’t dial and not respond when you request a full refund. We have absolutely nothing to show for the money that was given to them, as a small business that saved for ages to develop our own product, Im absolutely heartbroken. We are currently consulting with solicitors to take them to court”

“Stay away from this company. After over a year of trying to get samples the company has chosen to ghost me and a group of investors looking to start up a brand. The rep I worked with, Jason Diaz (unsure that’s his real name) basically never responded after several attempts via email and phone. I asked for a refund and nothing heard back. This company are scammers and thieves. The supposed owners - Evelyn Chen and supposed executive team - can be found in LinkedIn but after reaching out directly also no response. The profiles and posts/stories there are likely fake. No one in the company held to their promise for product or delivery timelines. We have spread the word to family and friends whenever possible and will continue to. We strongly recommend you do the same too.”

“Hi Liana, so I wrote the following review.
Our experience dealing with Affix USA has unfortunately been a very negative experience. They promised us everything prior to signing the contract and also written on our contract. Yet working with them have been exhausting. Our product is extremely delayed. And now our current project manger Adam have ghosted us. My client and I are trying to Terminate our contract and no responses are given to date from Affix USA. The utter unprofessional behavior we experienced and the lack of experience in production when it comes to fabric sourcing, lab dips have been handled poorly by both Adam and Jason. These were items promised to us prior to us signing a contract. And we were given a deadline for bulk order delivery in September of 2022. Yet we haven’t even received lab dips and it is now January of 2023. I have contacted affix and spoken to their support team who keeps telling us they will get back to us ASAP. Yet we are not getting any responses. They have all stop responding to our emails for updates and for termination of our contract.
I would not recommend this company for manufacturing as my client and I have never experience such unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge for production and for keeping deadlines that were written on our contract.

“This company is running a scam. Their business address is actually a mailbox in a FedEx building in Los Angles. They request that you wire them all funds up front. The bank and bank account that they ask you to wire funds to seems legitimate until you call that bank and find out that they’ve set up the account to immediately send any funds received to an offshore account in India. It’s all a scam. They claim to be a US manufacturing company but that is far from the truth. I filed a police report on them and due to the situation being considered wire fraud I was sent to the FBI in Los Angeles. They had already had reports made on this company.”
